• Alla (10/5): Дуже задоволені! Красиво, затишно, зручно! Порадував вид з вікон -прямо на фортецю! - Дуже гарне само містечко! Апартаменти розташовані дуже зручно, недалеко йти з речами від автостоянки, все поруч- і кафе, і фортеця... Цікавий дезайн апартаментів, чисто та затишно, є все необхідне.

• SEUNGHUN (10/5): - 체스키 크룸로프 중심가에 있어서 위치가 아주 좋았고, 주방에는 필요한 것들이 있고, 침구도 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 열쇠는 이중삼중구조라서 보안이 잘 유지되는 것 같습니다. 트래블 아파르트마 덕분에 아주 즐거운 여행이 되었습니다^^ 참 창밖 전망도 아주 훌륭했습니다. 없습니다.

• Renata (10/5): - Apartament bardzo ładny , obszerny, bez tv co jest na plus .😃W starym stylu, pięknie urządzony, wygodny.W fantastycznym miejscu. Piękne miasteczko już gotowe do świąt Bożego Narodzenia. . Bardzo nam się podobało.

• Cordelia (8/5): Kommen trotzdem gern wieder - Die beiden für alle zugänglichen Terrassen sind super - mit schönen Blick auf die Burg Alle WCs und Bäder auf den Stockwerken super sauber. Der Kontakt zur Besitzerin war immer gegeben. Lage ist spitze Leider stimmungsmässig ein frostiger Empfang, da das Lokal welches man bei der Ankunft durchqueren muss nicht grad vor Freude sprüht, wenn man kommt (gehört aber nicht dem gleichen Besitzer). Ein Gast musste uns den Schlüsselkasten zeigen. Leider war kein Fernseher im Appartment (obwohl er bei der Ausstattung erwähnt wurde). Die Couch war leider fleckig, dass wir uns nicht gerade drauf legen wollten. Es fehlt ein vernünftiger Esstisch. Wenn man später (wenn das Lokal zu gesperrt ist) zum Hostel zurück kommt, muss man durchs dunkle Lokal stolpern - gibt keine Lichtquelle

• Julen (10/5): Una estancia de 10 - La ubicación, el trato del personal. Está ubicado sobre un restaurante en el cual se come muy bien (recomiendo costillas con miel). La ducha es cómoda, hay calefacción central hasta cierta hora. Las camas cómodas y el edredón abriga bien. Todos los electrodomésticos funcionan. El wifi va rápido. Muy luminoso. Nos dejaron guardar las mochilas en el hotel tras el check-out para hacer el tour cómodamente. Un 10 de verdad.

Eso hizo que tuviéramos que reorganizarnos respecto al dinero. Después pudimos comprobar en la documentación de Booking que ofrecían pago con tarjeta. Las alfombras de la cocina y baño necesitaban ser cambiadas.

• ANA (6/5): Um conto de fadas! - Localização, arquitetura do espaço. O apartamento está inserido num hostel, cujo o edifício era magnífico, a lembrar os palácios antigos dos filmes da Disney. Ambiente. Café excelente sempre disponível na cozinha do hostel. Não havia muitas condições para limpar algo necessário. Considerámos que o WC não estava bem limpo. Não havia toalhas de rosto. Chuveiro.
• Lisa (7/5): Comfortable stay in a great location. - Location was fantastic. The apartment was spacious and the Self-Catering facilities (kitchen and laundry had everything we needed. The staff were very pleasant. Bad plumbing smell from the bathroom. Seems the water seal in the wastewater trap does not work properly. Also, there was no flat screen TV in the room as listed for the property (photos of a flat screen TV were also shown for this particular apartment.

• Flux55 (1/5): Bait and Switch Scam. Avoid. - I have never in decades of traveling with booking.com gave a score of 1. Until now. We travel frequently, but have never in all our years of travel encountered a situation as disappointing as this one. We frequent Český Krumlov and know to reserve an apartment four months in advance, paying upfront is our best bet. To our shock, upon arrival, we were informed that we needed to pay an additional 130€ due to a supposed change in the apartment's price. This is absolutely unacceptable and not how professional hospitality businesses should operate. I also think this is illegal at least where I come from the inspection would have a field day. If there was an issue with the pricing, it was your responsibility to inform us on all channels well in advance. You managed to send us an SMS asking about our arrival time, yet failed to communicate this critical change? You had my phone number for 4 months! This is beyond unprofessional. It was a very unpleasant surprise that shifted the whole energy of our trip and left us feeling scammed. Had our daughter not been ill, we would have packed our bags and left immediately. Instead, we were placed in an incredibly uncomfortable position of either scrambling to find alternative accommodations or paying the additional amount that was unfairly demanded from us. As someone who also rents out properties on Booking.com, I can confidently say that I would never treat a guest in such a manner. Customer trust is paramount, and this kind of behavior severely damages that trust. Additionally, the apartment itself left much to be desired. It was uncomfortably cold, the kitchen was poorly equipped, and the bed was extremely uncomfortable. Given the abundance of better accommodations in the area for similar or even lower prices, I strongly recommend that travelers seek alternatives. We will not be returning and will certainly advise others to avoid this property.
• Debraj (8/5): Comfortable stay right in the heart of the town - Excellent location. Right at the city center. Nice restaurant. Communication with the host was quite easy and cordial. Well-equipped kitchenette. Even at full heating, the rooms were cold, especially the floor. We needed to climb several stairs, which was difficult with a baby stroller.
• Anna (5/5): Left a bad feeling, as so ripped off with parking it ruined what could have been a lovely stay. - Apartment was as stated and central to the village. Clean. Slow response when trying to find location, walked up and down street as pictures in advertisement don’t match. When I asked where to park, host said she didn’t know and to stay where we had parked, it ended up costing us more than the accommodation for less than 24 hours. It said parking was available at reasonable cost nearby but host couldn’t tell us where. We were totally ripped off for parking (was cheaper in Prague and Vienna for 3 day stays!) and waited in the cold trying to find entrance with all our luggage we had hauled down the hill. Clear instructions for parking and check in should be given. I was told it was because I booked later that day, but if you are going to accept the booking you need to be responsive for check in, or don’t allow booking after a certain time. Beds were also very uncomfortable.

• Phuong (9/5): Superb - Well situated near the town square. We can reach everywhere in the town from here within a 10 min walk. The bar downstairs has great food and Czech beers You cannot reach here by car. We had to find a parking space about 10 mins away, and dragged our luggage to the apartment

• Richard (9/5): Highly recommended for exploring Cesky Krumlov - Location could not be better in this lovely town. Really cool medieval building and apartment in that style, with a view on the castle. Clean and comfortable. And we received very useful information from the owner, a nice personal touch where usually you never even meet them nowadays.
