• Martin (10/5): - Good place to stay in a quiet neighbourhood on the outskirts of Rawalpindi, closer-ish to the airport. Room was great and staff friendly and helpful It'd be great to have a visible sign from the street. I had to ask neighbours opposite of the building for directions.

Lo staff è stato molto gentile e disponibile anche per servizi extra. La guesthouse si trova in un bel quartiere tranquillo e vicino a ristoranti, supermercato, ecc. L'ambiente è molto carino e lussuoso ma l'impressione generale è che sia lasciato un po' decadere. La pulizia è sufficiente ma potrebbe essere più curata.

• Nazia (7/5): Askin heritage Rawalpindi - *Peace & quiet. No noise & disturbance. *Room was clean, comfortable & spacious. Nicely decorated. *AC, TV & Refrigerator worked perfectly. I enjoyed electric kettle the most. *The caretaker was a sweet kid as he opened the windows and offered us another room at ground floor during the long electricity outage. It was worthwhile because 1- the location was very convenient & safe. 2- the room was welcoming, cozy and comfortable. 3- the caretaker was present and accessible via cell phone. *Water I always forget that in Rawalpindi during summers one has to store water in the bucket for later use especially during the day time. The water tanks are almost always on the roof & in summer it heats up the water & randers it useless. Anyways its nothing one can't work out being a local. *Generator The establishment must keep a Generator at hand for long electricity outages. For short durations UPS gives good backup but it becomes uncomfortable and heat becomes unbearable after a couple of hours in airtight rooms. *Over all ambience & feel of the place The establishment can work on improving the overall ambience and decor at the entrance, front lawn plus the roof terrace too. It needed maintenance & attention. The current condition gives it a haunted and abandoned look. * Bathroom There was a constant stink in the toilet after flushing. Mostly its because the exhaustpipe is eithe removed or its exit point is not at proper level especially if the bathroom is clean otherwise which it was. Because of this I had to keep the exhaust fan working during the stay. The bathroom itself was clean and functional. Hot/cold water, flushing, muslim shower, shower etc all worked properly. Drainage was fine too. * One time use shampoo, soap, handwash is a better option than having full sized bottles. * Kitchen Do provide clean plates ( not plastic), cutlery glassware in the room or in the adjoining kitchen. A pots & pans never hurt.

• Omar (7/5): Good place but can be much better. - The person who was incharge Mr.Saqib was very nice. He was all alone and he looked after us very well. He was th only employee. Parking was good, Room was spacious, service was good, facilities was good such as shared kitchen and microwave. Breakfast was good reasonable priced. Tv with entertainment box set was good. Internet was good. Cleanliness really disappointed us, the room was not cleaned properly, there was empty water bottle and some left over bag etc from previous guest was there. Room was not properly cleaned. Water pressure in washrooms was just okay. There was NO security guard on the site. Have to open and close the gate yourself and usually the main gate and door to the house was open most of the times. There was some wear and tear in the room which can be fixed easily but it was looking really bad. Check out was 11:30 and there was a big warning sign that guest should be exiting 11:15am. If your check out at 2pm 50% rent have to be paid after 2pm 100%

The security was top-notch, making me feel safe and comfortable throughout my visit. The rooms were immaculately clean and well-maintained. Overall, I highly recommend this guest house to anyone looking for a secure, clean, and comfortable place to stay. The only drawback was that lunch and dinner options were not available and they should provide laundry facilities.

• Qartain (10/5): Askin Heritage at Westridge Rawalpindi - Review - The amenities provided were top-notch, from high-speed Wi-Fi to cozy lounging areas. The attention to guest comfort is evident throughout the property. The location–although nested in peaceful Westridge was a bit hard to find but nevertheless if guided right, you'll get there.
