• Maximilian (9/5): - Very well located apartment in Palermo. The area seemed safe. You can easily walk to the historic center or to a train station to the airport. The apartment is in great condition. The owner is extremely nice and offers a lot of advice and support. Trust him on restaurant advice rather than a website. If you want to enjoy a view, then this is not your place.
• India (10/5): Ideal quiet location but was also very central. - The host kindly provided pastries, water and fruit juices free of charge during our stay. He also extended our time to check out of the accommodation as we had a late flight, and said that we could keep our luggage there too. Offered advice about the local area, restaurants and sights to see.

Vito is a very nice host and looks after all the details to ensure everything goes well with the stay. • Georgiana (10/5): An excelent family home - The apartment is nice and very well equipped. You can find anything you might think of, starting from the kitchen and up to the bathroom. The entire place was very clean and looked newly refurnished. each room was a tv and air-conditioner. The host waited for us and was very helpful with a lot of advises on Palermo, its main attractions, restaurants and suggestions for one day trips to Cefalu or other places. Throughout our stay, Mr. Vito was incredibly helpful, sharing valuable advice. The fridge was full of complimentary water, juices, coffee pads, tea bags and an assortment of sweets. The street is noticeably more peaceful and quiet than what you would typically find in most Palermo neighborhoods. There is a supermarket near by and is close to di capo market. not very close to the main city attractions
• Anne (10/5): Fabulous property with very helpful host who stopped at nothing to make our stay a good one. - Where do I start. From the minute I booked this property Vito the owner was so accommodating and helpful. Our flight was delayed and he arranged to have pizzas in the oven along with complimentary drinks too. He also provided a contact for the taxi to and from the airport which was excellent. The property is very exceptionally clean with everything you need. Vito also helped us regarding sights to seen while in Palermo. We had an evening flight and could stay until it was time to go to the airport. Everything you need is provided. It’s the best property I’ve stayed in, in all my years booking properties on booking.com I would have no hesitation in recommending it. Top marks all around. Nothing everything was amazing

• Sue (10/5): Superb stay - would thoroughly recommend! - A perfect week from start to finish at Olivuzza Tower. From greeting us at the appartment to the moment we left, Vito, our host, could not have been more helpful. He took time to tell us about the city on arrival and responded quickly by text to any questions we had throughout the week. He also gave us some great restaurant recommendations. The appartment is well located for various points of interest and had everything we needed including some welcome goodies!

• Samantha (10/5): Lovely modern apartment while vacationing in Palermo with super helpful hosts! - The apartment was very modern and updated with all of the accommodations we needed for our trip. The AC was amazing and worked well in all rooms, the bedrooms were very comfortable and had a lot of closet space. The main room has a small kitchen and some room to lounge. The fridge was generously stocked with refreshing beverages and some sweet snacks for us to enjoy during our stay, as well as lots of tea and coffee options! The washing machine worked very well and the bathroom is quite large and had a wonderful rain shower after long days in the sun! Our hosts were very generous and helpful in explaining the top sights in Palermo and nearby cities as well as helping us book transport to the airport. We couldn’t have asked for more helpful hosts! The property doesn’t have a lot of direct sunlight which would have been nice when we were home, but we were mostly out and about so that didn’t bother us much. The location is a bit far from some of the sights and restaurants we wanted to visit.
• Olga (10/5): Exceptional - Starting with the perfect meeting at the airport - that we additionally agreed - since the last minute in the house I felt like the owners really take care of their guests. And they are very supporting with providing the information for travelling, eating (the restaurant they recommend was great). All necessary is in the apartment, it is very convenient to to get everywhere just walking and no need of a car. Enough space in the bedrooms and in the leaving room. Kitchen is very suitable for staying even long time. It is really the place I can strongly recommend.
• Kefi (10/5): Stylish Downtown Bolthole - The location is ideal in a small cul-de-sac. Consequently it was very quite at night. No revving cars or motorcycles. All the neighbours were locals who worked in the day so evenings and nights were very quiet. The house was very secure and cosy, with everything needed for a stay.The apartment is finished to high specifications. The WiFi was excellent as we had to work...in between eating and drinking Palermo dry,.... so this property is great for a digital nomad. Time has been taken to think about what a guest needs. Vito, the owner was in constant contact and at the property on our arrival. We were let down with our transfer, so had to take a taxi from the airport. The driver tried to rip us off for 75 Euros, but Vito was the hero and stepped in. We paid 50 Euros. If you have not booked a taxi yet, ask Vito to sort one. On our return it was 35 Euros with his driver. Vito was very kind taking time on our arrival to share his tips and provide a map. Much appreciated. Also the fridge with drinks, and the basket of cakes very nice. I would recommend Vito to put a visitors book in the apartment where future visitors can share tips. Here are a few to start. Eat platter of cheese and meat at Salamino Pane & Vino, drink wine at Enoteca Buttice and eat spaghetti at Fava's Bar & Cucina - all near to the Court House. Down town off Via Maqueda, Osteria Pane e Alivi- (check opening times) delicious food. There was nothing not to like! It was superb.

