Jill (5/5): Good location and breakfast, staff was pleasant. Disappointing, no kitchenette and unsatisfactory shower - Spacious room 15 minutes walk to town. The word kitchenette needs to be removed from the description. It’s a fridge. The shower is so small that there is no way to wash your feet or shave your legs without the dirty curtain wrapping around you. And there is one garbage can on the bathroom that was never emptied during our stay.

Constantinos (4/5): Take a better look - Nice good looking exterior Nice veranda/patio Walking distance from the center and the port ( be carefull at night as the road leading to the property is narrow and very dark with much traffic) As a family we were offered a 4 bed room for 2 adults +2 kids I would say a family room with a small kitchen. The room was very small we could not actually walk. There was no space to open our laguages. They were 4 beds in a room 3x3. It remided me when I was a kid going with my cousins for a sleep over at my grandmas place where we were puting all the beds together to sleep and have fun. The same room was offered for accomodating 2,3 or 4 guest. Offcourse with higher rate for 4 pax. The "kitchenette for light meals" as is descriped was equiped with 3 plates, 2 glasses 3 knifes and a sink.... thats was it. No stove no pots nothing. Going to the shower/wc. very very small. The bath tab was 45×45 cm.... exactly next to the toilet that you had to forced your self to sit as it was very narrow between the bath tab and the wall. The water basin had no space to place your personall toileteries. Just a cup for toothpaste and brush. The wooden window and door, was really nice matching with the building architect, but you could listen all the cars motircycles and everything passing by. As is located on a main street 300 to 400m from the port too much traffic was going on very early in the morning. In addition to that, as a pet friendly establishments ( we dont mind, we love animals) we had a ^nice" wake up at 00:45 from the next rooms having two dogs barking each other. We book including breakfast. Very very basic..... most of the items were frozen products, even the bread rolls. The coffee was so flat that i was confused wheather it was a tea in the pot. When asking for fresh coffee the lady got frastated and was asking for explanations. We were informed that the breakfast was served till 11:00, it was 10:00 and they were only carob bread rolls available, my wife asked for white bread for the kids and the lady refused to provide telling us that they have a daily limit for the items and that was reached at that time.

A (10/5): Exceptional - Short walk into the centre. Loved the town full of tavernas and wonderful little streets and coffee shops..shops etc. We had a small room but perfect for 2 nights. Lovely breakfast. Close to a small sandy/pebble beach. Zeta was a wonderful host. Thank you 😊

Katarzyna (3/5): We felt stupid, small and not welcomed, the staff (except cleaning ladies) couldn’t care less that we were there - - the bed was comfortable - the view was nice - the breakfast was ok - information about the hotel on booking is not true: there was no laundry service, no kitchenette or even a kettle in the room - also no daily cleaning - we had to ask twice to have a room cleaned - no actual check in (a staff member gave us the key, opened the door and left without a word). We had to find someone to ask about when and where the breakfast was served - the toilet seat had a broken lid - the electric panel was broken when we arrived, the electrician never arrived to fix it. We turned off the electricity every night to be able to sleep due to the noice of the electric panel - staff overall: we asked to be provided with information regarding the extra activities pamphlet we found in the room - we were promised to be answered right back, we never got any response . The only person who actually tried to help us during our stay was a cleaning staff member

Denyschuck (4/5): Disappointing short stay - Extremely nice and helpful hosts. Easy to communicate and flexible with check out. We were also allowed to leave our luggage for the full day after check out. The property is walking distance from the main town. The was a decent size fridge and a very good air conditioning in the room. The worst thing about the property was the bathroom: impossibly small shower with a wet shower curtain that wraps around the shower base as well as your body. There was no shower head mount to keep it above your head, so you have to hold it. The unavoidable result of this installation was the flooded bathroom floor event after the shortest shower, rendering the whole bathroom unusable until the floor drains and dries. The provided towels were damp and they were not regularly replaced during our stay. There was no housekeeping service during 2 days of your stay. The size of this property is extremely small and the front door had a gap between the door and the frame. As a result, we could hear our neighbours chatting and laughing all night like they were in our room.

Also, the room would be cleaned every day, towels changed every day and linen every second day, but unfortunately this was not the case. A drying rack for the swimsuits and towels at the balcony would have helped.

Maria (9/5): Superb - Very kind and helpful hosts, we faced an issue with the air-conditioning, and they immediately changed our room. They also drove us to the port. The rooms are close to the port, approximately 13 minutes from Chora. Very clean and nicely decorated. All was ok!

Brigi (9/5): Friendly place, good location - On the first night we can't go over to the island because our ferry was canceled due to bad weather. Anastasia was kind and helpful, she didn't charge for the missed evening. The room had everything you need, including bathroom stuffs furthermore plates, glasses and also a sponge. -It is in a good location, it is a 5-minute walk from the port. -The city center is a 10-minutes walk away. -A small pebble beach is a 2-minute walk away, where you can swim in the slowly deepening water. We missed some vegetables for breakfast, but other than that it was good. The pillow was uncomfortable for me, there were 2 large pillows available, but the bed was extremely comfortable.
Réka (10/5): Great place and host - Anastasia was really friendly, waited for us outside of working hours till we arrived and helped us a lot with how to get to places. The room was kept very clean, it was spacious and confortable. We received all the necessary things like towels, bedsheet, shower gels, shampoo amd toothbrush which is great not to worry about when you travel. I would recommend this place to everyone. Maybe it's our fault but we expected a kitchen. However, this was no problem since the breakfast very fullfilling and there are great restaurants with cheap prices nearby so we just ate out every day. There is a fridge though so you can keep some food and drinks there.

The location was just perfect, you can literally either go by walk to the lovely town of Tinos or have a long walk to the other side and watch the sun goes by. The rooms were clean and the building was actually really interesting and rustic. Loved it, good job guys, thank you.
