• Shao Hsuan (10/5): 去的時候沒什麼人，畢竟是雪季末期了，老闆跟小幫手都很友善，房間很大，但我是一個人住三人房哈哈 - 溝通友善，可以使用中文，免費雪場定時接駁，便宜雪具租借 隔音相對不好，浴室有點冷

• YU HSIANG (10/5): - 遇到人很好的老闆，在個方面都很幫忙，還有一些小夥伴們，有 Miffy (知道名字是因為一直看到拖鞋)、 負責接駁以及介紹燒肉給我們的弟弟等人，時間太短還來不及認識。最後離開時還出來道別，真是太感動了，只想說外面很冷趕快回屋裡啊！！

• Zhi Wei (9/5): - 提供咖啡机，免费的洗衣及烘干设施，浴室内还有24小时循环的热水浴缸，滑雪回来后在洗澡的时候泡一下蛮不错的；如果缺什么滑雪的装备都可以跟他们租或者购买，价钱也算合理；员工和老板都非常友善，住宿提供到苗场滑雪场的免费接驳车，如果需要去神乐/田代雪场的话巴士站就在住宿前面 隔音方面不好，如果恰巧跟一些比较不注意行走和说话声音的房客一起入住，会被他们造成的声音影响
• Clive (7/5): Convenient base to ski the Naeba area - The free laundry faciliy was great and the drying room downstairs great. We had a car park right outside. Close to the base of Naeba ski resoert where there was also great restaurant options. Did not eat at the in house restaurant as there was no western food. The shared hot tub was a bit small. The rooms are very small. The staff are young and only just friendly to older westerners.

• CHRIS (10/5): 值得推介 - 有接駁車出入雪場，有滑雪裝備租借，裝備齊全很新。 員工友善有活力。 走廊隔音麻麻，早上有時會被其他住客走動&跑步聲嘈醒。

• Jeng Lun (10/5): 老闆人很nice、提供租雪具與接駁車、位置方便 - 提供住宿、租雪具以及免費的雪場接駁，完全不必擔心與雪場的距離，很方便！周遭還有溫泉、居酒屋、燒肉與火鍋店。我們白天去滑雪，晚上逛王子飯店、吃飯、泡王子飯店的溫泉（或晚上夜滑），老闆有提供8:40的接駁車（要預約）。最重要是，老闆及員工人都超好，老闆中文/日文溝通都沒問題👍 老闆很年輕且為人不錯，看得出來很認真在經營！ 總之，推👍
• JIAYI (8/5): 住宿環境很乾淨；可以訂早晚餐；有付費的整理雪具服務，可以黑貓代寄雪板很方便。推薦購買溫泉券，溫泉走路5分鐘很近！有分室內跟露天溫泉。謝謝民宿這兩天的照顧。 - 老闆跟員工人都很好，可以中文溝通。環境很乾凈大推！可以購買苗場優惠雪票（搭龍纜的也可以） 洗漱的洗手台有熱水跟冷水～2樓有飲水機可以裝熱水（不用自己煮） 洗澡放衣服的地方很冷，但這一點溫泉可以替代；然後3樓的木地板走路會發出嘎嘎聲，怕會吵到別人。
• Cheng-Yu (10/5): - 有太多優點了，總之真心推爆，也希望大家多多支持這家，真的是百年難得一見的好住宿。 1. 便宜又方便又乾淨，服務超級滿 2. 老闆跟員工都講中文, 也講日文跟英文 3. 老闆超級超級超級好，好到不能再好，又很認真經營 4. 第一天跟最後一天都有王子飯店的接送服務 5. 飯店提供雪具租借，跟王子飯店比幾乎半價，而且裝備超好，還會盡最大的努力滿足我們的需求 6. 飯店提供每日王子飯店的雪場接送專車，早上送去下午晚上送回來 7. 飯店設施齊全，員工認真用心，待人和善，大家都很喜歡滑雪甚至非常熱心願意分享各種滑雪經驗及指導 8. 老闆真的很為住客著想，我們提的任何需求老闆也是能幫都盡量幫，真的只能說我來日本10多次旅遊經驗中第一次遇到這麼nice的老闆 9. 老闆看訊息超快 也都會秒回 10. 可以跟老闆用便宜很多的價錢買到雪票 11. 真的太方便了 12. 苗場這個位置非常好，滑到田代或神樂區搭公車回來都會有位子，大家基本都是往湯澤，跟我們反方向 13. 真的太多了我寫不完，總之苗場區我真的推這家，之後要是得知老闆在其他雪場有開民宿我一定第一優先選老闆的民宿，之後要是再來苗場神樂我也一定第一優先考慮這邊 硬要挑缺點的話就是公共浴室較小，不過我跟朋友們每天都去王子飯店的溫泉或外面的日歸溫泉泡爽爽，所以沒有覺得怎麼樣

• Krystal (9/5): Great location, amazing hospitality! - Such a great location with genuinely friendly, helpful staff who went above and beyond. Clean amenities, cosy rooms, and everything we needed to make the most of our time in the snow.
• Jordan (10/5): Lovely and thoughtful accomodation - The host was excellent, we stayed during a quiet period and he went above and beyond to help us out. I truly believe he puts his heart and soul into making sure his guests have a great time. He gladly shared with us as much local info as he knew so that we knew where to get food, where to get cash etc etc. We enjoyed having breakfast in the morning and the rental gear was superb. I didn’t bring my snowboard from home because it didn’t make sense for our trip, but the one I rented from lodge EDMONTON was fantastic, I didn’t even notice I was using a rental board. My partner rented a whole gear set and hers was good too. The host also has discounted pricing for the Mt Naeba lift pass and the local onsen. You can also purchase small goods like toothpaste for cheaper than it’s sold at the resort. On top of that, the host offers a free shuttle service to and from the mountain, running at very reasonable times in the morning and evening. Overall it feels like lodge EDMONTON wants to make your life as enjoyable and easy as possible. If I was at Mt. Naeba again, I would stay here without hesitation. Oh also, the bath they have is very nice, quite hot- great way to relax your muscles after a long day on the mountain.

• Tea45 (5/5): Convenient and budget-friendly stay with potential for improvement - The location is excellent and the rental ski/snowboard equipment was very good value. Transport to the nearby slopes was always on time and really helpful. The staff were really nice and friendly, and tried to resolve issues as they arose. The owner is genuinely nice and trying to make his new business a success despite some teething issues. He also made some good suggestions and recommendations for local shops/restaurants. The baths were never filled and the hot water for the shower stopped working 3 nights in a row in the women's bathroom and twice in the men's bathroom. Staff were not always around to help immediately. We avoided 'peak' times as suggested but there seemed to be an issue with the hot water tank/supply (as mentioned by some other customers previously, too). The single futon mattress was really not thick or comfortable enough, especially for those who sleep on their side. Providing an extra foam mattress would help. The only breakfast option was overly simple and overpriced. (For the same amount, you can get a full Okinawan breakfast just across the street, if you book in advance). The was no alternative as had been advertised. However, you could however buy/bring your own food from one of the omiyage (gift) shops nearby. The place was generally clean but when another customer left faeces smeared all over the toilet, it still hadn't been cleaned up when we returned in the evening despite reporting it in the morning. They attended to it after the 2nd mention but seemed short staffed over the weekend. Only 2 TV channels were working in one of our rooms (although we don't watch much TV, it still would have been nice to have when we wanted).
• Zhenyu (9/5): Superb - Really cozy Japanese style room. Super nice host. Free shuttle service to ski resort. TV is a bit small and not many channels.
