• Ian (9/5): Very peaceful, lovely walks with our dog. - we arrived earlier enough to pick up the key from the office, the lady was lovely and they were lovely when we had a problem which they sorted very quickly. We have a holiday let attached to our house and we always leave a pint of milk, a small bottle of bubbly for each guest and a bottle of water. I also bake homemade biscuits as I love to bake. We leave tea bags, coffee etc. It's only something small but after a long drive we feel our guests just need a kettle and a biscuits. We did bring all of the above so kettle did go on. The TV drove my husband nuts, didn't bother me at all. We had difficulty getting a signal to begin with which was sorted but it did loose it from time to time. Nice having a DVD player.
• Fuller (7/5): Good - It was roomy nice living.room and dining room Clean V Beds very comfortable The stairs No walk in shower The chip shop being so close and unable.to get a car in to unpack luggage also a barrier we had to remove every.time.we went out
• Paul (8/5): Great location, needs some tlc. - Great central location. Quiet. Comfortable beds and good bed linen. Generally tired, needs a face-lift. No washing machine. Information package, both electronic and paper needs updating.
• Sian (5/5): Had a lovely time in Southwold as always. Cottage was a little disappointing, smelling damp inside. - Central location The smell of the Fish & Chip shop bins.
• Angela (6/5): On the whole ok but very noisy every morning - Property in a good location for beach and the shops but renters should be made aware of the noise that is generated by the fish and chip shop in front if it Property was behind a fish and chip shop who constantly created noise early every morning by dragging bins around and dropping lids down. Had to limbo beneath a line every time we went out and get round the queues of people. Outside patio area needs some TLC. No parking.

• Wendy (10/5): Had a lovely long weekend stay at puddle cottage and was close to everything and would love to back - The location of property was perfect , nice cottage with everything supplied and what you would need . Area was lovely too and would definitely come back. Although there was a sitting area outside it would have been nice to have been fenced off because we had the dog .
