- Fiona (3/5): - The space in the kitchen. The bathroom and shower spacious and super shower. The lounge were spacious with enough seating space although one of the four sat on the window seat. TV good. One bedroom was good spacious, bed comfortable and usual facilities in it.
Helpful replies to queries. On arrival there was a bag of laundry in the hall. It was removed when I messaged about it the next day. In the kitchen, no instructions for heating or hob which was an induction hob. We had to look up on the Internet about switching it on etc. There were enough plates etc. for the four of us. It would have been useful to know what pans could be used on the hob. We went to use the washing machine on the first evening as we on the second stage of our journey. On opening the machine I was hit by black smelling water. I shut the door. Next day I messaged and they said they would send someone out. They came while we were out and on arrival we found a very wet and smelly mat in the kitchen sink. When we took it outside to dry we found the kitchen bucket with the mop in, in the back yard with water and black plastic bits in. It was left by us there. We also did not use the washing machine as it also had the black bits in. We did manage to clean them out but didn't want to risk using the machine.
It would have been good for the house to have a broom and dustpan. We were also expecting an iron, clothes drying rack as mentioned on the facilities. It would have been good to have had two pillows instead of one.
The bed in the back bedroom was sagging on inspection, it was found that the central bar was not fastened. There were no screws around so this must have been done before we came to the house. We made a trip to the town and brought screws and screw driver and were able to screw the bar securely so the bed was more comfortable to sleep on.
There was one household bin with sack in but no instructions re recycling. We had brought bin liners with us and did use one for recycling products. The instructions for leaving said to tie the bags and put them in the bins. There were no bins in the backyard or outside the gate. On messaging we had a reply that the bins had been stolen three times so there were no bins.

- Maria (1/5): Horrible house. Hartlepool surroundings are lovely, but this house was not. - Heating was working. So house was warm. However, house was so dirty. Spider cobs everywhere. Not clean, I had to speak to the lady and they came to clean one of the rooms where my daughter was going to sleep. Bedroom was full of dust and there was a sock and wrapping chocolate paper under the bed!!!!!
Oven didn’t have any information, no marks on the dial about how we could use it. We had to google the instructions, it was so dirty inside. It was disgusting. Property isn’t well looked after. Missing cutlery. Walls very dirty everywhere. So so dirty that we left one night early
Also no nice neighbourhood, didn’t feel save and left one night earlier.
- Alexandros (7/5): Convenient for a work trip - Nice house in a good location and easy to check in could be done a bit more from cleanes side of things
- Jacob (10/5): Exceptional -
