The apartment itself is very clean, fully equipped, with a good kitchen and air conditioning. Communication with the owner was very quick and efficient. I strongly recommend these apartments for a pleasant stay. ⸻ Ich kann diese Wohnung sehr empfehlen. Tolle Lage, in der Nähe gibt es Geschäfte und Haltestellen für öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr sauber, komplett ausgestattet, mit einer guten Küche und Klimaanlagen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr schnell und zuverlässig. Ich empfehle diese Wohnung sehr für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.
• anwomi (10/5): - Bardzo fajny apartament, wszystko co potrzeba dostępne, czysto, ogromny taras na którym wieczorami można odpocząć. Jak juz sie jest dłużej to okazuje sie ze wszędzie jest blisko, plaża, metromare,sklepy, autobus. Polecam w 100%!

• Izabela (10/5): - Mieszkanie jest wygodne i dobrze wyposażone plus za klimatyzację. Blisko znajdują się sklepy gdzie można zrobić zakupy. Do morza trzeba kawałek przejść.
• Adrian (10/5): - Bardzo czyste, zadbane i komfortowe mieszkanie. Nie ma się do czego przyczepić. Właścicielka bardzo miła i pomocna, dostępna w każdym momencie. Klimatyzacja bardzo dobrze działająca w salonie i w sypialni. Łóżko wygodne oraz mieszkanie bardzo porządnie zaopatrzone w różne akcesoria. Serdecznie polecamy!
• Tatjana (8/5): Comfortable place to stay if you like public transportation quests. - Clean and comfortable apartment on the top floor of the 5-story building. V-key system, which means you need to keep your mobile phone charged for getting in. Communication with the host via WhatsApp, quick and helpful. Effective air conditioning and darkening blinds in both rooms. Thanks to the blinds the apartment is pretty quiet. The kitchen is equipped for basic needs (no microwave, no dishwasher), small amounts of salt - pepper - flour provided. Quick connection to the FCO airport by bus, if you're lucky to find the working timetable. Although there is a warning that the water pressure can be unstable due to the height of the building, it could be a real problem sometimes, i.e you need to wait until midnight to be able to go to the shower and get normal water temperature, not 30 sec of cold and then another 30 sec of very hot water. In the kitchen water pressure is so low that you cannot wash the dishes with the warm water, thus for hygienic reasons the dishwasher is essential. The balcony is very narrow, max 60-70 cm wide, making sitting outside impossible. The neighborhood is quite dirty. The public transportation can be very unpredictable, one day you can get to and from Rome city in 40 min, another day it could take 3 hours.
• Alex (10/5): Fantastic wonderful and amazing place to stay - I was amazed my friend who lives in Italy drove is to the appt and helped us in with our luggage even she was overwhelmed by how beautiful and so clean the appt was …. The resident area was very calm with local shops within the area just a few minutes walk even the bus to the beach in Ostia centre was just at the top of the road the number 05B which is just in front of the little church so that was a 2 minute walk … getting into the appt was easy with the Vikey lock but make sure you have 3g/4g on your phone which I did but I messaged the property just a couple of times about other things and they answered more or less straight away … like I said the appt was well Equipped and clean and very tidy it was just amazing I would highly recommend this appt to anybody Absolutely Nothing
