- Lee (10/5): Comfy modern property in a quiet area, easy walk along canal to town centre - Property very clean and all very modern, nice walk in to town centre of around 20 minutes along the canal, lots to see and do in and around the area highly recommend. Can't think of anything to be honest, everything met our expectations

- Linda (10/5): Holiday in skipton - House lovely and clean had everything you could want ideal location Nothing to dislike
- Ian (10/5): Excellent stay, lovely short canal walk to Skipton, would definitely recommend. - The property was so clean and comfortable, it was so modern, made us feel at home.it was so close to a beautiful canal in which you could walk into Skipton, parking was literally outside the property. Didn’t like the back bedroom window as we felt we had no privacy from the back facing neighbours.

- Jan Karl (10/5): Lovely spacious cottage with easy parking and a short walk from town centre - We stayed for 2 nights over New Year. The cottage was clean and modern inside with a large comfortable lounge area, good sized bedrooms (the bed was really comfortable) and a bathroom with both a bath and a large walk-in shower. The kitchen had a good range of crockery, cutlery, utensils etc and even a coffee machine (although we didn’t use it) Been able to park directly outside was perfect and it was only a short walk into the town centre. Nothing

- Michelle (10/5): - Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, it had everything we needed and more. Lovely short walk along the canal into town. Could not fault anything.

- Stephen (9/5): Excellent house on the outskirts of Skipton - The style and comfort of the house. Everything was completed to a high standard 2 of the guests mentioned that the single beds were uncomfortable
- Chelsey (6/5): -
- Rebecca (10/5): -
- Castleford Tiger (8/5): - Good base for our stay in Skipton, being just a 15 minute walk along the canal into town. The sofas - extremely uncomfortable for both of us. Don't have leather sofas where cushions just constantly slide off.

- Ruth (9/5): We had a lovely time and were pleasantly surprised at the size of the house. The photos don’t do it justice. - Clean and comfortable, lovely aesthetic. Cosy and well equipped. Really good value. Yard at the back needs a little care…some large unsightly weeds! The back gate is difficult to open and close.
- alice (10/5): -
- DeAnn (10/5): Easy well equipped stay in bright clean house - Lovely shower and bathroom, bright and clean rooms. Comfy couches, spices in kitchen, comfy beds and pillows Knives were dull
- Murphy (10/5): -
- Karen (10/5): A great short break in a lovely cottage! - Sawley Cottage was lovely. It was modern with a great kitchen and bathroom, everything was spotlessly clean and we had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and the towels were fluffy and huge! The location was perfect for us on a quiet residential street. Parking outside was no problem at all. The property was just a few yards from the canal and then it was a pleasant walk of about 15 minutes along to the town centre.
- Raja (10/5): An excellent base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales - A modernised house which is charming and functional. Everything looks new and just works. Very spacious for a ‘dad and daughter’ stay and could easily accommodate a full family. Easy access to the Dales and a short walk along the canal into town. Easy parking right outside. Excellent communications from the owner. Nothing!
- Ali (9/5): Very pleased to stay here and would consider staying again. - Location and space. Ample on-street parking. Both adult and kids dishes. Love the shades! Two kitchen towels would have been more ideal than one, and we weren't going to run the washer for just that.
Hooks by the front door.
While pretty, there were a lot of decorations that simply got in the way, and had to be moved off.
- Kathleen (10/5): We had a lovely stay it a very quiet street plenty off parking out side only 10 minutes walk into skipton along the cana - The place was really light and airy very clean lovely decor the shower is amazing and well the towels are huge we loved that the beds really comfy has everything you need loads of parking outside lovely back yard with seating There was nothing we did not like
- Janet (9/5): Superb - Modern, spacious well equipped house.
Good communication and check in details.
- Julie (10/5): Would stay here again. Very quiet and central to town. I didn’t realise that we were so close to the canal which was a - Very clean and modern. Would have liked a handrail on the stairs so you could steady yourself but this is not a complaint
- Phil (9/5): Superb -
- John (9/5): Superb -
- Kathy (10/5): A great place to stay - A lovely house very comfortable and clean with all the facilities you might need. In a nice area just a 10 minute walk along the canal into Skipton.

- Heather (10/5): Exceptional - Very nicely appointed house. Loved the super sized towels!
- Ruth (10/5): A lovely stay in a home from home property. - Sawley Cotttage is in a great location about a mile from the centre of Skipton. There is a lovely walk along the canal at the end of the road into the centre. The cottage was really clean, comfortable and well equipped with nice touches like coffee for the coffee machine, tea bags and toiletries provided. All the decor felt very new and modern and it had a great overhead shower (plus a separate bath). It was very quiet and there was plenty of parking on the quiet street. The hosts were easy to contact and very helpful. A handrail would have been really useful on the stairs - I was with my elderly mother and she found the stairs difficult without anything to hold on to. I was very worried that she would fall on them.
- Phillip (10/5): Exceptional -
- Suzanne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lisa (10/5): Exceptional - The cottage was super nice and clean. The tub and shower were wonderful. The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed including a washing machine. It was a great place to relax after a full day and so nice to have coffee and a leisurely breakfast in the mornings. The location was great for us lots of walking paths nearby. I highly recommend Sawley Cottage. Amy the manager was very responsive to our questions and super helpful. Everything was great.

