- Guest (1/5): cancelled my booking short notice - host cancelled our booking for someone else needing to stay for ‘medical reasons’. we were at a festival and it left us stranded as I live 2 hours from portsmouth. haven’t replied since and haven’t refunded us. bad morals for that and probably won’t get my money back. whatever you do don’t risk booking here.
