• Eva Maria (10/5): Estancia excepcional en un bonito apartamento en pleno centro de la ciudad. - Apartamento muy bonito con una ubicación excepcional. Cama y sofá cama muy cómodos. Al ser una plaza muy concurrida, se oye el murmullo de la gente hasta altas horas. Aún así descansamos de categoría.

• Robert (9/5): Excellent modern well equipped apartment in the centre of the city. - Compact and very well designed and equipped accommodation in the very centre of Cordoba. Walkable to all of the historic sights and areas, bus and train stations 15 minutes, and a supermarket 4 minutes away. We stayed over Christmas, the unit was comfortably heated by accessible controls. The small lift was very welcome, with several flights of stairs. Ricardo was very accessible and welcoming. Nothing.

Should I return to Cordoba, I would reserve again at Tendillas Room. - The instructions to arrive and access the flat given by Ricardo Laguna were precise and easy to follow. Although I did not have the pleasure to meet Ricardo, he was very forthcoming and careful in making sure we had all the necessary details to reach the building and access our flat. Location is excellent, in the center of town. The only thing I missed in the bedroom were night tables next to the bed. Otherwise everything was very comfortable.

• Jutta (9/5): Heerlijk! - Fantastische locatie op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden. Mooi ingericht appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt met voorzieningen zoals een supermarkt vlak om de hoek. ‘‘s avonds een prachtig uitzicht over Plaza Tendilla, een heel gezellig en levendig plekje in Cordoba.

• pepijn (10/5): - De locatie maar vooral de authentieke sfeer die bewaard is gebleven maar wel gemoderniseerd! Je waande je in een 5 sterren hotel! Parkeerplaats was ik de buurt welke zich in een parkeergarage bevond.
• Rui (10/5): Perfect place - The apartment has an excellent location, right in the city center and in the perfect spot to explore everything on foot. Having a parking space just a few meters away is also a great advantage. The apartment itself is very pleasant, comfortable, and well equipped, which made our stay very enjoyable. Ricardo is a very attentive host, providing plenty of useful information about the city as well as clear instructions regarding the apartment. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend it.

Ultra modern apartment with tasteful furnishings, well equipped kitchen, cleverly hidden bedroom and bathroom (keep looking), spacious living area, proximity to everything we wanted to see and close enough to walk from the station. Over looking Plaza de Las Tendillas. Our host Ricardo was extremely helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend this apartment. Squeaky bathroom door but otherwise perfect in every way.

• Evangelia (10/5): Exceptional - A perfect location in front of a beautiful central square of Córdoba, just 500 m from Mezquita. The apartment was spacious and very modernly designed and probably brand newlly refurbished. All the amenities were offered, except for breakfast, but Starbucks café is just a few meters and of course many other cafés and restaurants. The view to the square was great. We are a family of 4. The bedroom had privacy, but the girls slept on the sofa in the sitting room. The sofa could be opened to make for a bed. 2,3 or 4 persons can accommodate very well in the apartment . Car parking free of charge was offered, not in front of the room, but very very close (a private parking about 5 minutes walk). But best of all was Ricardo, the owner (?) or the attendant of the property. He was super polite and helpful. We specially thank him for his help and patience. The square in front of the apartment is a central one with too many people gather all day long. We had too much noise coming, even with closed windows. No cars in the square. The noise was from people passing all day and night. Especially young people having fun, drinking beers and laughing loudly until early morning hours.

The apartment it’s beautiful and confortable quite big for a family of four, everything was perfect!!!! The host Ricardo was absolutely amazing helping us to the maximum during our stay!!! • Svitlana (8/5): Nice place to stay in Cordoba - The stay was good, and the host was attentive and quickly responded to all our questions. He provided a free parking spot in an underground garage near the apartment (5 mins walk, as the apartment is in a pedestrian part of the old city - be prepared to carry your luggage for a bit) and even allowed us to leave the car there for a couple of hours after checkout. Upon arrival, we were greeted with complimentary snacks, wine, coffee, and tea. The apartment itself is stylish and equipped with everything necessary. Note that the building faces one of the city’s main squares, featuring beautiful architecture but also a lot of activity. This isn’t the host’s fault—we specifically chose to stay in the historic center, so it’s all fair. What we didn’t anticipate, however, was a concert on the square right under our windows :) To be fair, it ended quickly, and we slept soundly afterward. The next morning, the concert stage had been replaced by a children’s carousel, so the square remained lively and fun during the holiday season. If you’re planning to visit the city during New Year’s or other major holidays, it’s worth asking the host whether any active and noisy events are scheduled for the square below. I believe more attention should be paid to cleanliness, and the apartment could use a bit of a refresh. There were hairs left on the bathroom floor after cleaning, and the wall above the kitchen stove was splattered with grease, which looked quite unpleasant. The bathroom door was propped up with a wooden block, and the panels near the apartment entrance were taped in place. These are minor issues that likely wouldn’t be too difficult or costly to fix, but they significantly affect the overall impression of the apartment, giving it a bit of a neglected feel.
