• S (9/5): Clean, spacious and well appointed accommodation perfect for a larger group or family! - The property was clean, spacious and well appointed. The located was perfect for our day trip to Zermatt with the train station nearby. Also much more affordable than properties closer to or in Zermatt. Our hosts communicated clearly making check in a breeze. The views were also amazing! Nothing!

• Yvonne (8/5): Cozy, tidy, and spacious place. - Toilet no drain hole system, if floor is wet hard to dry. The location is convenient overall, but the property is located further inside. If you have heavy luggage, be prepared to drag it uphill from the train station.

• Claudia (9/5): Proche du centre mais très calme, propre. 3 grandes chambres, petite vu sur le lac - J'ai dû appeler depuis devant la porte. J'avais quand même un peu peur de ne pas pouvoir rentrer. J'aurais apprécié une indication/ réponse un peu plus tôt. Pas de réponse aux 2 WhatsApp. Mais c'est une détail. Il faisait assez froid dans l'appartement. Pour deux nuit/jours c'est ok, mais pour une semaine ça aurait été un peu limite. Nous n'avons pas trouvé de possibilité d'augmenter la température.
• Beat (3/5): Waren zweimal dort, das erste und zugleich das letzte Mal! - Von Booking einen Schlüsselpin erhalten, falsch. Den 2. Pin vom Abwart probiert, falsch. Erst bei der tel. Nachfrage endlich den richtigen Pin erhalten. Die Zimmer sehr oberflächlich gereinigt, Haare in den Betten gefunden.

• Uyen Tu (6/5): Disappointed about the host and the apartment policy before booking this property - The apartment is big, nice and clean. Easy to collect the key. 10 minutes walk to the station The host is very irresponsible. He ignored our text messages when we couldn't find things in the apartment. We didn't know the check in time also. Booking.com shows 3pm but the check in booklet says 2pm. We want to ask whether we can check in at 2pm or not but no response. No hot water from 10pm but we didn't get informed about it. 3 out of 5 had quick cold shower because they must have shower before going to bed. 2 hair dryers but one is broken and they still left there. Check out time is 10am but we left at 7:30am. No store luggage or recommendation where we can leave our luggage before we travelled to Spiez. Apartment itself is nice but the host is not responsive.

• Sandra (6/5): - Location and size of the apartment Interior has been chosen wisely and stylish It is quite old and plenty things don’t work (eg broken lamps, electrical plugs, hairdryer) Communication with the host was rather difficult as we didn’t get answers on some questions

• basma mohammed (9/5): - المساحة - متكاملة المحتويات قمت بالحضور على الموعد بعد عناء سفر بالسياره لمدة 5 ساعات لأجد بأنهم لم يقوموا بتنظيف الشقة مما سبب لي تعب اضافي واحباط برغم تواصلي معهم اقترحوا علي باحضار شركة للتنظيف وتعويضي ب 50 يورو فقط !! مما جعلنا نضطر للخروج حتى الانتهاء من التنظيف وهذا شي غير مقبول أبداً غير مكيفه للاسف بكيفات اسبليت - التكييف عبارة عن اعمده مراوح غير بارده

• Lai (9/5): Superb - The facilities were good and we love the apartment very much. The location was good as it was quite near the train station. Rooms were spacious. One disadvantage was the unit was on the second floor and there was no elevator. We had difficulties carrying our heavy luggage up to the apartment as well as down the stairs when we checked out.

• Sophie (6/5): Disappointing value for the price. No attention to details. Umcomfy beds - The location was nice : close to the train station (10-15 min by foot) in a quiet neighborhood. There is a nice little garden at the back of the building. The bedrooms and the living room were modern and nicely decorated (not so the kitchen and the bathroom). The key box is an easy and handy way to arrive at any time without depending on the owner. The boxspring bed mattresses were EXTREMELY incomfortable (because WAAAAAAAY too soft) ! I know some people like it, but for us it was simply impossible to sleep ! We were bent and the bloodflow in my arm was even impaired because of the bad position. We hardly got some sleep at all :-( The kitchen is old fasioned and some of the equipment is a bit patch-up job (like a drawer that has no back and opens at the other side when you push it ; a cupboard door that gets stuck in a drawer when you open it). Also, the crockery is reduced to the minimum and I would have expected someting more complete. Some other equipment is really low quality (like a plastic kettle). Maybe also but the sponge, kitchen cloth etc in a place where there are easy to find instead of hiding them at the back of cupboards... Some equipment was missing or illogical : like a nightstand lamp with no power plug nearby. Also, the wifi connection was a bit random : the network name and the indicated password were not up-to-date; the QR code to scan didn't work for everybody. Also try and provide softer towels that don't feel like a bodyscrub. The owners weren't very reactive to answer on the Booking chat or Whatsapp. All in all, not a bad option, but disappointing quality for the value. For such a quite high price, I would expect better quality and a better attention to details.

Very spacious and bright apartment, quiet neighbourhood, a little bit of view towards the lake and the mountains. The apartment is very spacious, bright, and fully equipped. We definitely recommend it.

The gentleman at first claimed he couldn't give it to me, then after my urging he sent it but with the wrong billing information, even though I had written to him 3 times. At first he didn't even respond for 2 months. Communication difficult, he didn't even apologize very cheap and poor equipment in the kitchen. Lack of basic things like slightly bigger tea cups, chopping board, colander, grater The owner wanted us to pay additional fees (city fee) that were included in the price, when I wrote it to him, he didn't even reply. Strange behavior

The host is patiently help us on the car parking issue. Easy check in / out instructions, just the parking slot show in the instructions is quite confusing Perhaps just the apartment was on the 2nd floor and we come with heavy luggage

• Harsh (6/5): Apartment was okay but facility wise it was not worthy the visit and there was stale food in the refrigerator. - 1. Location - It was confusion and even delivery guy couldn’t reach to deliver food. 2. There was some stale non vegetarian dishes in the Refrigerator which shouldn’t be there. We all were very disappointed with the smell in the kitchen. Unfortunately we are vegetarian. 3. There were no dishwasher in Kitchen, washing machine and dryer for clothes. 4. No staff was available. 5. In general, there should be atleast 2 bathroom for a 3 bedroom apartment. 6. Checked out tome should be around 12 not 10am. -> We need a refund of the compensation against what we paid for a night. It was not worthy in our opinion (opinion based on all 5 people).
