• Maria (10/5): Traumhafter Bungalow beim Corcovado Nationalpark - Ein Paradies auf Erden...wie der Name schon sagt. Man ist mitten im Dschungel und hat trotzdem ein hohes Maß an Komfort, d.h. eine moderne Ausstattung mit sehr gut funktionierender Klimaanlage. Unsere Highlights waren die vielen Tiersichtungen im Garten: Wir sahen einen Ameisenbär, Nasenbär, Tukane, Leguane, Schlangen, Kapuzineräffchen und Aras. Das war genau das, was wir uns von der Unterkunft wünschten. Es ist ein Katzensprung zum traumhaften, meist menschenleeren Strand (ca. 1-2 Gehminuten), an denen man die schönsten Sonnenuntergänge beobachten kann währenddessen man eine frisch gepflückte Kokosnuss genießt. Die holprige Hinfahrt mit 2 Flussüberqueren gehört zum Abenteuer dazu und war es mehr als wert. Es ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Touren in den Corcovado Nationalpark oder zur Cano Island. Von unserer ganzen Costa Rica - Reise war dieser Aufenthalt unser Herzstück und die Zeit, an die wir uns am meisten und liebsten zurückerinnern, weil sie so intensiv, tierreich und authentisch war. Beim nächsten Costa Rica Besuch sind wir wieder bei euch, das steht fest! ;) Dass die Zeit zu schnell vergeht ;)
• Stefan (10/5): ✨ Ein kleines Paradies mitten in der Natur – fast direkt am Meer 🌿🌊 - Diese Lodge ist weit mehr als nur eine Unterkunft – sie ist ein kleines Paradies. Eingebettet in üppige Natur und fast direkt am Meer gelegen, fühlt man sich vom ersten Moment an angekommen. Das Rauschen der Wellen, die Geräusche des Dschungels und die besondere Ruhe schaffen eine Atmosphäre, die sofort entschleunigt. Die Lodge ist sehr sauber und perfekt in die Umgebung integriert. Morgens aufzuwachen, die frische Meeresluft zu atmen und den Tag mit Blick ins Grüne zu beginnen, ist einfach unbezahlbar. Hier kann man komplett abschalten, zur Ruhe kommen und den Alltag hinter sich lassen. Für uns war es ein Ort voller Entspannung, Inspiration und echter Urlaubsmomente. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und wären am liebsten länger geblieben. Eine absolute Herzensempfehlung für alle, die Natur, Ruhe und Meeresnähe lieben. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder! 🌿🌊💫 ….. nicht gefallen ist der falsche Begriff, man muss wissen, dass die Anreise ca. 40 km über Schotter -und Schlaglochpiste erfolgt und man zwei Flüsse überqueren muss, aber das war irgendwie auch ein Highlight und gehört einfach dazu auf Costa Rica - SUV mit 4x4 ist schon empfehlenswert
• VERONICA (10/5): paraiso - La amabilidad de la pareja de propietarios y la expectacularidad enclave, totalmente aislado y con la playa de varioa kilometros practicamente para nosotros.
• Melanie (10/5): - Die Lage war atemberaubend! Total idyllisch mitten in der Natur und Nony war ein hervorragender Gastgeber. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Nichts alles war perfekt
• Jos (10/5): Hidden gem with luxury on deserted beach - true paradise - Charming, luxury (AC very nice in the humid environment) on a remote deserted wonderful beach. Good cooking facilities ( no shops, so fully stock up before you arrive). Parrots and other animals at your terrace - beautiful. Very hospitable and responsive hosts, who provided great tips, seeking feedback to further enhance and even brought coconuts with straws. Hidden gem. Restaurant at Poor man’s paradise ( great foodt- 15 min walk on the beach. Book tours via Elsa Good Catch. Take the boat to/from Sierpe ( pick up on the beach) - true experience. Nothing
• Christine (10/5): Paradise Indeed We stayed 4 nights but would have liked to stay much longer. - A beautiful location, and fabulous accommodation. Friendly, super helpful hosts, Karin and Noni. Air conditioning in lovely bedroom. Wonderful garden. Close to beach and access to boats which can be arranged to take you to to various locations. We used it as a base to explore the Corcovado national park. Nothing. Well it would be good to have a bedside table on both sides of the bed, not just one.