We made use of the courtyard as we had lovely weather.
Only 10 minutes walk into the centre of town.
Absolutely perfect for two friends.
- Kathryn (10/5): We’re already planning our next stay here next year. - It was in a quiet location by the canal, incredibly clean, well equipped with everything we needed and it was beautifully decorated. It was good to have the garden furniture, too, as it was actually sunny.
It was a 10 min walk along the canal into the town centre and the same to supermarkets. We loved everything.
- Chris (10/5): Access to Yorshire Dales. - It was exactly as advertised. Handled four adults beautifully. Skipton was friendly and good value. Provided good access to Yorkshire Dales, we had full days of hiking and then came back to good food from local restaurants.
- Eva (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sue (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joyce (10/5): Fantastic - Spacious, modern, clean, Nothing

- Cheryl (10/5): Exceptional - The house was immaculate, clean and tidy and had everything you need. It was very much a home from home. It was a 20min walk into Skipton town which was perfect.
Amy was very helpful on arrival as my signal hadn't allowed out entry details to come through. I phone as we arrived and she sent everything by text.
Definitely will book again if we take another trip to Skipton. What was there not to like....
- Dorothy (8/5): Very good -

Clean, bright and so modern. Nothing
- Jill (9/5): Great short break in beautiful accommodation - Accommodation was immaculate and beautifully designed.
Had everything we needed for our stay, including a washing machine, which came in super handy after swimming!
Breakfast bench worked perfectly for 3 kids and bedroom was set up well for them all too. There was nothing we didn't like. We did have a small issue with the shower but someone arrived within 20mins after we reported it to fix it.
- Sabrina (10/5): Perfect stay for a birthday weekend! - The location was perfect, an ideal stay for a birthday weekend away with the family. Walking distance to the canal, we had a lovely time, went to Skipton Castle and then a nice walk the following day. Supermarket was very near by, so instead of going out for a meal it felt extra nice to stay in enjoy the space with Pizza and Ice-Cream. I have three children and it's sometimes difficult to accommodate, this place was above my expectations and lots of attention to detail. N/A
- Katy (10/5): A relaxing, comfortable stay. - Great location for a canal walk to town.
- Ashley (10/5): Exceptional - It was a modern, comfy and cosy cottage, located next to lovely canal which you could walk along a short way straight into the middle of town. If you didn't fancy a walk the town centre is 2 minutes by car.
The kids loved it and there was plenty of room for our family of 5.
There was complementary tea, coffee, sugar and milk and every type of pot, pan, plate and piece of cutlery etc. You could hope to use.
The Bathroom was spacious and fully modern with both a walk in shower and bathtub with shower attachment as well.
Would thoroughly recommend. Nothing
- Simon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Victoria (10/5): lovely and cosy two night stay - great location all modernised very clean and lovely colourful left coffee etc even had an alexa u always bring my own but saves you packing one Bath and shower cars outside of house parked down the street no biggy
- David (10/5): Great stuff! Would recommend. - Very clean and comfortable home for a weekend. Close to town and facilities. Easy to park outside. Easy to work everything with the home guide. Lots of attentive communication from Amy to make sure we were OK. Would stay again! Nothing really. Not likely to find a better place of a similar spec in Skipton.
- Sharon (10/5): Exceptional - Exceptional property and fabulous host. We booked late due to a problem with our booked accommodation. Despite Amy being on her way to catch a flight she took our booking and sorted everything for us which we really appreciated. She checked on us to make sure we were ok and settled and sent detailed information for everything. The house was fab. Cozy, spotlessly clean, comfy beds, modern deco and very well equipped. A short walk into town was nice. Will definately stay again next time we are in the area. Thank You.
- Luke (10/5): Get away before the madness of December - What a lovely place to stay Amy was very helpful only thing I would say and it's not a negative just a suggestion the single beds are quite higher than the pictures make out so for the little ones it is something to bear in mind maybe a bed guard rail, just for peace of mind incase kids roll in sleep but the house is wonderful done to a really high standard full of mod cons it's warm and cozy with everything you could need will book again I'm sure
- Lesley (10/5): It was perfect. Clean, warm, comfy and homely. - It’s perfect, cannot fault it. It has everything in it that you could possibly need. There isn’t anything not to like 😃

The interior decor was stunning and the host was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. There is lots to do in the surrounding area and we can't recommend this place highly enough. Nothing
- Mrs (10/5): Exceptional - We needed to book this accomodation urgently after problems with the cottage we were staying in.
We drove to the location to check it out. Amy was one of the warmest and caring people I have met, along with her Mam. The cottage was spotless, very well equiped and well maintained. Beautiful furniture and in great condition. No complaints at all and would highly recommend.
