- Mary (7/5): Great potential, but need to up their game a bit. - Great restaurant - the food was superb and very large servings. The staff was friendly, the room was fine. Having a common area wheee we could have coffee in the morning was nice. The hospitality staff was a bit clueless and unresponsive.
Our door didn’t lock. - and they couldn’t fix it.
The hot water for four rooms went out on Saturday night and initially the staff said that it couldn’t be fixed until Monday. I told them that was unacceptable and others complained as well, so they got it fixed by about 9 pm.
This was an expensive room, but the sheets were cheap.
- Patrick (9/5): Great location for our day trips to Chiricahua NM and Ft. Bowie National Historic Site. We’ll be back. - Everything we needed was close by. Restaurant, bar, store was just a short walk from our room. The courtyard between the store and restaurant was a great meeting place. The courtyard outside our casita was nice. I realize it’s Arizona, but the lounge chairs should be covered until use. Very dusty.
- Thomas (10/5): Great for the location near our hiking destinations - Pleasant helpful staff, very clean Go off property for breakfast
