• Markku (10/5): Rauhallista oleskelua upeassa huoneistossa. - Siisti, rauhallinen ja upea huoneisto. Kaikki sujui hienosti ja viesteihin vastattiin todella nopeasti. Kympin arvoinen majoitus kaiken kaikkiaan 🙂 Porraskäytävä oli hieman karu, mutta siisti. Johtunee varmaan paikallisesta lainsäädännöstä.

• Eris (10/5): Perfekt für zwei - Wie schon die anderen Gäste schrieben - es ist eine wirklich sehr gemütliche, kleine, aber gleichzeitig auch funktionelle Eigentumswohnung in guter Innenstadtlage, ganz nahe an dem Gebiet der legendären Republik Uzupis. Erstklassig ausgestattet mit allem, was wir brauchten. Sogar Kaffee, Tee, Eier, Sweets und Gewürze gab es. Bequeme Betten, schöne Handtücher, sehr gemütliches Sofa., die kleine Dachterrasse. Es passte einfach alles. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war auch sehr freundlich und schnell. PERFEKT! Leider, und auch da schließen wir uns den anderen Bewertungen an, ist der Rest des Gebäudes (das Gemeinschaftseigentum, z.B. mit dem Treppenhaus und dem Eingangsbereich) ein bautechnischer Katastrophenfall. Da hilft nur - Augen zu und durch :-) Zwei kleine Hinweise für spätere Gäste aus unserer Sicht/bzw. nach unseren Erfahrungen: 1) Es ist eigentlich nur EIN Wohnraum unter dem Dach. Die beiden Betten (für je 2 Personen) sind nur durch Vorhänge abgetrennt. Insoweit handelt es sich nicht um zwei Schlafzimmer. Wegen dieser Besonderheit ist die Wohnung aus unserer Sicht vor allem für ein Paar, eine kleine Familie oder sonst sehr vertraute Personen geeignet. 2) Der Kaminofen darf nicht genutzt werden. Für uns war das nicht so wichtig, da die Wohnung überwiegend gut temperiert war.

• EdytaGa (10/5): - Wonderfull, cosy place with all things needed as: kitchen tools, coffee set with lots cups of coffees, mini bar, nice eco cosmetics in bathroom. The loction is next to Uzupis district, short walk to the old town. We will for sure be back to this place if we again visit Vilnius. -

General vibe is modern but cosy. I would love to go there again with my loved one, having a glass of wine by the fire place in the evening is to die for!

Είναι πολύ πολύ δύσκολο να βρεις κάτι αρνητικό γι αυτό το κατάλυμα. Το κατάλυμα είναι πολύ πιο όμορφο στην πραγματικότητα από ότι στις φωτογραφίες! Οι φωτογραφίες δεν μπορούν να αποθανατίσουν την ομορφιά του χώρου. Υπέροχο!

• Fay (10/5): Don't Hesitate, Just book it. - Fantastic loft apartment in an excellent location. The apartment was spacious, clean and a wonderful base to explore this beautiful city. The hosts are experts at this, and gave clear instructions to find the place and check in smoothly. If you are looking for a great place to stay, that is safe, warm and very comfortable this is the place!

Our flight was late and they kindly allowed us a late checkout Not a problem for us but there’s no lift to get to the third floor.
• Edda (7/5): Nice, clean an light flat in central Vilnius! - Light flat next to Uzupis and a nice foodhall in Vilnius! Compfy beds & easy check in and out! Bedrooms are only separate via curtains which means you actually all sleep in one big room. But the pictures do show this situation - so way not a surprise!

The location was very good, we were less than a 10 minute walk from the centre of old town and Uzipis was right on the doorstep.

Las habitaciones no tienen puertas, tienen una cortina por lo que pierde privacidad con respecto a la otra habitación. El portal y las inevitables escaleras están muy descuidadas y sucio. Una vez dentro del apartamento ya está todo ok.

Der Zugang war in einem Abbruchreifen Treppenhaus, der Vorplatz sah abbruchreif aus. Das entsprach überhaupt nicht den Beschreibungen und den Bildern. Es handelte sich NICHT um ein Penthouse, sondern um eine Dachgeschosswohnung.

It’s a short walk to the old town and right beside Uzupis - we had drinks and dinner both nights there. The apartment has everything you need - so much thought has gone into it - and it’s stylish and comfortable. We loved everything.

• Alina (10/5): Gorgeous apartment in a fantastic location - Gorgeous apartment, with all the conveniences you need to make it feel homely (e.g. umbrella, plenty of coffee capsules, even some snacks). Easy and quick communication with the hosts. Great location - lots of nice cafes and restaurants nearby, and just a short walk to the old town. Also felt very peaceful, no noise from the neighbours. Just a small gripe: an iron would have been handy for the stuff that gets crumpled at the bottom of your bag :)

• Marte (10/5): Best place to stay in Vilnius - We havet been visiting Vilnius almost every summer for 20 years now. This is the best place we have ever stayed in! The apartment is incredible nice, the atmosphere is great and we really felt like home. The hosts are very helpful and kind! The street is quiet both night and day, but still it's a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. And the old Town is just a 5 minute walk.

Sofas were comfortable and cool, kitchen well equipped - good coffee also provided. Large modern bathroom & fireplace with firewood supplied - very nice extra touch. Although mostly windows towards the sky, a nice balcony with a great view of part of the old town & TV tower. Also nicely designed with flowers. In general, a real hidden gem.
