За день до заезда дополнительно позвонили в отель и предупредили, что приедем поздно,, чтобы бронь не отменили. По факту при заселении нам показали совершенно другой номер, не соответствующий тому, что был забронирован. С нами ехала ещё одна пара - у них была аналогичная ситуация. Когда мы указали на бронь, нам ответили, что “этот номер уже зарезервирован”, потому что кто-то якобы позвонил и подтвердил его. При этом нигде не указано, что нужно дополнительно звонить, чтобы сохранить именно выбранный номер. Считаю это некорректным отношением к клиентам. В итоге один из нужных номеров нам всё-таки предоставили, но он оказался прокуренным. Кроме того, состояние номера было неудовлетворительным: 1. Отсутствовали полотенца, 2. туалетная бумага уже была использованной, 3. лежали использованные куски мыла, 4. гель для душа был открыт и использован, 5. сиденье унитаза было в непонятной жидкости Складывается ощущение, что номер просто не проверяли и не убирали перед заселением. Нам пришлось самостоятельно идти на ресепшен и просить заменить элементарные вещи. Отдельный момент - вид из окна, который оказался крайне неприятным и не соответствовал ожиданиям. Также возникли вопросы по оплате: изначально стоимость у нас была 100 манат, у друзей - 90 манат. Однако при оплате с них взяли 100 манат и не вернули сдачу. Когда мы пытались уточнить цену, сотрудник ответил “посмотрите в Booking”, при этом ранее он же игнорировал данные из бронирования, когда речь шла о номере. В целом сложилось впечатление полного отсутствия сервиса, несоответствия бронированию и неуважения к гостям. Не рекомендую!!! Biz Booking vasitəsilə bir böyük çarpayı iki nəfərlik deluxe otaq bron etmişdik. Gəlməzdən bir gün əvvəl otelə zəng edib, təxminən saat 17–18-də gələcəyimizi və bronun ləğv edilməməsini bildirmişdik. Gələndə isə bizə tam başqa otaq göstərildi, sifariş etdiyimiz otaqla heç bir əlaqəsi yox idi.

• Iuliia (6/5): На одну ночь за эти деньги нормально. - Большие просторные номера, завтрак включен, есть халаты в номерах. Персонал не говорит ни по-русски, ни по-английски. Долго через переводчик выясняли, могут ли нас заселить, хотя бронь через букинг была подтверждена. Хотела взять деньги за очень скромный завтрак, хотя он также был включен в стоимость проживания. Утром не было горячей воды, пришлось мыться холодной. Душ совмещен с туалетом, поэтому пол все время мокрый, швабры нет, чтобы убирать воду. Полотенца для ног тоже, пол кафельный и холодный. На ресепшене не было воды в кулере.
• Natalia (10/5): Genial. Muy recomendable. - Todo genial la verdad. El alojamiento está cuidado y limpio. El personal es atento/amable. La habitación es grande y confortable. La cama es enorme y cómoda. El baño está muy bien, tiene secador y espacio para dejar el neceser. La presión de la ducha es correcta. El desayuno es completo (té, pan, queso, mantequilla, mermelada y miel). Está rico y es más que suficiente. El único «inconveniente» sería que está un poco lejos del centro, pero hay una parada de autobús a unos 100 metros, así que tampoco es un problema.

• Charles (7/5): Good - So the page here says that there is no WiFi - that's not true!! There is WiFi, and it's pretty decent too! The breakfast they serve is pretty basic but good. My room was spacious and clean. There was no hot water in my bathroom. Also despite the lobby being plastered with "no smoking" signs, there were multiple people (including staff!) smoking in the lobby. Personally this didn't bother me that much, but the irony of the situation was a little bit funny.

• Kate (10/5): Great stay in Zaqatala - This is a great place to stay, it is a bit out of the town but taxis are easy to find & cheap. The staff are wonderful, really kind, helpful & friendly. The room was spacious with a nice bathroom & a lovely hot shower. The supermarket downstairs was very handy & useful.
• Malgorzata (5/5): Passable - Brand new hotel with spacious rooms, perfectly clean. Breakfast was basic but ok. Walls are made of paper, you can hear every sound from neighbour room. As well if your neighbour use air condition it sounds like train passing next to your room. I got the room with window opened to strange storage hall or hughe garage. There was a truck inside with working engeen (why???) and all fumes came into the room, the same if you use the air condition.