He provided us with plenty of city tour information . We had a great time in this ancient and historic city. Search no more , pick Mr Vito flat, you won’t be disappointed. nothing
• Terry (10/5): Wonderful stay, walking distance to everything in Palermo - There are a lot of Extras to this property. The host has provided sufficient storage space for a very comfortable short or long term stay for a couple or multiple occupants in this two bedroom, ground floor , centrally located property in Palermo. Extra care is evident throughout the property with high quality bedding, bathroom towels, and complete kitchen amenities including wine glasses, silverware, nice dishes and a full array of kitchen utensils. There are many beautiful examples of Sicilian pottery on the shelves and bookcases which demonstrate the extra care taken by the host in providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for his guests. We are dedicated self caterers and this was a perfect place for that with a fully stocked open kitchen and a variety of fresh food, fish and vegetable stands and markets just around the corner from this quiet location. Our stay was just wonderful due to the excellent accommodation, extremely friendly host, and no surprises. Everything worked in the property, it was nicely furnished and decorated, exceptionally clean and well maintained. This is a very nice place to call home, rest and relax while visiting the wondrous historical sites of Palermo.
• Rosaria (10/5): Beautiful - I give this apartment a 10 out of 10. I liked that it was fully furnished and has everything I needed. It was spacious to fit 5 people with two beds and a sofa bed. Location was great , close to city center and in a nice and safe neighborhood. There are many shops where you can buy groceries near by which really came in handy. The host was helpful and kind. • Ugo (10/5): Excellent no better place to be.I will be back. - This place is amazing! In the heart of Palermo, close to capo market, teatro massimo and many other tourist attractions. Vito the host is fantastic , upon arrival the refrigerator was stocked with drinks and snacks. He was available for any questions. It is equipped with all the things you need and fits a family or two couples and friends! All furniture is new and everything works great. I highly recommend this place ! best wishes Ugo Damiani nothing!!
• Edward (10/5): The nicest apartment we’ve rented in Europe and we travel frequently. - Large, fully equipped two bedroom modern apartment on a quiet street only a few minutes walk from Palermo’s beautiful and historic UNESCO World Heritage Sites. The fully equipped kitchen even had an oven which would be ideal for an extended or family stay. There is a Supermarket and a wonderful fresh fish market just around the corner within a 5 minute walk. I liked the direct access from the street into the apartment without having to climb stairs or use cramped European elevators, especially with luggage. Also just around the corner is the famous Nino ‘u Ballerino restaurant. The photos of the apartment accurately show the excellent condition and features of the apartment. The host is extremely friendly and was waiting for us with keys to the apartment when we arrived by taxi. We notified the host of our arrival time as he requested and updated him from Palermo airport which is about 35 minutes from the apartment. The apartment is in absolutely beautiful condition, comfortable and in a convenient location. I wish we had stayed here much longer. We will next time.
