Kosei (7/5): 想定の範囲内でしたが、くつろぐことはできました。 - アメニティやお水があったのは良かった。 2泊目からの清掃不要の対応即座にして頂けて良かった。駐車場の費用が掛かることが最初の情報としてわからなかった。古い設備なのでしょうがないのですが、お風呂の排水口内の汚れがきになった。
fumiyo (10/5): 立地最高 - 徒歩圏内に食べ歩きできる店がある事。夜、餃子やさんに行って持ち帰りを2パック、その近くの焼きそば1パック、友達はコンビニでビール、私はお茶だけど、どの店もすごく並んでるけどホテルで食べても美味しかった。すごくリッチな感じのホテル、よくゴールデンウィーク取れたなって感激。私が止めた駐車場は、有料だけど近くで良かった。ホテルのご飯も人気みたい、次はぜひ食べたい特にない

Takao (2/5): 安全、サービスレベルの低いホテル - 駅に近いスタッフの接客対応が最悪です。言葉遣い、顧客対応のレベルが低い。フロントで待たせて「人がいないので並んでください」は客に言うべき言葉ではない。廊下や避難通路に物があって不安全です。翌日も廊下の照明が節電で暗くて危険です。
Kyoko (8/5): 概ね、快適でした。 - リニューアル後の設備が、清潔に保たれていました。2泊しましたがアメニティの補充は、ほぼ適当でした。　使い捨てスリッパが清掃時に捨てられ、夕方部屋に戻ると新品が補充されていました。ダメとは言いませんが、やや過剰サービスかもしれません。 1日目、バスタオルが無く、ボディタオルが2枚設置されていました。翌日は正しく補充されました。チェックイン当日の昼間、仕事都合で、事前にオンライン予約時にて記載した時刻より遅れる旨電話した際は丁寧な対応を受け、好印象でした。ところが、不測の電車事故により利用した線(JR宇都宮線)が全線停止となり、到着が遅れてしまい、最寄駅へ着いたところで(23:00過ぎに)電話しましたが、機械による交換業務は有ったものの、実際の会話には繋がりませんでした。幸い、日付を跨がずにフロントへ着く事が出来、スタッフからも適切な対応を受ける事が出来て、無事に宿泊出来たので、苦情えお言う必要は無いのかもしれませんが、深夜の時間帯でも有り、辿り着くまでは非常に不安でした。また、こちらから言うまで、最寄駅で起きていた電車遅延については、全く知らず、知った後も労いの言葉は有りませんでした。ホテルマンとして、周辺情報には関心を持っていて欲しいと思いました。洗面室に入る敷居に、スニーカーらしき足跡が残っていました。清掃担当、又はホテル関係者のものであることは間違い無いので、作業終了後確認し、汚れがあれば拭き取る等の手順を徹底すべきと思います。他が清潔であるだけに残念でした。

Noriko (3/5): - ケトルの中に水が入ったままであったことと、風呂の排水が悪くシャワーを浴びていて足首まで水が溜まってきたので、部屋はベッドメイキングやゴミ等の清掃はしてあっても、それ以上は雑である可能性がある。
