• Elaine (5/5): Location was good but they could do with a rethink of the internal design - No breakfast included..The location was quite good although it was on a busy main road.The Duomo was only a short walk away It was very difficult to gain entrance to the main door . The key didn't work and we had to rely on other residents to let us in which was not at all convenient.there were no blinds on the room with the sofa bed.and the wash basin was situated outside the bathroom which was quite odd..I accidentally left 2pairs of trousers in the wardrobe but despite offering to pay for postage to the host Myriam she told me that they weren't there and then failed to reply to my messages.

Pripravovali sme sa na odchod a za prítomnosti personálu sme tam boli v spodnom prádle a obliekali sa na cestu. Absolútne netiekla teplá voda hlavne pri sprchovaní. Inštalácia toaletnej misy je veľmi tesne pri skrini, čo neumožňuje komfort pri použití sociálneho zariadenia. Personál vyrobil fotodokumentáciu kde boli zábery aj z odpadkového koša, ktorý bol vysypaný na podlahe a boli zdokumentované črepiny z rozbitého pohára. Personál tento kôš zjavne vysypal úmyselne na podlahu aj s ďalšími smeťami.

Would definitely stay there again - The property is in an excellent location, very close to the central area of Milan, with shops, restaurants and major tourist attractions a walk away. The apartment was safe, very clean and well equipped. Instructions and helpful information were provided by Myriam well in advance of our trip, and she was very responsive during our trip too, contacting us to make sure everything was ok. One thing about one of the apartments that we booked was that it was very loud. The apartment looked out on to Via Torino, which is a busy street, but the noise level was very noticeable with trams and traffic easily heard. It sounded as though the windows were open, but they weren’t. However, the other apartment we had didn’t have this experience at all.

• Tonia (6/5): Not what we were expecting per the listing on Booking.com - Location Advertised as a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom. Had only 1 very narrow, small bathroom. Hard to managed with 4 people. Blinds broken, could not pull down, shower had a build up of something that floated on the tiles. Mattress on one of the beds was so hard. Living area nice but pictures/description were deceiving. Did not receive info on entering the unit till after many texts to the contact person.

Hay demasiados aparatos electrónicos (en ese sentido está bien equipado) pero quisimos usar el horno y una hornalla y se cortaba la luz a cada rato. El encargado del edificio nos ayudó de muy buena voluntad, en ese sentido fue una buena experiencia. Por otro lado, el aire acondicionado no enfría mucho y el sofá-cama es un poco angosto. Lo demás perfecto!!

Blackout blinds in bedroom. Building felt safe/secure. Appreciated the washer and dryer. Did not realize that only communication with landlord, including instructions about accessing the unit, would be through WhatsApp--which I didn't have on my phone. Tried to text and call using the phone # provided, but couldn't get through. After using cell service to install the app, I received the info regarding the key lockbox. If you are planning to rent this unit, be sure to install WhatsApp, in advance, on the phone associated with the reservation. We arrived on a warm day. Opened the door to the unit and it was 30C/86F. A/C would not work. Contacted the landlord and was informed that the building owner would not be turning on the A/C system until May 15. And once operable, the temp range is regulated by the building owner. This was not mentioned in the advertisement. I asked for a fan, which the landlord provided. We made it work, using the fan, open windows, and a sound app on my phone to block street noise, tram traffic, and construction noise. The chair in the living room is broken and can't be used.

Budynek w którym się znajduje łatwo jest znaleźć i jest bardzo czysty. w ostatni dzień bez wcześniejszej informacji zakręcili nam wodę, mieliśmy problem z otworzeniam skrzyneczki z kluczami.

• Eduardo (10/5): Milan en el departamento perfecto - El departamento se encuentra ubicado en una de las calles principales de Milán, rodeado de múltiples locales, tiene a 20 metros un Macdonald y a otros 10 metros un restaurante. Así que la ubicación es perfecta para poder salir durante todo el día y recorrer las principales atracciones de Milán. El departamento en si es enorme, son dos habitaciones (Living/Cocina con un sofá cama y una habitación con cama matrimonial) y está equipado a full. Tiene baño con bidet y ducha super cómoda y agua caliente. Vinimos en pleno invierno y nunca pasamos frío ni tuvimos necesidad de prender los aire frío/calor con los que cuenta el departamento. Además tiene lavarropas y secarropas! Una gran virtud si venís varios días porque te ahorras tener que ir y perder tiempo en un lavadero. También cuenta con cocina completa, microondas, lavavajillas, máquina Nespresso, te dejan cápsulas y tabletas para el lava vajillas, juego de vajilla completa para 4 personas, además de ollas y artefactos de cocina para que puedas cocinar tus propias comidas. Tiene tv LED en el living y la habitación y ventanales enormes para admirar la belleza de Milán. A mí no me molesto, porque duermo como un tronco pero como el departamento está en una zona céntrica pasa el tranvía por la puerta, tenerlo en cuenta si sos de sueño leve.
• Jean (9/5): Excelente ubicacion y departamento muy comodo - La ubicación era excepcional a 5 cuadras del duomo en pleno centro de Milán, con locomoción como Tram a la puerta y 5 cuadras del metro. El departamento era muy cómodo, completo , limpio, nuevo, bien equipado y todo muy tranquilo en el edificio. Cerca de las principales atracciones del centro de Milán, facil llegar a barrios turisticos. Excelente para 4 personas, camas cómodas. En suma todo óptimo, lo recomiendo a quienes quieren conocer Milan y no cruzar la ciudad para ver los atractivos turísticos. Lo unico que debieran ver es insonorizar mas las ventanas. A nosotros no nos molesto el ruido porque vivimos en el centro de una ciudad pero alguien no acostumbrado deberá ponerse tapones. El tram es ruidoso pero pasados las 24 hrs disminuye el ruido.

