• Juan Carlos (9/5): Una estancia perfecta - Me gustó todo, el apto es antiguo pero está reformado y muy limpio. Gianfranco es una persona muy atenta. Nos dejaron unos detalles a la llegada q agradecimos mucho. Muchas gracias por todo Gianfranco!!! Estuvo todo bien, si tengo q decir algo es q se oyen bastante los ruidos d la calle al ser un primer piso

• Jaikumar (9/5): - The best part of the stayin in the apartment is having all the necessary facilities in all the rooms from Air conditionor to the dishwasher in the kitchen. The host came to the airport to receive us and bring us back to the airport upon finishing the stay at a fair fee and it helped us greatly as we travelled with 2 year old child. The hospitality and care gave by host was really great and he even gave us short sight seeing tour on the way to the apartment from the airport which was awesome and we've been offered with welcome drinks, snacks and souvinier at the apartment which is very thoughtful. Thank you very much for that! There is nothing we felt that we dont like it. Only thing which we didnt expect is that a bit of noise from the window during the night when the vehicles cross by. But it is very common for any apartment which is closer to the main routes and it did not bothered us when we got used to it :)
• Carmelo (9/5): - L' appartamento é fornito di tutto e i letti sono molto comodi. Non essendoci l'ascensore, salire con le valigie, ache se é al primo piano, diventa un pó faticoso. Avrei preferito asciugamani di spugna anziché di cotone, preché non asciugano molto.

I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. Would definitely come back! everything was perfect!

• Phiona (10/5): Very exceptional - The host is very friendly and welcoming. He engages his clients personally. We arrived late but a car with a patient driver was waiting for us. Welcome gifts awaited at the apartment. Of all the 4 places we stayed at on our European tour, this was the best. The location is great,the metro is a fee feet away, the collosium nearby ,was also easy to see other places like St Peters basilica Nothing.
• Judith (10/5): Great apartment - The owner was very helpful and accommodating. He was very responsive to all our messages. It's quite close to the central station. The apartment is spacious and was the first apartment we stayed in during our trip where they had some toys and a welcome gift!

Marco and Gian Franco were very he - Great location to restaurants, bars and public transport. 15 minute walk to colosseum. A bit noisy at night due to traffic Shower pressure needs a bit of attention
• Emma (9/5): A lovely stay in a clean and welcoming apartment. The host was especially helpful and collected and - The host collected us from the airport, showed us into the apartment and also took us back to the airport bar the end of our stay.
• Dinko (10/5): A+ - The place itself is really good as long as the location of the property. Its close the the metro station so you can easily move around the city. However if you prefer walking the Coliseum is about 15-20 min. We didnt spent too much time in it but the place completely met our expectations. Its very noisy and if you can not sleep because of that it can be a problem for you. The noise is coming from the street so you can not do anything to fix it. Maybe the property can change the windows with better ones. However we are not picky so it was not a problem for us.
• Megan (9/5): I would absolutely recommend this location! - Liked the location and house was all around great! The shower temp was a little challenging. Adults can shower safely but I wouldn’t put my kids in there with the fluctuating from hot to cold.
• Wayne (10/5): Great location, cute and clean apartment and great manager. - Beautiful apartment close to Roma Temini and the Colosseum which was a quick 15 mins walk away. We were nicely treated at arrival even with a two hour delay from our flight. Marco was an absolute gem, got us a ride from the airport to the property.

• Yash (9/5): Superb - The host Gianfranco was very kind and helpful. He even picked us up from the bus station because there was a Metro strike, for a nominal fee. The location is very central and near the Colosseum. We were greeted with a bottle of wine. The house had all the amenities in the kitchen, washing machine, Smart TV with Netflix and air conditioning. Would love to come back here. The noise from the street was the only negative part, sometimes it was difficult to sleep. Consider bringing earplugs.
