• Shavon (10/5): Perfect location, close to everything even parking. Beds were super comfortable in place was very clean. Only thing I wo - Perfect location. Having two bathrooms is always better. Very clean No paper towels for the kitchen.

• James Sayer (10/5): - Gorgeous apartment that felt like our home away from home. The location was perfect, right in the centre of Zadar old town. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Communication with the hosts was so easy and they were very kind to let us check-in early when we arrived a little earlier than expected.

• Clémence (10/5): Parfait!!! - Le confort et la modernité de l'appartement. Appartement très bien équipé! La localisation proche des bars, restaurants et autres activités touristiques. La communication avec les propriétaires. Malheureusement pour nous, il y avait des travaux dans l'appartement mitoyen donc beaucoup de bruit à partir de 8h30. La localisation en plein centre est parfaite mais a aussi l'inconvénient d'être bruyante dès 6h du matin.

• Oliver (8/5): Perfekte Unterkubft für einen Trip in die Stadt Zadar - Das Apartment war mit außergewöhnlicher Liebe zum Details eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und in sehr gutem Zustand. Es macht fast den Eindruck, dass es zeitweise von den Eigentümern selbst genutzt wird und entsprechend hochwertig eingerichtet ist. Die Lage ist super zentral. Sofort um die Ecke (weniger als eine Gehminute) ist bereits ein kleiner Supermarkt, so dass Getränke nicht groß geschleppt werden müssen. In 2 Gehminuten ist ein dm erreichbar. Bis zum Marktplatz und zum nächsten Konzum-Markt sind es keine 5 Minuten. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet und auch hier war alles sauber. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und es gab Kissen in alles Größen für jeden Geschmack. Die Fotos auf der Seite sind sehr gut. Es sieht alles wirklich genauso aus. Würde man es mit 6 Personen unter Nutzung des Schlafsofas nutzen, wäre es wohl alles etwas zu eng. Der Tisch ist zwar ausziehbar, aber es sind nur 4 Stühle vorhanden. Es könnte vielleicht etwas mehr Geschirr vorhanden sein. Also mehr Gläser und mehr Teller von der jeweiligen Sorte. So musste man häufig spülen oder die halbvolle Spülmaschine laufen lassen. Vielleicht am ehesten haben wir vielleicht Mitte Oktober ein paar zusätzliche Decken für die Betten vermisst. Da wurde es schon etwas frisch und die Heizung wollten wir auch noch nicht einschalten. Wenn man es als „Nachteil“ bezeichnen will: Die zentrale Lage ist ein Stück Fluch und Segen zu gleich. Nachteile der Lage ist natürlich die fehlende Parkmöglichkeit, falls man mit dem Auto/Mietwagen unterwegs ist. Ebenso kann es abends/nachts in der Fußgängerzone etwas lauter werden, wenn feiernde Menschen aus den lokalen/Nachtclubs den Heimweg antreten.

• Basia (8/5): Ok:-) - Lokalizacja, czystość pokoi, łatwość zameldowania i wymeldowania, śnieżnobiałe ręczniki. Trochę przeszkadza głośność z ulicy: wracający z imprez rozbawieni i krzyczący ludzie, a nad ranem stukot walizek i maszyny myjacej ulicę. Fajnie też byłoby zastać w lodówce wodę mineralną i chociaż kilka sztuk kapsułek do ekspresu. Żel pod prysznic w łazience też byłby mile widziany.

• Jennifer (9/5): It is pretty amazing staying within the grounds of a former palace. - Very clean and comfortable. This property is in an excellent location for exploring the old town, however, the flip side of this is that the noise from nearby bars can be quite loud at night. Lucky I liked the music being played.😂
• Peter (8/5): Great location for a very walkable old town. - The location, size of the bedrooms , large bench for suitcases,double glazing to reduce street noise. The location was perfect for sightseeing, bakery and supermarket as well as other stores. Very low water pressure that made showering and hair washing difficult. Some street noise late at night despite double glazing. The living/dining area was cramped for 4 adults.

• Yolanda (9/5): Fantastic location! - Perfect location, close to everything but off the main street so it was not noisy at all! Short 5-7 min walk from parking. It is on the first floor up a flight of stairs, so you have to be able to carry your luggage as there is no elevator. Key was in a lockbox so access was very easy. The apartment was very clean and it very modern and the perfect size for our party of 3. Pillows and beds were extremely comfortable. The apartment building is very quiet but you do occasionally see people, so when you have the lights on at night in the apartment, the blinds don’t shield everything from the outside and you can see into the apartment. Something to be aware of but not a big deal for us.

• Texas (9/5): Modern and clean apartment with a great location - Great location in the center of Old Town. Surrounded by restaurants and shops. Very clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space for our family of 4. Three separate A.C. units. Easy check-in and out. Totally recommend! Because of the location, there is a lot of street noise at night.
• Humayra (9/5): Superb - stunning property. very clean and spacious. great space for 4 of us. it was fantastically located. modern features photos are very accurate basic amenities such as tea, coffee, nespresso capsules for the machine, shampoo, conditioner and body wash would’ve been good.
• Chellej (8/5): A great option for Old Town - The apartment was pristine! Very clean, nicely decorated, and ready for our arrival. Great location ( I've stayed in the area before at another apartment, and I do slightly prefer this one more), kitchen had the basics, and there was an iron. The rooms are large and the beds are very comfortable, also the ac works very well! Only a few small critiques, the kettle was not clean, though I would have washed it myself anyway even if it was. The kitchen is stocked with basics only, so no oil, salt, pepper, etc. Lastly, the water heater in the room with an unsuited bathroom leaks water onto the bathroom countertop.