• Yi Ching (9/5): Great stay - The location was very good, as it was within walking distance to Duomo and was on a main street with a lot of shops, and a supermarket that was a one minute walk away. The apartment was a good size for three adults and was equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. Both beds, the normal bed and the sofa bed, were comfortable. They also provided body wash, shampoo and body lotion in the shower. The kitchen was well equipped. They had a microwave, a coffee machine, a kettle and a stove! However there was no toaster. There was an issue with the shower head, but the owner was responsive and the problem was promptly fixed the following day. Just note, if you are a light sleeper, since the apartment is located on a main street you can hear cars, trams and pedestrian noises from the windows.

• Emanuela (6/5): Posizione centrale, ma via Torino è molto affollata e trafficata. Il rumore esterno di tram distruba - Appartamento centrale, a 10 min dal Duomo. E' molto rumoroso a causa del continuo passaggio dei tram proprio sotto le finestre. La notte si consigliano i tappi! Nel complesso è pulito, ma necessita di un restyling generale e di un controllo agli scarichi del bagno. Il box doccia è rovinato dal calcare. Tende sporche. Rumore notturno incessante di mezzi di trasporto.

• angelos (9/5): Ωραίο κατάλυμα σε εξαιρετική /ασφαλή περιοχή εντός του κέντρου. - Το κατάλυμα ήταν 7 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το duomo. Υπήρχαν όλα τα μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς πολύ κοντά. Υπήρχε σούπερ μάρκετ στα 50 μέτρα. Υπήρχε θυρωρός στην πολυκατοικία του διαμερίσματος. Υπήρχαν πολύ κοντά εμπορικά καταστήματα αλλά και εστίασης. Δεν υπήρχαν πετσέτες προσώπου χεριών ούτε ρολό κουζίνας. Το πάπλωμα που χρησιμοποιήθηκε δεν είχε θήκη (απαιτείται για λόγους υγιεινής).
• Romy (8/5): Goede centrale ligging - De locatie, het is echt in het midden van de winkelstraat. De tram is voor de deur maar alles is lopend uitstekend te doen. De duomo is 10-15 minuten lopen. De host denkt fijn mee en reageert vlot. Het appartement was gehoriger dan wij dachten. Het geluid van de trams en auto’s hoor je zeker tot 00.00 uur, ik zou aanraden oordoppen mee te nemen.
• Loreto (9/5): - Departamento amplio y tal como se ve en las fotos y mejor. La limpieza de todo y el equipamiento. Cerca del Duomo de Milan y Metro Mayor rapidez en el ingreso, considerando que uno viene cansado y solo quiere ingresar rápido. Esto nos pasó en casi todos los lugares que fuimos.

• David GG (6/5): Falta de limpieza. - La localización es buenisima, creo que hay pocos lugares en Milán mejores para quedarse. El edificio tiene buena pinta y tiene portero. El acceso es fácil, pero hay 4 escaleras. El apartamento es amplio y con 2 habitaciones. Positivo a tener en cuenta, que tienen una cuna dentro de un armario, aunque en el anuncio no parecen publicitarla mucho, nos sirvio. Absoluta falta de limpieza. La limpieza deja mucho que desear. Al llegar se nota que se ha pasado una fregona y trapo por los lugares más visibles. Ni se te ocurra mirar debajo de las camas. Tuvimos que comprar guantes y productos de limpieza para poder dar un repaso antes de quedarnos varios días. Hay un montón de desperfectos por todo el apartamento: no funcionan los aire acondicionados (muy necesarios) por lo que hay que usar unos ruidosos ventiladores, no hay perchas en el baño (solo queda rastro en la pared de donde estaban antes), la tapa del wc está suelta, los muebles están deteriorados, el menaje de cocina está mal y estropeado, nos encontramos ropa sucia en una mesita, había sábanas sucias en el armario y en la lavadora, los estores no funcionaban correctamente por lo que no se puede dormir en oscuridad. El apartamento tiene muchas posibilidades, es amplio y céntrico, pero en estas condiciones no lo recomiendo.

• Veselin (10/5): - Easy checkin even late at night. Apartment is very central in the main shopping street, everything can be reached in 10min by feet. Apartment is beautiful and quite spacious, it can easily hold 5 people, no problem. Kitchen, TV etc. all worked perfectly well. Has a washing machine and dryer for longer stays. We really enjoyed our stay! The cabinet in the toilet is very close to the toilet, so that you have to sit a bit sideways.
