Guest Reviews
- Pappas (8/5): Good for a group who are going to a wedding in the hunter - Lovely wrap around veranda and early morning rooster alarm
- Miguel (6/5): - Location was good, the property is spacious. The house was dusty in areas such as behind the courtains and frames. If you are tall enough to see the top of the fridge you can see it hasn't been dusted in ages. The pillows are too big/high, we couldn't use them. The windows don't have screens, so there are insects inside the property. There is a coffee maker in the kitchen but it can't be used as it is burnt. Bins were full. BBQ looks dirty, we didnt dare to use it. The general feeling is that the property is not being cleaned properly.
Also, I sent a message to the owner asking a question before we arrived and replied with a generic answer with information that was sent to us before, which did not addressed my question at all. Second message to let them know we checked out was not replied to or acknowledged.

- Bronagh (8/5): This was an excellent house for a family trip. We loved the outdoor seating area. - We loved the outdoor seating area.
- Kerri (10/5): - House looked and felt clean. It was extremely cosy and had everything we needed. All we had to do was buy food. Loved the historical aspect of it too.
- Subrata (10/5): - Interior design Less light in the backyard
- Lachlan (8/5): - Location was brilliant - made it really easy to access all the wine tastings and local shopping districts. The cafe across the road allowed for easy morning coffees as well which was excellent. House was super comfortable and had a wonderful homely feel. It made for an amazing stay for our weekend getaway. The house is a bit old - which I actually really like as it provides a homely feel - but there are some holes in the floor as a result and we saw some bugs crawling about out of these from time to time. Bug spray was provided which was a big help.
- Lou (10/5): A great place to stay, very clean and comfortable. - The location from the Hunter Valley and close to shops and coffee. The kitchen, dinning and lounge room well laid out and plenty of room. Great size fridge. Dinning room table sat us all comfortably. The rooster next door was very loud, bed at the back left across from the bathroom could do with a matress topper as it was a hard. The hedges need trimming in the driveway to allow for easier access and something to lock the gates back.
- Surinderdeep Singh (9/5): Lovely stay at a great location for vineyards, amazing kitchen but road is noisy - The kitchen is fantastic. We cooked lots and were very happy with the facilities, the two fridges, the washing machine. The front road is busy and noisy. The master bedroom upstairs suffers from the road noise which goes until 11pm and restarts at 5am. Better sound proofing is needed for that bedroom.
- Raty (10/5): Nice and clean place, good location. Amber was great communication and friendly😊 -
- Frances (9/5): Superb -
- Sarah (10/5): Wonderful - Great communication. Well set up. Comfortable beds. Great location

- Fran (9/5): Superb -
- Tiana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alida (9/5): Superb -
- Chen (8/5): Very good - The room is clean and tidy. Very suitable for families. The house is on the busy main street , not easy for parking and on the second night, there is no hot water for showering.
- Craig (8/5): Thankyou for a great home - Well thought out and very comfortable Unfortunately the creaking floor upstairs did wake us up a bit
- Kerrie (9/5): Great property for a group stay! - Great house for a group - fire pit out the back and BBQ! Heaps of bathrooms and plenty of room. Great place to stay and enjoy the local wineries a short trip away.
- Sreekala (9/5): Beautiful - Kitchen available with all necessary accessories.. great for a family or friends gathering when visiting huntervalley. loved the backyard the main fridge was faulty and the bathrrom in the ground floor wasnt great
- Steph (10/5): Great house for a big family - Excellent house for a big family like ours Nothing
- Karen (10/5): Great for a group looking to be close to town with easy access to Mount View, Pokolbin and Lovedale areas. - Had everything we needed for a weekend away with friends. Close to town for supplies, the House was well appointed, had ample off street parking and fire pit area was the perfect space at the end of a day of wine tasting. Would have given bonus points for some board games and face washers, otherwise very happy - the house is as advertised.
