Katarzyna (7/5): - Cicha i spokojna okolica. Blisko do plaży i lasu. Apartament okazał się bardzo brudny i zaniedbany. Po pierwsze nie były zabrane śmieci z aneksu kuchennego po poprzednich gościach oraz na wejściu poraził nas brzydki zapach wilgoci i stęchlizny, zwłaszcza w łazience. Na uwagę zasługuje również dywan, który zastaliśmy w salonie, był bardzo brudny i poplamiony, podobnie jak firanka i fotel w kącie. We wszystkich żyrandolach zalegały martwe muchy i robaki (był to bardzo ohydny widok). Niestety z wyposażeniem apartamentu nie jest lepiej. Do obsługi telewizji były 3 piloty z jednym kompletem baterii, które rozładowały się całkowicie w przeddzień wyjazdu i byłam zmuszona wyłączyć telewizor z sieci. Na ścianie wisi zegar, który nie działa (zapewne z tego samego powodu co TV). Jedna z szuflad w kuchni się nie domyka, półeczka w drzwiach lodówki jest całkowicie wyłamana, a lampa która stoi w kącie musi być podparta fotelem (tym poplamionym) bo inaczej się przewraca. Apartament posiadał w oknach żaluzje, których nie można było zasłonić ponieważ wszystkie pokrętła do obracania były powyłamywane, a sznurki pourywane lub poplątane, niestety zasłony pełniły tylko funkcję ozdobną po oby stronach firanki i nie można ich było zasunąć. Niestety ogólne odczucie czystości oceniam bardzo nisko. Na każdym kroku widać było, że sprzątanie odbywa się tylko powierzchownie bez uwzględnienia prania firan, mycia okien, prania dywanu czy czyszczenia takich elementów jak obrazy, żyrandole, obicia foteli czy poduch ozdobnych. Niestety nie czuliśmy się tam swobodnie i komfortowo.

Duży plus za przestronny balkon, dwie oddzielne sypialnie z dużymi, wygodnymi łóżkami oraz osobną łazienkę i dodatkową toaletę, co bardzo ułatwia pobyt w kilka osób. Stefan (6/5): Ich hätte mir den Aufenthalt schöner vorgestellt. Nochmal werde ich dort nicht Urlaub machen. - Die Ausstattung war in Ordnung, der Balkon war schön und die Aussicht von ganz oben. Leider war die Küche nicht sauber, sodass man erstmal den Kühlschrank, Backofen und Geschirr gründlich reinigen musste. Das geht einfach nicht. Der TV funktionierte nicht und der dritte Schlafplatz war die sehr raue und harte Couch im Wohnbereich ohne Bettbezug und die zu dicke Bettdecke im Schrank war auch ohne Bettbezug.

Simona (7/5): Nevrácení zálohy za úklid!!! - Okolí,moře a klid . Hezký apartmán ,ale je vidět,že vybavení má už něco za sebou.Dveře od pokoje nešli zavřít. Zlobila elektřina v celém bytě ,hlavně v kuchyni. A tak bych mohla pokračovat. Na pobytu jsme byli začátkem srpna .Na místě jsme zaplatili zálohu za úklid 500 zlatých.Učtenku mám a mám to i ve výpisu. Do dnešního dne se dohaduji,že mi záloha nebyla vrácena. Několikrát mně odbyli stím,že to mám dávno na účtu.Dnes si dokonce dovolili napsat ,že mi platbu nepošlou,protože jsem nic neplatila .Tak jsem jim tam poslala jejich daňové doklady o platbě a už nekomunikují. Příště sem už nikdy!!! Nedoporučuji platba za úklid vratná do 14 dnů od pobytu stále není na mém účtu a je to déle jak měsíc.

Sebastian (7/5): Wir fahren gerne nach Kolobrzeg - Die Stadt Kolobrzeg ist sehr schön und wir haben in den letzten 35 Jahren sehr viele Unterkünfte besucht. Der Gastgeber ist sehr Tierfreundlich. Zusatzkosten für Haustiere betragen 60 PLN pro Nacht. Rechenbeispiel: bei 10 Tagen beträgt die Gebühr 140€ für ein Haustier. Bei einer Ankunft ist eine Schadenskaution von 500 PLN erforderlich. Das sind ungefähr 117€. Dafür ist die Unterkunft sauber. Die Schlafcouch hat schon bessere Zeiten erlebt.

