• Cintia (8/5): Basics could improve - I was confused by the general photos and thought there was a shared kitchen that guests could use. Because I have a special diet, I usually prepare most of my meals, especially breakfast, hence I only choose accommodations with a shared kitchen. I was mistaken - the kitchen was actually part of one of the rooms. The manager kindly provided a kettle in my room during my stay so I could make my own coffee.” There’s nowhere in the hotel where we can get a coffee or even water, not even a place to fill up our water bottles. There was also nothing indicating whether the tap water in the bathroom was safe to drink. They would make their customers much happier by providing a free coffee and water station in the hotel or in the rooms

• Derian (9/5): - Gutes Gesamtpaket mit einem großen Zimmer für einen guten Preis Draußen steht ein anderer Hotelname. Deshalb haben wir es anfangen nicht gefunden, weil wir recht nach nach der Check-in Zeit da waren und (vielleicht wegen der Feiertage davor) noch keine Türcodes und die Wegbeschreibung erhalten haben.

• Carly (1/5): Mal, pésimo trato - La ubicación Tuvimos una muy mala experiencia nomás al llegar! primero el hotel tiene otro nombre del que aparece en Booking. Previamente nos comunicamos con el hotel para indicar la hora de llegada y saber si tal vez nos permitían hacer el check in antes o en su lugar dejar las maletas, el hotel no respondió, por lo que volvimos a escribir y su respuesta fue que ok, que estaba bien, pero al llegar y tocar el timbre salió un señor todo enfadado gritando y diciendo que el check in es a las 13h, tratamos de explicarle que nos habíamos comunicado antes y que nos permitieran aunque sea dejar las maletas, a lo que el señor no nos dejó ni hablar y nos echó prácticamente del lugar cerrándonos la puerta. En ese instante escribí nuevamente al hotel y otra vez, ninguna respuesta. Tuvimos que retirarnos y pagar por dejar nuestras maletas en otro lugar. Ya en la tarde, el hotel nos escribió al WhatsApp con las instrucciones para poder entrar a la habitación. El cuarto grande tenía varios globos en el suelo como que hubo una fiesta y se "les olvidó limpiar", la cocina nada equipada y muy sencilla, las TV no funcionan, el baño no tenía ni shampoo ni jabón, escribimos al WhatsApp del que recibimos el mensaje para que nos trajeran y otra vez, ninguna respuesta! Al otro día si muy temprano vinieron a cobrar las tasas turísticas, no aceptaron pago con tarjeta, aceptaron euros pero eso sí, el cambio lo dieron en su moneda. En definitiva muy mala experiencia.

• JON (9/5): - Está en el centro de la ciudad, en el Old town, a 5minutos andando de todos los atractivos de la ciudad. Zona residencial y tranquila con varios supermercados, bares/restaurantes a su alrededor. La habitación era minúscula y la cama muy justa xa una pareja.
• Alex (8/5): Good for longer stay - The views were great, you can see the sign and panoramic restaurant right from the window, from the room I was in. The bed was fairly comfortable and didn't have issues. I appreciated how good and helpful the staff was. Great value for longer stays. We had an issue one night with warm water, and the fan in the bathroom was noisy. But besides that it was good.

• Tobias (8/5): Für den Preis hatte ich in der Unterkunft einen perfekten Aufenthalt. - Die Unterkunft war sauber und sehr gut gelegen im Zentrum. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war einfach. Der Checkin ist ein Self check in. Die Unterkunft war nicht ganz so ausgerüstet, wie im Bookingbeschrieb. Zb. ein Haarföhn fehlte und einige Lampen gingen nicht, weshalb es ein wenig dunkel war.

Ardından valizleri bırakma konusunda da yardımcı oldular (her ne kadar ikincisi zor olsa da) Temiz ve küçük havlu istememize rağmen verilmedi. Mutfakta neredeyse hiç ekipman yok. Şehir ve turist vergisi istendi, ama ödeme konusunda Euro ya da kredi kartı olanağı sunulmadı. Son gün exchange office arayıp para bozdurmak zorunda kaldık. Gece geç saatlerde bazı gürültüler vardı. İçerideki büyük oda nispeten daha sessizdi, ancak diğer odada gürültüden uyumak mümkün değildi. Genel olarak büyük oda donanım açısından daha iyi, tek kişilik yatağın olduğu oda biraz daha konforsuz. Oteldeki sorumlu kişiye sadece arayarak ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Mesajlarına bakmayı tercih edeceğini düşünürseniz, günlerce bekleyebilirsiniz. En azından açıyor telefonu ama. Bu konuda iyi.

• Geraint Daughtrey (5/5): OK if you don't mind bad manners - The place was clean and comfortable. It was promoted with a photo of a kitchen and saying every room has tea and coffee making facilities. There was no kitchen and no facilities in the room. I messaged the manager and got no response. But when the cleaning lady knocked on my door to ask for money, there was a clarification needed and she called the manager for me to speak to him. I mentioned the problem about tea and coffee facilities and he told me it was not true that they were described in the description. I persisted and he asked me to send a screenshot of the text, which I did. I heard no more from him and never got a kettle. Although I noticed the description on booking had been deleted. Very unprofessional and ill mannered behaviour. The property also has rude unpleasant neighbours. I was shouted at twice by them. All that said it was clean, comfortable and convenient. If you can put up with ignorance it's OK.

The chandelier was also broken - it was impossible to turn it off unless you go and pull the magnet key out of the slot and turn off all lights in the room alltogether - While the name includes the word "hotel" there is nobody ever present at the reception at any time. Left-luggage service is not available

• city (10/5): Lovely old town hotel - The name is natural place, an excellent location in the old town, very near to Tampa mountain hike, black church, 3.3 km walk from the railway station. The host allowed early 12 pm check in by the receptionist, very lucky No electric kettle, no kitchen facilities. Additional taxes, 12 lei payable in exact cash. The reception is unable to communicate in English

• Laura Alexandra (8/5): - Locatia foarte buna la cateva minute de Piata Sfatului. Curat si linistit. Camera mare. In baie mirosea urat, a canalizare, permanent. Nu am avut cu cine sa vorbesc, nu a raspuns nimeni la nr de telefon afisat. Cand am plecat m-am avut nici unde sa las cheia, am lasat-o in camera. Sistemul de iluminare cu cartela un mare dezavantaj. Plus ca becurile nu se stingeau de tot nici noaptea daca cartela era introdusa in fanta pt curent . Foarte aiurea sa dormi cu lumina aprinsa sau sa stai noaptea sa cauti pe intuneric cartela ca sa poti sa mergi la baie.
