• concepción (8/5): Cuando vuelva a Nápoles repetiré. - La habitación perfecta para pasar unos días. Muy bien comunicado. Tiene todo lo necesario.
• Lilian (7/5): Conforto e ótima localização. - A localização é excelente. Poucos minutos a pé da Estação Central de Napoli. A cama e travesseiros são confortáveis. O quarto estava limpo e as toalhas limpas e sem manchas. Ter um equipamento para aquecer a água e preparar o café ou chá também ajudou. O locatário esteve disponível o tempo todo e foi bem acolhedor. Nós recomedamos Mysuite Napoli. O quarto fica no 5º andar e, às vezes, os usuários não fecham a porta do elevador corretamente e o mesmo fica estacionado no andar onde a porta não foi fechada. Aconteceu comigo duas vezes e tivemos que subir os 5 andares a pé, então, se a pessoa for idosa, poderá ter algum problema. Precisa levar repelente. Fui bastante picada por pernilongos. Seria perfeito se tivesse um microondas.
• Clarissa (6/5): - Abbastanza accogliente , comoda se state in camera solo per dormire . Ho apprezzato il piccolo frigo. Comodo. Si potrebbe migliorare a livello di pulizia, a mio avviso la struttura non era stata pulita a dovere. Inoltre alcuni asciugamani ,erano stati lavati,..ma presentavano macchie di maschera… il lenzuolo era bucato, anche i cuscini in più non avevano la federa. La struttura si trova sì vicino alla stazione ma proprio per questo non mi è sembrata una zona tanto sicura. A parte questo per due notti è stata comoda
• sisto (2/5): Deludente...... - Posizione vicino alla stazione di Napoli Centrale. Gentilezza dell'host nelle comunicazioni, e deposito bagagli oltre il check out. Struttura semi nuova ma poco pulita. Soprattutto il giorno dell'arrivo era evidente che la pulizia era stata fatta in maniera superficiale. Copriletto macchiato, cuscini morbidi, muri sporchi, bagno nuovo ma water macchiato di sporco di lunga data non rimosso, scaldino con telecomando scarico, arredi approssimativi, mancava appendiabiti, posa valigia (utilizzato per base frigo, rumoroso peraltro), armadio poco funziale per appendere abiti normali. Ingresso con presenza di attrezzi per la pulizia in vista e , ambienti rumorosi (si sentivano le voci della stanza attigua). Posizione al 5 piano di edificio vecchio. Dispiace aver letto recensioni positive recenti benché i problemi sono gli stessi segnalati nelle vecchie recensioni.. appare evidente che chi gestisce non controlla adeguatamente chi si occupa delle pulizie e servizi.

• Loredana (7/5): Buon compromesso per un breve e piacevole soggiorno a Napoli - Buona la posizione poiché comoda per raggiungere la stazione ed il centro città. Camera carina e dotata dei minimi comfort necessari. Staff disponibile. Qualche problema di comunicazione all’arrivo per l’ingresso in struttura e nei giorni successivi che ci hanno comportato qualche contrattempo. Camera di dimensioni ridotte ma buona per 1 max 2 notti.

• daniele716 (9/5): Napoli e sempre un esperienza diversa - Ottima posizione a pochi minuti dalla stazione centrale e dalle fermate dei mezzi pubblici per tutte le destinazioni. Una buona idea mettere una zanzariera alla finestra della camera.

