• Aline (8/5): - The room was very nice and confortable. Also clean which is a criterion very important for me. The personnal was very kind and the Shuttle for airport made my journey easier.
• Christel (8/5): Bon rapport qualité-prix - proximité de l’aéroport, gentillesse du personnel prévenant qui vous appelle un taxi à 4h du matin et vous accompagne dans la chambre, dans le taxi je n’ai passé que quelques heures entre 2 avions dans cet établissement, les draps étaient propres je pense mais tachés , pas de possibilité de mettre la climatisation en route , ni de régler le ventilateur qui était au maximum .

• Mathew (1/5): They should give first preference to booked person and not change hotel as per their advice need to - They changed to another hotel alpha inn we booked for Paul residency saying the other guest didn’t check out . Alpha inn third floor no lift as my dad having heart problem they didn’t mention about facility the room cubbord handles broken not like a hotel just like lodge .they didn’t reduce price also .

• Ranjith (4/5): Disappointing - The attittude of the staffs...especially mallus guys...Hindi guys are fine and cordial...Until you park the car noone will come and say anything...after parking the car they will come and say, another booking is there, they are also coming so we have diffivulty in unloading the luggage...means we those who came and checked in early is not your gusets... Let the front office desk people to be more pleasing to receive gusets...there are many options in and around CIAL...so no issue of getting roome there...

Location is bit inside not much access to restaurants and the menu of the food options they have delivery over there I would suggest better find our own. Don't even call to the restaurant menu they have it in the room. It's not worth on the money we paid and oily

• Nikhil (6/5): Room decent, but Staff behavior ruined our overnight stay - The room size was good and amenities upto the mark The staff behavior was poor. At first, some lady when confirming our reservation, offered a discount when we asked for an upgrade to our room. However, on reaching the property, we found that no discount had been given to us, and as we reached hotel in the middle of the night, we had no option to stay anywhere else. Thus, we had to take the hotel. Also, it was mentioned that the airport ferry cab will be free, but they charged 100 rs from us. since we were travelling with an infant and it was 2:00am, we had no option but to succumb to their demands. Terrible service.

• Navin (6/5): Value for Money hotel very close to Kochi Airport - This is an economy hotel, I would definitely rate it "value for money". The location is very close to Kochi airport. The location has eating options nearby. The room is a simple one with basic amenities. I share it here for others to learn, we took the family room which is perfectly sized for transits. Its on the top floor so gets very hot in summer. There is a small AC unit which takes some time to build the temperature inside the room. I suggest calling the hotel while you are in immigrations so that they turn on the AC, else it took around 3hours to cool the room during which none of us got any sleep. We requested for another room but the staff couldn't accommodate this request.
