- Guajardo (10/5): An amazing stay clean, comfortable, and exceeded expectations. - Loved everything about the stay, especially the room it was spotless, well put together, and honestly just felt really comfortable and relaxing the whole time. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping everything clean and organized, which made the experience even better. I honestly didn’t have any complaints the property met all my expectations and everything was great.
- Judith (1/5): Rooms had a horrible smell, didn't stay, refused refund. - We never stayed due to a horrible smell in the original room, and the room they offered to try and correct the problem. We booked the room 1 hour prior to arrival, and were charged for a room we didn't use - and communicated with staff on site and over the phone, when staff were unavailable at the reception desk (door was locked/no staff present). We requested a refund, and were denied, noting the room(s) were the last "suite" available. Note there were very few people staying at this unfinished property ... Walked next door, and stayed in a very nice room at the Day's Inn in Uvalde. We never stayed due to a horrible smell in the original room, and the room they offered to try and correct the problem. Facility was clean, modern and inviting to stay over night Nothing to add
- James (9/5): - The rooms are nicely remodeled. I love the walk in showers. Front desk was very courteous. Very clean rooms. Rooms need a table and chairs to eat good or work on laptop. I had to eat using the nightstand which was very awkward.

- Roy (5/5): It was OK -

- Wayne (5/5): I asked for a first floor room when checking in and they had to call somebody for approval even though the parking lot w - It was easy to get to in the middle of town and low rates. It was a decent room for the price. I would stay again. The phone in the room didn’t work. No elevator access. There was broken glass in the parking lot also.

