• Norah (9/5): - Great location. Really nice and clean. A lovely welcome note and treats on arrival. A fabulous touch. Just one bathroom for the whole house with six people in it. The hot water in the shower ran out very quickly

Quiet street but conveniently located for town centre, restaurants, etc.

• Eimear (9/5): Central, warm, very well stocked kitchen & the complimentary bottle of Prosecco was a lovely touch - Colette & Barry were so accommodating. Our daughter was sailing in a competition & the weather was very cold so they kindly gave us a late checkout. This was amazing as she was able to come back & have a warm shower & hot meal so thank you so much for this. We will be back ! The house is very central. There is 4 rooms which is fantastic. The only thing that would have been a bonus would have been to have another bathroom or even toilet. In saying that it wouldn’t stop me from returning.
• Jenkins Jago (9/5): Look no further. This is perfect. - We all liked everything about this property. Spotless inside, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of room. All bedrooms very nicely decorated. Plenty of fluffy towels to be used in the large bathroom with a shower and separate bath. Oodles of hot water for everyone. The hosts 10 out of 10. The photo's don't do this holiday home justice. We had to leave at the end of our stay. We all wanted to stay longer.

La cocina amplia y moderna con todos los utensilios necesarios para cocinar. El cuarto de baño amplio con bañera y plato de ducha. La ubicación perfecta en Bangor, ciudad que nos encantó. Al ser de Mallorca el detalle de darnos la bienvenida escrita en nuestro idioma que es el catalan. En definitiva repetiriamos en caso de viajar otra vez a Irlanda de Norte. Le pediria a los propietarios que sigan en esta linea para el disfrute de los futuros huespedes. Nada.

• Sebastian (8/5): Prospect House is a well-equipped and spacious property conveniently located in Bangor - The house is really spacious and well equipped throughout, and the owners were very helpful with the checking-in process and recommendations for the local area The only negative we experienced at Prospect House were the beds. Unfortunately the mattress in the largest double room was very comfortable, were you would feel the individual springs. Also, some of our friends commented on the mattress on the other double bed was very hard.
• Peter (10/5): Prospect House - Great location, just a short walk into town centre. The property was immaculate with everything in really good condition, it was like a home away from home. The hosts added small touches like the welcome basket stocked full of goodie like sweets and Prosecco that was unexpected. Their recommend places to eat and drink turned out to be little gems. I would definitely stay again when I return to this part of the world.

• Francesca (10/5): Perfect home-from-home, modern, spotless house which made our stay in Bangor incredibly comfortable and very fun. 100% r - As a family, we stayed in Prospect house for a few days over Christmas, 4 adults 4 children. It was absolutely perfect, better than what we could have ever anticipated! The house layout and set up was ideal, everything we needed (and more) was readily available, and we immediately felt it was a home from home. On arrival Barry and Colette had left goodies for everyone which was a lovely treat, there was even a Christmas tree and decorations in the living room, we loved it! The children loved the set up in their bedroom, especially the PS3 which was a very nice surprise for them…! The house, top to bottom, was SPOTLESS. The beds were so comfortable and the bathroom was large. The kitchen was modern and had a great lay out, again it was stocked with everything you could need. We had some family round on Christmas Eve and the open plan downstairs worked so well for hosting. The TV had all the apps, Netflix, prime, Disney etc - which the children would snuggle up under the blankets in the morning to watch and allow the adults a wee lie in! Location wise it is central Bangor and Ward Park is 30 second walk which the children loved. Also a minutes walk to shop, Bangor High Street etc and still so close to the beach.. we were able to walk everywhere. Honestly, this property was absolutely PERFECT for our stay in every aspect. We were all very sad to leave in the end as we had a very special time here! Would highly recommend, and we will definitely be booking again for any family stays in the future!! • Jennifer (9/5): Delighted we booked Prospect House for our three night stay and would book it again - We loved the convenient location of this spacious, bright and airy, clean, well equipped accommodation which was ideal for our large family group. Walking distance to shops and eateries, the marina and transport links. To be expected in a period property, the stairs are quite narrow and steeper than in a modern property but there’s a bannister and wasn’t a problem for us. No designated parking but there is free on street parking in the area.

I will definitely - The property was perfect, Colette and Barry are doing it right. Their welcome basket shows what kind of people they are, they really care about their guests. For a solo guest the price was a little high, but if a family uses it it’s a steal, the idea of having a game room was spot on

• J (10/5): A perfect holiday house for families and group of friends. - The house was perfect for our purpose of family staycation. It is in a perfect location for accessing many leisure amenities ,same time still a quiet place to relax in the middle of the town. It is kept to the highest standards in terms of cleanliness, comfort and kitchen supplies. There is nothing significant. It would have been more convenient if you had a few popular channels on both televisions.

• Claire (10/5): Ideal location for exploring Belfast and other areas, people in Bangor are so helpful and friendly. - Lovely, clean house with everything you need in an ideal location. Turn left when leaving the house and left on High street for the Marina and lovely coastal walks or turn right and right again to go to shops on Main Street, Asda, train and bus station. Lovely park and library right opposite the house with a cafe and the walled castle garden nearby was stunning. Cinema also nearby. Nothing to dislike about the property, owners have thought of everything you could need and responded very promptly to a question. Super helpful and friendly owners.

Easy to access and the hosts were fabulous. We arrived to a beautiful bunch of fresh flowers and snacks for the children and adults. The house was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. We loved every thing about this accommodation and our stay in Bangor.