• Jones (10/5): Exceptional - The location and setting was beautiful with nature right on your doorstep. You could see the ocean and hear the waves on the beach. Fresh fruit was picked from the garden and given to us by the hosts. Nothing
• Radim (10/5): Exceptional - The most beautiful stay in our whole costarica stay. Building is alone in huge!! garden full of life but very near to the beach. Modern and simple equipment, spacious bedroom with huge window right to the garden and beach (which is usually completely empty). Gardent is partly trimmed but half of it is made for the wild life (and i saw tapir there). It is very close to the rainforest, where you can just walk by yourself. Nony and Karin are super hosts, helping with aranging dinner, transport, tours, bringing coconut, .... everything. Pumas were around just in the moment when we went´t. Pumas should have better training :)
• Michael (9/5): Superb - Wonderful tropical beach escape, with an exceptional garden. We loved watching the birds and playing in the ocean. We also loved walking along the beach to the nearby restaurant every night for dinner. The staff/helpers were incredible! We want to go back! Bring bug spray. The no-see-ums were voracious around sunset but OK the rest of the day
• Edoardo (10/5): Real Heaven - A real heaven. The apartment is new, very well furnished and extremely comfortable, even more than you can expect. Perfect cleaning. The location is astonishing. The house is surrounded by a very nice, large and well-kept garden, visited by many birds and mammals. The beach is more or less 150 meters from the house and is a postcard place: kilometers of sand with palm trees, no people around. The place is also a perfect starting point to explore the nearby Corcovado National Park and for whale watching tours. The hosts Karin and Nony really went out of their way to help us preparing our travel, with really a lot of info and useful tips. Unfortunately Nony was not present in the very days of our visit so we missed the tours with him and couldn’t enjoy his knowledge of the ecosystems and of the area. However Karin was always attentive and helpful, a really perfect host. She also shared the fruits of the garden with us and transmitted us her enthusiasm for living there, surrounded by such a luxuriant nature. A beautiful experience, both naturalistically and humanly.

• Zhong (10/5): It is a gem in the wilderness - Great location to allow you explore the wilderness of nature while enjoying the modern comfort. The hosts are a very friendly and helpful couple. When we were leaving, I said to Nony, I don’t want to return the key to you because my heart wants to stay here.
• Krzysztof (10/5): excelent hosts and place (villa and location) - EVERYTHING !!! 1. Super hosts (Karin and Nony): Very kind, super nice and professional! Perfect communication (via booking.com or whatsapp) before arrival.During stay were incredibly helpful in everything (they live a dozen or so meters from the Villa and responds within a few minutes for every inquiries or requests sent by whatsapp).They treat you like a friend, not a customer.Have very professional knowledge according to nature, animals, area etc. so they are also very interesting people to talk to.Host has a biology education and is a very professional guide (especially regarding nature, birds and ecotourism) and I recommend much more tours with Nony (he has many options from 2 hours to the whole day), which are much more interesting then tours in NP Corcovado.Both owners are foreigners so they have a comprehensive view of client's needs. 2. Great place and location! House is located in a beautiful place at the "end of the world" (one of the last houses, several kilometers south of Drake's Bay, 50m from the jungle; 20m from the bay (when you can swim) and on several km long beach. If you are looking for a place which are: modern, comfortable and at the same time secluded and quiet this is the place !!! New, very modern house in a European style (brick walls, large - from floor to ceiling - (glass) windows in the bedroom, which are also sliding doors to the terrace (in addition to the windows/doors, there is also a second sliding "layer" in the form of a mosquito net so you can have windows wide open and the mosquito net closed!), modern bathroom, new and efficient air conditioning in the bedroom, large and very well-equipped kitchen where you can cook full meals; large covered terrace. From bedroom/terrace view to the garden and...to the sea (you can hear the sound of the waves at night! Beautiful, very large (3 ha) garden with various plants, a pond and... animals that visit the garden in front of the house every day THIS IS CONTINUOUS WHAT WE LIKE (NOT what we didn't like) ! (you can observe mammals and birds from the bedroom bed through the large windows, animals which you will not see even in the national park Corcovado).You can take to eat (or make juices) from the garden whatever fruit you want (coconuts, bananas, etc.).You can get here by car (in the dry season SUV 4x2 is enough) or by plane (Sansa airlines) to Drake's Bay (and arrange pick-up and drop-off with the hosts or a taxi from the airport - about 1 hour on a poor gravel road) or reach Sierape and from there, take a "public" speedboat to the beach right next to the house.Behind the house there is a public (free) trail through the jungle and close to the beaches/sea, which you can walk on your own for up to 10-15 km (the owner will show you the way).If you want to arrange tour to the national park Corcovado (1-day or 1night/2-days) from a local tourist office with the option of going there by boat, boat take you and bring you to the beach 50 m from the house! There is much more that can be written about the advantages of this place, but just come here and see for yourself :-)
• Micheline (10/5): Paradise found - This place is at the end of the road with a delicious restaurant that delivers just 1km away. It is isolated however that is what makes it sooo amazing. The wildlife and the garden and the gorgeous sand beach just outside the garden made it truly feel like Eden. Parrots and toucans all over as well as soo many other birds. The owener offered us a nature walk however our hiking boots were soaked from day before so we chose to go swimming and play in the waves instead. This was a huge highlight of our trip. There was a king and queen bed that were very comfortable surrounded by huge patio doors that open up to either screen doors or you can also open up and be in the open There is a fully equipped kitchen also and a large bathroom that had warm shower. The AC was perfect ..the owners were soo pleasant and attentive to all our needs they are both very sweet. You do have to cross 2 small rivers (in Dec) that felt a bit daunting however the oweners were super wonderful and met us there so we followed them through that part especially since it was night when we arrived however the next day I realized they were not that daunting even after huge rain That I couldn't stay here longer
• Toni (10/5): Exceptional - Expectional accomodation if you want to enjoy peace and quite among garden of Eden where all of kinds of fruits grown in trees that you free free to pick. Couple hundred meters is a sand beach that you can enjoy under palm trees nearly alone from any other humans. Lots of animals to see and trail to rainforest starts almost from the doorstep. Requires SUV and the road there includes couple of stream crossing. But that is part of the adventure