- CeeCee (2/5): This place sucked. - How cold the ac was. The smell, the dirtiness of the room, unfriendly staff, bad smell in room, shower curtain too small sticks to your body, not enough towels, power outage for few hours
- Irene (3/5): I wish it would of been better - No breakfast Definitely the bed it was dirty and it made soo much noise there was no refill on the toilet paper no refill on the soaps and beard lay towels Thank Goodness I carry our stuff no iron or board 😩
- isabel (1/5): -
- Victoria (9/5): Room was very clean, quiet and peaceful stay - I liked everything about this hotel. Just one suggestion, seems bathroom door would function better if it opened out. Also, no hair dryer in room. Thank you No life saving Float by swimming pool if needed for emergency. Pillows seem too short, too full appear to be decorators pillows but slept good.
- Arturo (10/5): Perfect stay - That it was super nice and clean Breakfast
- Mariaisabel (8/5): It was a good hotel - The room itself was fine and comfortable. The bathroom door didn't lock.
- Tiffani (7/5): - Very clean and staff was nice The beds are not comfortable at all.
- Armando (6/5): It was okay - Location The A/C was off and it was hot when we walked in our room! No chair in the room! No face towels
- paula (10/5): - Everything No complaints
- Blanco (10/5): -
- Norma (8/5): Decent room. - The bed was very comfortable and AC worked really good I like to keep my ac on 68 and it stayed cool all day. Room was clean. Really worth the money I would stay there again. Bathroom really small and toilets are very low not good for older people these type of toilets are for children. Had to take a cold shower the water never got hot.
- Christian (4/5): Disappointing -
- Diana (8/5): Very good - No breakfast
- Martha (8/5): Very good - The bed was really comfortable, the a/c was excellent, location was very good. The bathroom needs a hook on the inside of the door, plus a door stop so the doorknob doesn't hit the wall.
- Nancy (7/5): Good -
- Villescas (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gonzales (9/5): Superb - The Stuff was so nice and friendly. They made you feel welcome. The room was clean. The room was a little warm and I had it on the AC on the lowest setting and the fan on high.
- Ramos (9/5): Superb -
- Lopez (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stahl (10/5): Exceptional -
- Stahl (10/5): Exceptional -
- Barbara (9/5): I liked it very much. - Not overpriced, like other hotels. I'm an artist. More local art? Plants?
- Rafael (8/5): Very good -
- Russell (5/5): I will probably pay a higher price to stay at one of the other nearby hotels next time. - The only thing that really gave this hotel an edge over the surrounding hotels was the price and location. It was clean enough and the bed was comfortable, but other than that, it was definitely bare bones. Right off the bat there was no welcome feeling at check-in. When I got to the hotel, the front door to the lobby was locked and there was nobody at the desk, although there was a neon "Open" sign in the window. I had to call a number posted on the door to let someone know I was there to check in. The girl who finally showed up to let me in acted like I had interrupted her nap or something. Anytime she spoke she just mumbled and anything she said was barely understandable. A little more attention could have been given to the simple amenities such as an extra roll of toilet paper, hangers so you could take shirts out of your suitcase and hang them up. My room had a small refrigerator and microwave, but no coffee maker. Could have also used an iron and ironing board. And please do something about the 100 grit sandpaper towels that were barely larger than a dish towel. Perhaps set a curfew on gatherings in the parking lot and swimming pool areas so there are no fiestas going on after 10:00 pm.
- Brenda (9/5): Very comfortable - Very nice could tell they must’ve had it remodel recently. Yeah, the last room in the building and get the hot water just couldn’t reach us, wasn’t able to take a shower
- Nydia (5/5): Even though they aren’t catering to customers, the stay was manageable. Just wouldn’t stay there again. - My parents liked the tree and the picnic tables. Got my parents a disability safe room, and when my mom needed more pillows due to her neck arthritis, they wouldn’t approve more. Never experienced that at a hotel.
- Lily (9/5): Staff was very friendly -
- Smart (8/5): Very good -
- Annabel (7/5): Good -
- Gordon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Clemente (5/5): Passable -
- Angel (9/5): Superb -
- Gomez (7/5): It was average, we were not in the room much. - Did not have breakfast, didn't know one was availablea A table to eat at, and the floors were dirty, I mopped them myself.it was good,
- Rick (8/5): Very good - Recently remodeled. Reasonable price. Overall nice. Noisy quests.
- Iris (7/5): Good -
- Troney (5/5): Passable - No hot water, when I told the front desk, she said it takes a while to get back there. 45 minutes?
- Victoria (10/5): It was pleasant - I loved the area outside, they had a tree swing, it was very clean and comfortable The shower, It needs a glass window or some type of door
- Hector (10/5): Exceptional -
- Emma (8/5): Very good -
- Life (1/5): Do not stay here! - THE STAFF CAME IN MY ROOM AM 5:45am. The manager Natasha watches the cameras from her house and told staff to strip the room because we were checked out just because my husband left. IMAGINE... being asleep at night and someone walking in your room. Then... going to the front to talk to Natasha right after about the scare of your life she gave you and she don't want to get on the phone with me.
- Tammy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Pim (8/5): Very good -
- Ibarra (1/5): No hot water and cockroaches will forever be iconic at this hotel - I like that they redid the beds, but the headboard fell on me so that kind of completely counter mass is what I had thought about the hotel There’s not very much to like about the property. They have never really done the outside. I like that they’re still cockroaches in their rooms
- Maria (8/5): Simple but clean - Uvalde is not a tourist destination so don’t expect to find resorts. The room served its purpose. We needed a decent place to sleep at. The rooms are small But very clean. The hotel has been opened only for months and is still under going renovations. It’s surrounded by different types of businesses (downtown area). But nice and quiet at night. Staff very courteous and polite. We did not have any issues with hot water. Room does have mini fridge and microwave,a chair. AC unit worked great and low noise. There is no old carpet so there is no stinge in the room 👍🏼 It’s not that I didn’t like it..but rooms don’t offer a closet, ironing board, iron, hair drier. As I said the room served its purpose very well for us. Clean bed, clean sheets, clean towels, hot water, TV, parking. They don’t offer breakfast but there’s many places to eat around there, mostly fast foods 😅
- Kaycie (10/5): I will definitely be staying here again 10/10 - it was very clean! The room my family and I stayed in , nobody had stayed in yet so that was a plus!! they had wifi , the tv was a smart tv with all the apps we watch at home. The beds were soft and comfortable and the shower was nice as well! there were no trash cans and no iron . besides those two things , everything was perfect!
- Lynda (8/5): Great stay for the price. - The rooms were remodeled with new floors, fixtures, blinds, shower, faucets, and beds. Everything was clean and great. The exterior was run down and needed a coat of paint. looked sketchy upon first appearance. Neighborhood was not very nice.
- Gilbert (7/5): Good - The no tub shower. U were able to connect ur streaming to the tv The rooms were outside . Not my preference
- Steve (5/5): Overall, it was a clean comfortable room for a night and at a price that doesn’t break the bank, but don’t expect too mu - Reasonable price Very minimal furnishings. No chair so the only place to sit was a bed which was a little too tall to be a comfortable seat. Apparently there is a single water heater for all the rooms and we were far out so it took about 10 minutes to get hot water down on the end we were located. The bathroom only had one working light, so the sink and mirror area was very dimly lit.
- Gary (10/5): Exceptional -
- Trevor (10/5): Great Stay - NA NA
- Lugo (8/5): Very good -
- Armando (6/5): Pleasant - Good for price Hot water to long to come up
- Maria (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jennifer (8/5): Will stay again - This is a great place to stay for the price. Very clean rooms. It was loud outside no fault to the hotel. It sounded like street racing going on.
- David (10/5): Fabulous spot! - Super friendly owner, on site. Clean, recently renovated rooms. Room service? LoL