• Grecthes (7/5): Nice stay, comfortable sleeping, nice area - The location was great, right behind the Vatican walls. Easy access to the city center with many different buses and really close to the subway which was not working during our stay. A lot of places to eat in the area and 2 Super Markets for grocery etc. The one was working 24/7. The mattress and the pillows were exceptional. Soft foam like bead and a good foam pillow (not very thin - positively- as it usually are on these kind of accommodation). It has coffee machine in the shared area and machine for cold water. The apartments are in a nice and calm building/area. They came almost every day to change garbage can, tighten the sheets in a 3 days staying. The small fridge in the room wasn't really keep our water or food cold. It has a normal fridge in a shared area outside the room though. We were lucky that the day we arrived a family with a kid just left because you could hear the kid all over the place. The rooms is separated with a wall from each side and you can here almost every talk/noise. We didn t face any issues because not all rooms was booked and there was no sounds. If there was, then i believe it would be difficult to sleep/rest. Even though when the lady was cleaning the house you could smell the bleach, the bathroom water taps etc. had bath salts. The clean bathroom towels can not be left on top of the luggage and then be used. It needs a little attention there due to hygiene and other obvious reasons. The same applies to leaving the towels on the top of the bed cover, which is commonly known that it is not get cleaned every time with the sheets. The towels has to have a specific cleaned spot to be stored.
• Maria (9/5): Convenient location & nice room - The room was very spacious and comfy and the bathroom was nice and clean. The room was on the 5th floor and you need to pay (not much, only 10cts. but still) to use the lift until 7pm except for the weekends. It wasn't a big deal, got some exercise done everyday.
• Michelle (8/5): Very good - Nice tidy room. Walking access to old town and close to the main train station. It was quiet at night. Room is quite small- but had everything we needed Is up 5 flights of stairs, and sometimes the elevator didn't work
• Fajthandi (7/5): The room was nice but the neighborhood was not too good. - The room was quiet as it is facing the courtyard. The bathroom was clean. It has airconditioning. The neighborhood was not the best, the buildig is very close to the central train station which is a quite sketchy area but the main parts of the city are easily accesible from here as well. The towels we received were very tiny. There is an elevator however you have to pay 10 cents and it only works until 7 pm.
• Heidi (5/5): Keep expectations minimal - The room decor was minimalist and to our taste, bathroom was nice, the aircon worked well, the room was fairly big for two. The location is near the central station / if you need to get to the airport easily or go on tours to pompei, that’s where you should be. Adequate towels and soap/shampoo. Well some people think that the area around looked dodgy but that’s just the same anywhere else in the city. What was frustrating was the noise - there was constant banging and reverb on the ceiling almost 24/7 from upstairs so we couldn't sleep, the bed was so hard that I got really bad hip pain because I sleep on my side, it’s floor 5 but more like 9 floors because the floors are so tall - good to know since you have to pay for the lift (altho we later found out that it is free on weekends and after 7pm, the sign could have been more explicit) . The manager was was somewhat responsive but ultimately not able to resolve the issues we had. We discovered that one of the rooms next to ours was separated only by a cupboard door (like a kitchen cupboard - pic attached), so we could hear everything the guests in the next room do, we could even see into the next room through a gap in it (but nobody can see anything "interesting" at least). Dead mosquito on the wall and an occasional silverfish. Curtains was not hung properly.

• Franziska (10/5): Very central, clean and new stay next to the central train station - The communication with the owner was very smooth and the late check in was no problem at all. Everything was new in the room, a very good hair dryer, nice air con and comfortable bed :) Nothing to complain about - just keep in mind it’s in the 5th floor and the lift is a bit tiny and could be scary for some people but that was no major issue
• Agata (8/5): Very good - Very clean and comfortable accommodation. However we could hear everything from the room next door and upstairs. The location was very convenient for travel to different destinations. The host was very friendly and helpful. After dark a lot of homeless people lurking about. The streets were very dirty. Very busy and didn't feel safe.

• Asma (9/5): Nice room in the center of Naples - The room is very well located. It's close to the train and metro station. It is also close to the historical city center. Trudy, the hostess was super helpful and finally the room was clean, well decorated and coffee and water were provided. To use the elevator we had to pay 10 cents each time. This is valid during week days before 7 pm.

• Hanna (10/5): Exceptional - The room was beautiful and stylish. The air conditioner worked perfectly, so the temperature was good despite the fact that we visited Naples in the summer. The check-in and check-out went smoothly and the communication with the host was perfect. Strongly recommended!
• Σοφια (4/5): Disappointing - It was near to the Garibaldi station and to the Federico Ii Universita. The building was old with mold. The room has not balcony and it was very small for two persons. The roof was full of mold. The chair was broken and after they changed it. It has many mosquitoes and cockroach. The elevator was old and you have to pay in order to use until 7 pm. After this time was free.

• Ziqing (9/5): Superb - very close to train station and L1 station to Sorrento/Pompéi, and extraordinary facilities and decoration in the house the elevator in the building does not work some times
• Marilena (9/5): Superb - Centrally located: you can reach any place in Naples by foot or by taking the local transport. You are closed to the central station so that you can also travel anywhere in the region. The room is small but comfortable, you will also find a kettle and some teabags. I warmly recommend Mysuite Naples! Everything perfect!
