Guest Reviews
- Shaik (2/5): Very Bad experiance - location, very bad experiance . They are giving us very old rooms with repaired AC and old furnitures in the rooms. I had to change the room in the midnight as AC was not working . not worth of paying 4.5K

- Guest (10/5): Soothing and worry free - Staff behaviour Everything was perfect
- Ahmed (8/5): Very good - Meals should be update change bedsheets every day towels daily clean room. Supply soap paste shampoo
Drain water is not flowing in room no 8
- Satti (2/5): Very poor - Its location, little close to the US embassy The only thing that justifies the price is the location. Everything else—amenities and overall quality—feels like a ₹1000 per night hotel, yet I paid ₹4480.
- Pankaj (6/5): Pleasant -
- Patel (8/5): Very good -
- Rai (1/5): Bad -
- Kshitij (10/5): Exceptional - The room was spacious and cozy, the staff was very helpful and courteous. The food was good. The prices are super reasonable. Overall, I had a very good stay there. Would definitely like to stay again and recommend to others.

- Nathrani (2/5): Very poor -
- Gurmukh (10/5): Exceptional - Very beautiful
- Raghu (2/5): Very poor -
- Patel (9/5): Superb -
- Havya (8/5): Best guesthouse in chanakyapuri - homely feeling
felt more like a guest house home stay not a hotel.
It is Bharati Sangam.Government guesthouse maintained as private property. As a family they gave us interconnected room so we had two big beds for us and for our children.Food was prepared like at home and served hot.Excellent phulkas and parathas. little maintenance and cleanliness can make the stay better.
- Dr (3/5): Poor -
- Kumaravelan (1/5): Bad - Felt insecure, not opt for aged persons, no lift, difficult to step up, not clean etc its near to US embassy, so we have booked that. apart from that nothing is good
- Shiva (8/5): Very good -
- Harilal (1/5): Overall not worth and hygiene, never recommend to anyone. - Nothing .. worst property I have ever choosen The room provided was in a very poor state of cleanliness. The bedsheets, blankets, and towels had a foul smell, suggesting they hadn’t been washed. The waste bin was not emptied and still contained trash from the previous guests. I stayed with my 3-year-old child, who felt extremely cold as no room heaters were provided, and he was also bitten by mosquitoes, despite the temperature being below 10°C. The overall hygiene and comfort of the room were highly unsatisfactory.
- Kaseepathi (7/5): Good - The food made by dinner chef as we checked in late. Morning breakfast by Rahul is excellent..
When I get up from bed at ground floor, one priest is chanting Hanuman chalisa was brilliant. It gives some positive in early day before going to ur work The price and Quality..
location wise excellent for US embassy.but price not matching the quality
for example room was clean with washrooms.Bu tap in shower not working properly.t
- R (1/5): Not as expected. - The pictures that they shown in the site and the actual rooms and building are completely different. This property is very old. Someone from your side need to verify the actual property. The room size, bathroom, were not not good.
- Prasanna (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rakesh (4/5): Never going again - It's not named Embassy Suites but some Dharma Sanstha Dharamshala Cleanliness, honesty of name, hygiene
- Nayak (3/5): Not good - Just ok Not good
- Pavan (1/5): Never coming back - Breakfast was ok but other than the location there is nothing which can justify the price or the place Horrible maintenance and cleaning. Extremely dirty
- Venky (1/5): Bad -
- Anand (7/5): Good - The staff were very friendly. My arrival and check in was smooth. The room was very spacious. They provided a fresh, home-style dinner and breakfast. I had an event nearby so the location was ideal for me: I could just walk to my event. The bathroom was in poor condition. The toilet and washbasin both leaked water and the floor was always wet, which was dangerous because it was slippery. The washbasin itself was perched on an old cupboard and the entire thing was wobbly and felt like it would collapse if I applied any pressure. The door of the cupboard wouldn’t close so they had placed a plastic stool to hold it in place. There was no shower: just a bucket and jug to bathe.
- Mahesh (7/5): Good -
- Ankit (7/5): Good - Location was good and room was spacious Mattress in room was very bad.
Staff kept entering room without knocking on doors.
No towel or toiletries were provided
- Tarun (1/5): Bad -
- Shivashankar (3/5): Uncomfortable stay. - Location. USP is it's proximity to the US Embassy. A/c sounded like a tractor running in the room No 14, muddy water, toilet needed to be cleaned, lack of any restaurant or any decent eating place nearby.
- Megha (1/5): The staff is good, but the room was really bad. - The room was dirty, washroom was not clean, there was no dustbin inside the room or bathroom,i will never stay there. Everything specially cleaniness.
- Ts (1/5): Shameful experience - Was denied stay. Front office was extremely rude & nasty. Shameful experience at the reception.
- Sandanaletchemy (7/5): I liked it beacuse it was quite and like my home. - As I didn't have breakfast, and I only had dinner I like it beacuse it was home cooking.
- Tomar (2/5): Worst Experience - Worst place don't mislead masses else people will not access your website Nothing to be liked
- Kainth (10/5): Exceptional - Chef Rahul is awesome 👍
- Singamala (5/5): Passable -
- Shetiya (8/5): Very good -
- Kirpal (9/5): Comfertable - Good
- Shravan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ethayaraja (1/5): Pls remove this place from Booking.com. I won’t be booking my next stay through Booking.com. - Location was good. First off all, the hotel is not named as Embassy Suites. It is named as Bharti Sangam, and it wasn’t easy to locate place. It is an old bungalow and they made a few rooms reservable through Booking.com. They cot and bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Food was unhygienic and it looked like what we get in Railways!
- Impel (5/5): Passable -
- Priyadarshi (1/5): Rude staff - Nothing Staff saying that you are lucky to get this hotel for 5k instead of 8-10k. He was telling us that "jahaan khade ho vo bahut posh area hey " ( where you are standing is a very posh area ). What kind of behaviour is this. That person don't even earn 10 k and lecturing us that we are lucky to have this room. Every night there was squeaking of bamboo etc. you don't lecture your customers . Rude behaviour .
- Manisha (7/5): Good -
- Sainadh (3/5): Poor -
- Patel (1/5): Bad -
- Gopal (5/5): Passable - Better response from Staff at Embassy suites.
- Rajashekar (7/5): Good for staying. - Availability is Limited Food availability to be improved.
- Tanmoy (6/5): Pleasant -
- Satbir (1/5): Bad -
- Biswajit (5/5): Overall good -
- Rajendra (5/5): Passable -
- Amol (1/5): Would NOT Recommend - The staff were kind and courteous albeit incompetent. That's literally the only half-decent thing I can think of about the place. First of all, this property is NOT called Embassy Suites, it is called Bharti Sangam. There are no signs or boards or anything identifying it as Embassy Suites, inside or outside. The premises are a dilapidated old building that's been half heartedly repurposed into a motel/lodge. The beds are as hard as wooden planks and the sheets and covers are dirty. The dirty linen is not changed during the course of your stay despite numerous requests. The AC barely works and the bathrooms don't dry after you're done using them. They charged me 3k a night for a place that isn't worth more than 1k a night. I ordered 2 omelets and they charged me 1k for that. Madness. Utter madness.
