• carmen (10/5): Da ripetere e consigliare - La dimensione dell'appartamento, l'arredamento,le dotazioni dell'angolo cottura, il materasso, i doppi cuscini, piumoni a sufficienza. La terrazza poi è stata una bellissima sorpresa, perché dalle foto che avevo visto non sembrava così grande. Il frigorifero è piccolo; per un solo giorno va bene ma già per tre sarebbe insufficiente. Lo spazio c'è e suggerirei di sostituirlo con uno di dimensioni standard

• Clara (7/5): - The location was great, just 2 min walking from the old town. The appartment was comfortable. The kitchen was very small and almost no items to cook, with a minibar fridge like in hotels, and no real fridge. No elevator, so quite difficult to carry the luggage to the rooftop. Quite elaborated check in system.

• Sabrina (10/5): Perfect stay - Amazing location, super clean, huge rooftop, plenty of coffee and breakfast snacks. Just everything. Wow! Quite a few steps up, could be difficult with a lot of luggage.
• Julie (10/5): - The apartment was excellent. The size of the rooftop was amazing. Location was so good for exploring Matera. Not that it was a big issue but three flights of stairs for some people will be an issue. We didn't mind, but I can imagine some people would like the hike.

Great location with nearby parking. Had a hassle with remote electronic entry system but to his credit, Emanuele acted promptly and came to our rescue.

I was surprised when founding the frizante in the fridge, croissants for breakfast, milk...this is definitelly not a standard when staying at "booking" apartment and that is why I strongly recommend Missing elevator...but this is not a disadvantage considering the location...

• Leckie (10/5): Neat apartment with a great roof terrace. - Newly refurbished, modern style and very clean. It has a fantastic, large roof terrace overlooking the castle park. Although the building is on a busy road there was little traffic noise because the apartment is high above the road, and facing the park. We were able to store our bikes in the communal ground floor hallway. Excellent location next to the sassi district.

Check in was virtual and stressful as the onus was on the renter and dependent on technology. No further info inside the property from host regarding things like Wi Fi which we didnt find. fridge small.
