- Zipho (3/5): - Nothing extraordinary The property is in need of maintenance, as it no longer reflects the condition shown in the pictures. Additionally, the WiFi connection is very slow, which is causing inconvenience. Kindly look into these issues as soon as possible.

Off-road parking Not clean, tv dont work, noisy family living there as long stay, rooms look nothing like the pictures. Def needs a massive upgrade, no cups or glasses in the rooms, lights are basically falling out the ceiling. Paint coming off the wall, broken toilet. Odds and ends in the kitchen

Please fix the gate to open using a remote to avoid asking the staff to open the gate for us when we need to go out. It feels like we are bothering the staff every time we have to go out because they need to stop what they are doing to open the gate. PLEASE

- Bruce (1/5): Unprofessional - Absolutely nothing was ready, not liveable, we canceled our booking and asked for a refund. My booking confirmation- Reservation 6795330064: Update on your report We canceled our booking for the following reasons. It was not the room advertised. Such a room as shown in advertising image on Booking.com"s website does not exist. Alternative rooms were incomplete and without bedding. The exposed mattress was stained and not fit for guests to sleep on. The management was not on the premises to handle the dilemma that we were left face. We had driven from Cape Town (a 14-hour drive) to attend a family funeral and the room wasn't ready, dirty and bathroom was untidy and had a dirty towel. Our arrival time was set at 15.00 on Thursday the 11th of Dec, and we arrived at 14.45 to find this mess. I did contact Booking.com and got to speak to a consultant. There should be a record of our conversation. I was advised that management would call me to try and rectify the problem. We'll they never did and I had to call them as we needed to find alternative accommodation. The management apologized for what happened and promised to refund our money in full and apologize for being absent as they had already gone home. To date, other than the commitment to refund today, Monday the 15th of Dec 2025, we have not ben sent a copy of the proof of payment. - Timothy (9/5): MHK BENONI BOYS - The hospitality we got was top notch, our stay we were cared for. Staff went above and beyond for us. All extras we needed were discounted for us. Definitely recommending a revisit. We suggest that they consider installing swimming pool area. Nothing much more.

I never slept or sat in the room...I left my large luggage and went out to check another accommodation before booking... I fetched my stuff, and the guy who opened for me. Never even asked why we are not staying good he just was enquiring from the Uber about where he was taking us to... Very shady place. Where were basically locked in or our because we never a a remote for the gate... Very unsafe place, which should not be listed on any site... Only men were on-site...no other guests were noted. I paid for another place to stay and I didn't even get a refund for not staying.

She's very calm collected and very much understanding in my understanding. She should have been a teacher or a psychologist because damn she's very good. That was full of insects, very bad the pictures selling us lies Honestly speaking this is one of the most most bad and ugly rooms I ever experienced in my life. I don't even want to see myself there ever again, that place is selling lie to people

- Seaman (5/5): Fair but needs attention to details and the basics of hospitality. - Central to where I needed to be at gym. Dirty bed linen looks used when I opened the bed. . Hair in the bed and wasn't mine. Room smells old and dirty. Shower wets the whole bathroom needs a class section against toilet side. Hand basin lose and move when you bump into it. Toilet flush minimal water so you end up flushing 3 times. Cupboard agaisnt wall has seen better days. Floor dirty when you walk with white socks you can see the dirt. TV remote certain buttons don't work on the remote. Getting woken up at 2 and 3 am for a entrance bell from other guests is not on. Need to re look at how you give your clients access to your lodge. Put a code system in so they can enter themselves through the gate. To ring a bell every time and the whole lodge must be disturbed for it is not nice. Needed to sleep for a competition but get woken up with door bells throughout the night.

Private bathroom - yes,but not as advertised Balcony - No, Terrace - No, View - No, Bath - No, Free toiletries - Only soap, Shower - Yes, not as advertised, Toilet - Doesn't flush correctly, Towels - Yes, Linen - Yes, Tile/marble floor - Yes, Soundproofing - Not at all - could hear the neighbours until 23h00 on a Sunday night, Private entrance - yes, Refrigerator - Not at all, Flat-screen TV - Only Youtube - no other channels at all, cheap chinese TV Kitchenware - Not at all, Additional toilet - No, Electric kettle - Not at all. Mattress is extremely hard and worn - Did not sleep. Please note this is only a room - obviously used for one night stands - condoms found in the bedside cabinet, room smelt of Jeyes fluid. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS TO ANYONE, EVER!

- Dutoit (7/5): was a pleasant stay. - room was neat and tidy. Location was perfect for walking to nearby shops. Self Catering could be more pleasant. Cutlery and cups had to be asked for. No Complentary coffee, sugars, tea, milk.
- Van (4/5): This is one place I will never set foot - What is advertised was not in the room,we had to negotiate in order to get a fridge,kettle and microwave in our rooms.Their also offer to clean your room on request,no refreshments for the rooms.

- Bongiwe (2/5): Twas just a roof over our head. - Nothing. The beds are uncomfortable, the rooms don’t look anything like the pictures. No room condiments and bathroom supplies. Did not see any staff. It felt more like a motel than a guesthouse.
