• HSIAO-YUN (8/5): - 看得出來應該是有點年紀的大樓整修做日租，但房間內的裝潢可以接受，乾淨整潔有溫馨感；一個人一個大雙人床，很舒服房間空間很大！位置在大馬路上，但隔音效果不錯不會被車輛影響睡眠；房間內的冰溫熱飲水機真的是太讚了！隨時要喝水泡茶泡麵都沒問題！附近非常多咖啡廳，一樓有一間小小的便利商店；附近就有公車站牌可以坐到望遠市場；離弘大1號出口有點距離，拉行李的時候或是買很多東西的時候會覺得走的很疲憊@@但1號出口的butter超好逛！品項齊全而且開到23點，讚讚！雖然住在高樓層，但是電梯很好等！ 比較不喜歡的應該是淋浴間的排水，它是從淋浴門下方開洞流到洗手台下方地板的排水口，所以洗完澡很容易連淋浴間外面地板都濕濕的，如果能改善就更完美了！還有浴室的燈光我覺得可以更明亮一點，看起來比較不會這麼陳舊的感覺。

Highly recommended! 💘 - Very cosy apartment, perfectly equipped of any kind of needs. 10/10 for the position, we loved the Hangdoe neighbourhood: full of restaurants and shops opened until late. Very close to metro station. Will definitely come back.
• Patrik (10/5): - Meine Reiseunterkunft in der Nähe der Hongdae Street war ein absoluter Glücksgriff und ist sehr zu empfehlen. Ich war dort als Vater mit meinen drei Teenagern. Wieder online am Flughafen hatte ich die Zugangsdaten für die Unterkunft schon per Nachricht erhalten. Wir hätten sogar schon früher in die Wohnung gehen können. In der Wohnung standen ein paar Snacks zur Begrüßung bereit, was ein sehr netter Start in den Urlaub war. Die Lage ist fantastisch: Günstig an der U-Bahn gelegen, was die Erkundung der Stadt extrem einfach macht. Besonders toll für uns war die Nähe zur Hongdae Street. So konnten wir abends auf dem kurzen Weg vom Bahnhof zur Unterkunft noch spontan Straßenperformances auf den Bühnen erleben. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es einen Convenience Store, bei dem jederzeit schnell und unkompliziert Snacks besorgt werden konnten. Die Ausstattung und der Service waren hervorragend. Ein Wasserspender im Haus hat uns das lästige Tragen von schweren Getränken erspart. Nach langen Tagen auf den Beinen war das bereitgestellte Fußmassagegerät eine Wohltat. Ein paar Regenschirme waren auch vorhanden. Auch bei einem kleinen Problem war der Kontakt zum Vermieter vorbildlich. Ein Problem mit dem Duschabfluss wurde sofort behoben, und dabei wurden auch gleich die Handtücher gewechselt. Nach einem erneuten Handtuchwechsel erhielten wir Rispentomaten vom Vermieter, die unglaublich süß und lecker waren. Die Hausklimaanlage wird nachts ausgeschaltet. Es gab ein zusätzliches Klimagerät im Zimmer, sodass wir immer eine angenehme Temperatur hatten. Lärm von der Straße hat mich überhaupt nicht gestört, und auch von Nachbarn war nichts zu hören. Fazit: Ein sehr guter Aufenthalt, der durch die vielen kleinen Annehmlichkeiten, die optimale Versorgung (dank des Stores und des Wasserspenders) und den guten Service des Vermieters unvergesslich wurde. Für Familien mit älteren Kindern ist die Unterkunft dank der Lage und der Ausstattung ideal. Sehr zu empfehlen, gerne wieder! Nichts
• Emvet (10/5): דירה מרווחת ונוחה מאוד אהבנו לשהות בה ממליצים - דירה מרווחת יש כל מה שצריך אנחנו שומרות כשרות אז היה לנו חשוב שתהיה דירה שנוכל לבשל בה קנינו סיר ומחבת ובישלנו בכיף שלנו.. המיקום מושלם קרוב להכל נהננו מאוד מומלץ מכל הלב !!! הדירה הייתה מושלמת הדבר היחיד שהיה חסר זה מגב לרצפה במקלחת חוץ מזה הכל מושלם

• PANAY (10/5): - 地點真的超級方便！弘大1號出口出來直走不到5分鐘就到。密碼輸入也很方便！這次跟朋友兩人入住，空間非常的大，打掃的也很乾淨。有飲水機這點也很棒，不用買水，吃泡麵也不用煮水超讚的👍床很大，棉被蓋起來超舒服～浴室空間也很大，有乾濕分離。 老闆從告知路線、密碼、住房須知都講的很詳細。 雖然不能寄放行李，但弘大商圈裡面還有地鐵都有很多可以寄放的地方，完全不用擔心😌

• Pinhao (9/5): 位置非常方便建議訂這間的從仁川機場可以搭6002巴士前來，下車大約只要走3-5分鐘即可抵達。 - 房東回應很及時，提供需要的協助並且房間內有準備雨傘很貼心，需要注意的是入口電梯只有一部遇到人多時要稍微等一下。 廁所排水很特別？！使用淋浴間時洗手台周遭會濕掉
• TING (10/5): 非常棒下次再来！ - 环境优异 床品舒适 地理位置优越就在弘大1号楼5分钟距离内，整体住了3天感觉非常棒！特别推荐2到4人入住 只有一台小型的室内空调，不是专业的立柜或者挂机空调，制冷速度较慢并且有噪音。但是常开后加上风扇还是能达到降温效果，怕热的朋友们需要注意一下
• Piyasuda (10/5): A clean, spacious apartment in Hongdae - The location is perfect. It’s right in Hongdae but away from all the busy bars and restaurants. The owner was very responsive to our requests and managed to get us checked in early. They also dropped off a bag of fruit for us, which turned out to be the sweetest tomatoes I have ever had! -

• Keona (10/5): Exceptional - The host was very fast to respond to questions and giving options to places nearby. The room had the essential items and was comfortable overall. There are heated pads under the sheets which I found so nice. For example, there is no washing machine in the room, but I was given one within walking distance. I recommend this place for up to 2 to 4 people. The beds were quite big and I liked where it was located in Hongdae. I think more places to store items like a shelf or along the wall would be good.

• Sora (9/5): Almost everything met our expectations, and my family and I will surely come back to this place. - I would say that almost everything met our expectations, from the booking process and responsive communication with the host to the location near Hongdae Street Market and Hongik University Station. The room was comfortable and very tidy, and the hot and cold drinking water facility was especially useful to us. One thing that needs improvement is that their toilet doesn’t have a bidet.
• Modesta (8/5): Very good - Strategic location, walking distance to Hongik Univ Station Line 2 (exit 1), Hongdae main area, and Airport Bus Stop. Clean, comfy and well equipped, the host also very fast in response & accommodate our needs. Recommended for small family or group of friends to stay at Serein ☺️ Just for input, it'll be another plus point to consider if the accommodation provide umbrella for guest. Aside that we're so happy during our stay at Serein
