• Triena88 (8/5): - Nice and close to shops and the beach. Aircon is a problem for summer times, it does not make cool. The fridge did not work properly, couldn't use the freezer compartment to full capacity. Shower drains slow and can't really use the basin as it gets full quick, don't drain immediately. Parking would be a bonus

• Destiny (7/5): - The location (close to restaurants, etc), the safety of the building, the clean unit and comfortable bed. Lovely view of Lion's Head. The bathroom is very small. For future guest please note that there is no on-site parking available. We parked in the street. During the day you pay for the street parking, however between 5pm and 8:00 am, the street parking is free. All in all, we enjoyed our stay at Sweet Flamingo

• Mary (6/5): Adequate stay to explore the amazing surroundings - The location is great. John, the security, was amazing. The room was clean. There were a number of things that made the stay a bit uncomfortable. It’s tiny, but also things like a bathroom sink that didn’t drain properly and the lack of kitchen equipment (the one skillet was so scratched up it was unusable). Also there are NO laundry facilities and no dishwasher even though these are listed in the description. Not even laundry in the building, just in the neighborhood.

• Daniel (10/5): Without fault. Service/location and cleanliness - It was exactly as presented and completely fit the price point. The FOH/security staff from Thabo to another Gentlemen’s name I cant recall were so great. Literally couldn’t have been more accommodating. The service was fantastic. Nothing except the AC was very mild.

• Dilara (3/5): - Location is good It’s very small for two people maybe even for one, toilet and shower barely had any space to move. The floor wasn’t clean enough and the towels didn’t feel clean at all. There was no coffee, no drinking water.

• Tim (7/5): Noise spoilt the stay for us but location was good . - Great location Stylish and clean studio apartment with good security . Very noisy . Busy Road . Seagull infestation in f fire station opposite and construction site started work at 7.30 . Would have been more bearable if the apartment sliding doors were sealed to reduce noise . Load shedding assistance was minimal ( a rechargeable lamp )
• Deidre (6/5): The flat is nice, good location and has everything you need for a short stay. - Good location, clean and easy to access. The aircon did not work and there was no fan. Incredibly hot an uncomfortable in flat. Couldn't open sliding doors at night because of all the noise en people looking in as blind have to be open!!! Also the fitted sheet over matrass was to small. It kept coming of and had to sleep on the matrass protector. Not nice.

• Stephen (1/5): Noisy, tiny… Avoid coming here - The property was modern and uses phone as a key to enter and leave Noise. Noise. Noise. My room overlooked a municipal building and trucks were beeping all night long. My aircon didn’t work and opening the door just made it even more impossible to sleep. Everything in the room is tiny. No space to move
