• Olivia (1/5): Cockroaches. Rude staff. - I strongly recommend NOT BOOKING THIS ACCOMMODATION. The room was infested with cockroaches and not cleaned at all. There is a man who sleeps in the common room and became aggressive when we rang the doorbell at 11pm (even though he told us to feel free to ring the doorbell), the next morning he admitted he was too drunk and did not remember this happening. We almost had to book a new room because he was drunk passed out and didn’t hear the doorbell at first (could not get into the hotel any other way, no key). I have budget travelled many countries and this was by far the most disgusting hostel I have ever stayed in. Cockroaches and baby cockroaches. Crawling all over the bed and on the walls (and into holes in the walls). Tried to get a refund for the second night as I did not feel comfortable staying with the aggressive drunk man and was denied a refund.

Permanecimos despiertos toda la noche porque las cucarachas estaban por todos lados ...

Ni siquiera aceptaron mi reservacion, cuando llegue nos atendió un señor e hizo una llamada y después salió diciendo que no había ninguna reservacion. Toco buscar otro hotel cuando ese se suponía que lo había reservado con anticipación. Y para terminar, el hotel ni siquiera tiene rótulo para identificarlo.

• Sergio (5/5): The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is nice but needs some maintenance done. - The doorman, Mario, was great. He was very friendly and helpful. The place is nice, with good-sized rooms, a warm shower, plenty of water, and comfortable beds. When we arrived, everything seemed clean and tidy. I didn't like 4 things about this place: 1. The windows were facing a busy street and didn't close all the way, so you could hear vehicles roaring by all night long. 2. The bathroom, although clean, had a terrible smell and no ventilation. 3. The TV remote had dead batteries. 4. The blankets were extremely thin.

They left the hotel and i had to call the police to check why they did not open the door. finally they lied that they evacuated the hotel to spray pesticides to kill roches without informing me. The room was infested with roaches.

• Amparo (3/5): Poor - The bed sheets and pillows smell like sweat, not clean and mold all over. I know it was cheap, but I learned my lesson.

• Brenda (1/5): Bad - When we arrived the property owner told me they were full and had no space for us despite us having a reservation. We showed our reservation and it took him around 10 minutes to confirm we could come in while our Uber impatiently waited with all our things. I told the owner that we needed to leave early to catch our bus to El Salvador the next day (told him the exact time as well) but the following morning we were locked inside the hostel and were unable to le to get out. We did not even get a key, there was no one at reception, and there was a lock on the front exit. By the time the host answered my calls and let us out, we missed our bus to El Salvador.