Na balkonie 3 rowery ale niesprawne więc nie korzystaliśmy. Basen zew podgrzewany, 2 sauny to na duży plus Osiedle daleko od centrum, bez samochodu to spore utrudnienie, brak sklepu na miejscu, restauracja droga i nic specjalnego. Przydałyby się ręczniki papierowe w kuchni.

Tina (6/5): Sehr schönes Appartement aber kein Hotel mit Frühstücksbuffet - Das Appartement war wirklich Deluxe. So hätten wir es nicht erwartet. Sehr modern, sehr sehr groß und es war alles da was man braucht. Also 5 Sterne für das Appartement und die Sauberkeit. Die Anlage an sich war auch sehr gepflegt und für Fremde verschlossen. Der Strand ist etwas weiter entfernt als beschrieben aber dieser ist unglaublich sauber und wunderschön. Davon können sich deutsche Ostseebäder noch eine Scheibe abschneiden. Man muss sich trotzdem im klaren sein, dass das Zentrum eine gute Stunde Fußmarsch entfernt ist. Wer nicht laufen möchte, kann sich aber günstig Fahrräder, auch E-Bikes ausleihen. Wer nicht auf Trubel oder Menschen 🤣 steht, kann dort einen sehr sehr schönen Urlaub verbringen. Also...wenn man den Urlaub bucht, dann geht man tatsächlich davon aus, dass man ein Appartement in einer Hotelanlage gebucht hat. Dies ist leider nicht so. Es ist eine Appartementanlage, in der sowohl Urlauber wie auch richtige Mieter leben. Dazu gibt es einen mittelmäßig großen Pool, ein kleines Fitnessstudio mit günstigen Geräten und eine Sauna (diese kann ich leider nicht beurteilen). Mehr ist nicht dabei. Achso ein winziger Spielplatz draußen ist auch dabei. Der beworbene Indoorspielplatz gehört eigentlich zu einen Restaurant. Wellness, Spa, Indoorpool sind nur für die Urlauber im Hotel. Das Hotel mit seinen Zimmern ist ein extra Grundstück und Appartement - Urlauber haben dort keinen Zutritt. Dann kommen wir zum Frühstück...kann man buchen, muss man aber nicht. Und genau da hätte man eigentlich schon ins Grübeln kommen müssen (hinterher ist man immer schlauer 😉). Natürlich erwartet man ein Frühstücksbuffet in einem Gastraum....aber es gibt kein Buffet, sondern ein Catering. Man muss sich jeden Tag bis 16.30 Uhr entschieden haben was man dann am nächsten Morgen essen möchte. Das Catering-Unternehmen kommt dann zwischen 7 und 9.30 Uhr und bringt das Frühstück. Man hat die Auswahl aus 9 verschiedenen Frühstücksvariationen. Dazu gibt es immer helle Brötchen. Das Frühstück ist OK aber für den Preis völlig überteuert. Dazu kommt, dass die Bestellung manchmal nicht mit der Lieferung übereinstimmt. Ich würde mich das nächste Mal selbst verpflegen, wie schon erwähnt, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

