Aside from Bobopod, I had found the cleanliness of a place I liked for the first time and was going to leave a positive review. However, unfortunately, the hotel operator intentionally released their German Shepherd on my pregnant wife during checkout and didn't hold it back for a long time, which caused her a lot of fear. The hotel industry requires flawless customer communication. Not everyone with money should enter the tourism sector.

- Artigas (6/5): Pleasant - The bed They wanted to charge for a blanket. The towel is too small. If you want to have water if you have to go to another room far from the rooms. The staff does not speak English.

- Jan (10/5): Exceptional - Had a wonderful two-nights stay in the hostel. Welcoming and helpful staff, very cozy room (I was the only one there). Got a sandals with teethbrush and soap as a gift, drinking water available for free. Great place for an easy money in Bandung!

- Kristina (9/5): Superb - The staff are very friendly and helpful when you can find them. They helped me rent a scooter and advised where I can get a bus to Bogor. Everything was very clean and I was the only person staying here, so it was quite quiet. There were free water refills, hot water in the shower and a towel provided. The WiFi and air conditioning worked perfectly. The location is great, it's a short walk to shops and ATMs and it's a short bus ride from the train station. There is a restaurant onsite and lots of other restaurants nearby. They have live music at the restaurant every night, which always stopped at 10pm, so it never interfered with sleep. There were no staff manning the hostel desk, so you have to wander around to find them to ask any questions or check in. The toilets are downstairs but this wasn't an issue for me.
