• w fleming (1/5): Worst booking experience I've ever had through the site. - Nothing never got to stay. Everything property wasn't ready for me got told would be couple hours this was at 3.30pm then was told I would get a call once ready and given access code. None of this happened amd never got to stay.
• Hallas (3/5): Not for me - Decent size for the price paid Beds falling to bits,strange smell in bedroom.we actually didn't end up sleeping here for our stay so im not going to say anymore but the place definitely needs some refurbishment

• Julio (1/5): Not pleasant at all after a long day and I expect a refund. - 1. The photos on your site don’t reflect the property i walked into. Not a good reflection on booking.com. These landlords should be vetted and inspected. 2. The door was not functioning properly was locked in had to call the landlord. Then left the property the same day. 3. Hair on the pillowcases and small foreign objects on the bed over sheet. Awful. 4. Linen not ironed. Not acceptable.

• Sinclair (9/5): Nice apartment - Nice and spacious, would be good for a couple and child as there is a double and single bed. wifi QR code, TV with free view in bedroom and living room. Bathroom and kitchen have cleaning products and cloths available. Parking permit for car available too. No microwave - this is just personal as I'm only up visiting for a few so I live off ready meals, I understand if you don't want to supply one. A bedside lamp would come in handy too if possible?
• Jo (1/5): Bad - Nothing The place was filthy. The bedding was filthy. The pillows smelt. There is mould everywhere.
• Peter (7/5): Good value, pleasant and helpful owner. - Had everything needed except a mirror in the bathroom , for gents shaving. The stairs were exceptionally steep, and no handrail up to the bedroom, particularly hazardous during the night if a trip to the bathroom was needed.

• Julie (10/5): Perfect short stay accommodation and I will book again when Im back in HP - Clean, spacious and comfy - with great facilities - far better than booking a hotel. Super fluffy towels provided! Great value for money too 😀

• Scott (7/5): Reasonably tidy place to stay - Nice self contained flat. Bathroom and kitchen ok. Lounge ok Double bed a bit uncomfortable. Could do with a bedside lamp and a small table and chair to eat at rather than the sofa (folding would work). Neighbours above awful

• Coggirl (10/5): Gem of an apartment, ideal for HMS Trincomalee and related attractions - Lovely spacious apartment in a perfect location for any of the harbourside attractions - we were in the area for a Regency ball at HMS Trincomalee and being 5 minutes away was ideal. The beds were very comfy, the lounge and kitchen ideal for our needs, and the bathroom well-appointed and clean. Street parking is convenient and a permit for this was provided in our room. Excellent value for money. The front door requires a little brute force to lock, and we would have preferred a bath to a shower (although the shower provided has an excellent rainfall head).