So verarscht wird Das zinmer dreckig , Steckdose defekt STROMSCHLAGGEFAHR , BALKON DEFEKT ABSTURTZGEFAHR , IM RESTAURANT FALSCHES ESSEN BEKOMMEN ( ALLERGIE ESSEN ) Aufzug 2 Tage defekt Das Personal Wurde drauf hingewiesen, wir wurden vertröstet die Dame sagte wir kriegen ein neues Zimmer, bekamen wir nicht. Nochmal nachgefragt hieß es der Manager meldet sich auch das war nocht der fall!!!! Blick auf Garten ? FALSCH ES WAR EIN WALD WO WILDTIERE SIND UND KEINE RUHE HAT Sowas sieht das Zimmermädchen nicht? Das wir allergie Kinder haben, und Hunde Haare sowie ESSEN RESTE VON HUNDEN FINDEN IST NICHT NORMAL ! ICH werde mit meiner Rechtsschutz sprechen , denn ich will min. 40 % des Betrages zurück. Auch weil wir verarscht wurden , fahrlässiges verhalten der Mitarbeiter, und wir nixjt die volle zeit dort waren aufgrund der dreckigen wohnung mit Schäden Mängeln und Haaren von Tieren
Denisa (9/5): - Klíče jsme si vyzvedli dříve než v uvedenou hodinu. Předání na recepci proběhlo bez problémů. Apartmánový komplex v klidné lokalitě, blízko pláže - cca 400m přes les. Apartmán vybaven vším, co jsme k pobytu potřebovali. Poněkud náročnější zaparkovat v areálu, ale vždy jsme si nějak poradili. Bazén jsme vzhledem k počasí nevyužili. Fitness ano - dosti malé Vše bylo OK.

Die Organisation des Frühstücksangebot. Jeden Tag das selbe Essen zur Auswahl und das nur geliefert. Muss jeden Tag bis 18:30 Uhr bestellt werden und keine Möglichkeit auf Buffet. Wir hatten kaputt Fliesen auf dem Balkon, die beim Fegen fast aus dem 3. Stock gefallen wären. Katastrophe
Anja (8/5): Kurz Urlaub - Die Wohnung war sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Couchbett war toll allerdings war die Matratze etwas durchgelegen ansonsten war das system super. Die Lage war gut. man war schnell am Strand, wenn man den richtigen Weg wusste. Personal war bemüht alles auf Deutsch zu erklären. Wenn man 15 min gelaufen ist hatte man auch gute Möglichkeiten verschiedenenes zu essen. Direkt an der Anlage war auch ein Restaurant. War auch lecker Portionen etwas kleiner. Das Waschbecken war verstopft aber wurde schnell behoben. Die Parkplätze waren ein lotto Spiel an machen Tagen, aber wir haben immer einen bekommen. Sind aber nur so gefahren das wir meistens gegen frühen Abend wieder da waren. Der Spielplatz könnte etwas größer sein den indoorspielplatz haben wir nicht aus probiert. Auf dem Balkon stand eine Tasse mit Zigaretten wurden von den Putzfrauen übersehen. Habe ich selbst gemacht.

Jak dla nas lokalizacja za bardzo oddalona od restauracji,kawiarni czy nawet zwykłego sklepu spożywczego. Jest jeda restauracja i nic poza tym. Do plaży blisko ale brak w pobliżu budki z lodami,gofram,jedzeniem czy napojami.

När vi kom när det va mörkt va det svårt att hitta rätt för det va inte upplyst så man såg vilken byggnad man skulle till. För tidig att checka ut redan kl 10.

Paulina (7/5): Tydzień w Kołobrzegu - Część basenowa jest dość duża można spokojnie popływać. Siłownia ma również wszystko co potrzebne. W miarę blisko do morza zgodnie z opisem. Jest winda. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, wyjątek ekspres do kawy niestety ciężko w okolicy kupić takie kapsułki!!!! Cały pobyt nie udało mi się na nie trafić. Doba hotelowa kończy się o 10.00, basen otwierają o 9.00 więc ostatniego dnia z niego nie skorzystacie. Nie ma możliwości przedłużenia doby chyba, że chcecie zapłacić za cały następny dzień, obsługa w ogóle nie jest elastyczna. Przy takiej konkurencji w Kołobrzegu myślę, że to błąd. Tym bardziej, że w tej cenie można łatwo znaleźć coś innego. Bawialnia bardzo brudna, dywan do natychmiastowego wyprania. Sam apartament bardzie dla pary niż 4 osób, problem ze spaniem przede wszystkim, rozkładane kanapy bardzo niewygodne i ciasne. Osiedle ma też problem z przepełnionymi śmietnikami. W klatce obok był remont ale w takim osiedlu myślę że to się może zdarzyć.
