• Gergő Péter (7/5): Pár napra megfelelő - Kiváló helyen található, a szoba tiszta, felújított. Nagyon zsúfolt szobák (4-5 főnek kicsi), a környék piszkos, rendetlen, a személyzet flegma és lekezelő volt. A reggeli elment, bár drága volt.
• Angelique (5/5): - Les matelas et les oreillers sont très confortable, l'emplacement est proche des commerces d'où le fait que nous aillons réservé ici, y avait même un petit frigo fonctionnel et propre Le ménage à été fait le mardi matin malheureusement un cheveux retrouvé dans l'évier, des poussières pas faites depuis notre arriver au dessus du lit double, et une très forte odeur d'égouts qui vient de la salle de bain, dommage, on pensait la chambre plus grande finalement très petit

• Noelia (6/5): Roma maravillosa... Alta Domus necesita mejorar - Ubicación, ambiente en la zona. Valoro que están reformándolo y lo que han hecho está muy bien. Los colchones comodísimos. El baño olía mal, el tabique de la ducha es estrecho y se sale el agua para afuera (hay que cogerle el tranquillo pero no debería ser así), me gustaría saber quien lo diseñó. Para 3 personas la habitación se quedaba pequeña. Tuvimos q poner una maleta en el suelo, otra encima de la mesa y otra en la estantería que se supone que era el armario de ropa con casi nada de hueco para colgar y dos perchas. Y la silla de la mesa la tuvimos q mover de sitio porque sino no se abría la puerta del baño y también nos servía para poner ropa. Y del tema papel higiénico prefiero no hablar ...... Toalla de lavabo sólo una para tres tamaño bidé.... En fin.... Cositas que deberían mejorar...

• Kotala (5/5): Enjoyable but I would have liked better AC! - Location was great, walking distance from a lot of attractions, restaurants and public transport! The AC did not work at all, the room becomes very hot at night and made it very hard and uncomfortable to fall asleep.

• Noelia (7/5): - Habitación bien ubicada a metros de la estacion Termini. Solo nos quedamos una noche, para estancias cortas esta bien. Camas comodas y limpias. Aire acondicionado funcionaba bien. La puerta del baño no cerraba. La ducha no tiene mampara ni cortina por lo que el baño se moja todo.

De volgende dag gingen we naar de toeristenflat waar we de rest van ons verblijf in Rome hadden geboekt, maar voor deze ene nacht na de lange treinreis voldeed het aan wat we nodig hadden. De badkamerdeur kon niet dicht vanwege vochtproblemen in de muren

• Ana Belen (5/5): Buena ubicación, resto de servicios solo aprobado - La habitación familiar tenía 5 camas, cómodas. No hay armarios. Buena ubicación al lado de termini para ir andando al centro o tener acceso a cualquier transporte. En baño está limpio pero la ducha no tiene cortina ni mampara y se sale todo el agua. El desayuno es muy justo… El café malo y las tostadas duras. Solo aceptable el bizcocho.

La recepción no era tan bonita comparada con la habitación, por lo que sentimos desconfianza al principio.
• Craig (7/5): Good for one night and close to Roma Termini - We stayed one night after a long haul flight to Rome. We were leaving the next day from Roma Termini We liked the location, 5 minute walk to Roma Termini with 3 kids under 7. The beds were comfy. The room was clean. There was small lift to get us to the 4th floor. Staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and smooth. The building is slightly odd. I think it might be a couple of hotels or others love there. This was not a problem. The area we stayed in was super clean. This was good for one night and did what we needed it to do. Shower worked. Small fridge in the room. A couple of supermarkets close by. We were told by staff the Roma Termini area is not safe late at night or before the sun is up. We appreciated the advice. This did not bother us as there are plenty of restaurants. Some right out front and heaps within 2 minutes walk. We were in bed early and left when the sun was up. Nil issues with safety for us. There was no shower curtain so water spread over the bathroom floor.

Había demasiado olor a cañerías, incluso con la puerta del baño cerrada, y también había muchas telas de araña en el techo! Solo nos dieron un rollo de papel higiénico, y el grifo para usar el bidet estaba roto!

• christopher (4/5): Nous n'y retournerons jamais - Reparti sur plusieurs bâtiments, ascenseur très long, personne ne parle français, accueil plutôt froid et ancien. Le pire du pire c'est le petit déjeuner une catastrophe, le choix médiocre et pas bon. Pas oeuf brouillés ou omelette. Les jus du distributeur, des médicaments imbuvable, pas de chocolat chaud. Et tout est au distributeur a base de café en poudre. Vaut mieux prendre un petit déjeuner ailleurs surtout pour le prix !

• Gianluca (8/5): Adatto per poche notti. Spazi piccoli ma puliti. - La posizione comodissima sia per muoversi in città che per arrivo-partenza da Termini. Gli spazi sono un po’ piccoli e le finestre danno sui cortili interni.

• Edda (7/5): - La atención de Francesco fue excelente es un hombre muy amable y servicial pero las instalaciones del hotel me las imaginaba más modernas y limpias ya que en la página solo haya fotos de la habitación y en las fotos se ven en buen estado , en lo real están bien pero podrían mejorar porque tiene detalles que dan una apariencia no agradable (sucia) , la ubicación es bastante céntrica tiene cerca el coliseo , fontana y plaza están más o menos a 20minjros caminando pero el metro está a una calle y llegas en 5min a estos lugares , lo mejor que me dejó fue el servicio pero las instalaciones deja mucho que desear

• MARTA (9/5): Perfecto para - Camas cómodas. Aire acondicionado perfecto. Habitación absolutamente nueva. Estuvimos 4 personas y las camas dobles eran grandes Toallas y todo limpio. Ubicación perfecta para utilizar diferentes transportes públicos El edificio es viejo y necesita actualización... Pero todo tiene su encanto cuando viajas .

• Stanley (7/5): - De schoonmaakster klopte, om 9 uur in de ochtend, 4x aan onze deur terwijl het uitchecken 11 uur is. Na de 4e keer deden we open met kleine ogen (aangezien we nog lagen te slapen na een vermoeide dag) en toen vroeg de schoonmaakster hoe laat we weg gingen…🙄 We gaven aan dat we rond 11 uur gewoon zouden uitchecken waarna de schoonmaakster haar wenkbrauwen ophaalde en een zucht gaf als blijk van irritatie en liep vervolgens weg zonder wat te zeggen. Vervolgens ging mevrouw zeer luid te werk met de kamers naast die van ons en dat wetende dat er mensen nog liggen te slapen. Dit is natuurlijk ronduit belachelijk en niet de manier hoe een klant behandeld zou moeten worden. We hebben ook een klacht ingediend bij het personeel van het hotel! Het personeel van het hotel/balie waren bij het inchecken echt super vriendelijk, behulpzaam en erg spraakzaam!! We kregen koffie en croissants bij het inchecken en bij het uitchecken kregen we weer hetzelfde terwijl we geen ontbijt hadden geboekt.. Klasse..!🙏
• Guest (7/5): - Perfect for a night before going to the airport. The beds were clean and comfier than I thought it would be, and the air conditioning and shower worked. There isn’t a lot of space but it’s ok as long as you’re not unpacking too much. The city tax has to be paid in cash

Sicuramente vorrei consigliare alla struttura di mettere una sorta di tendina o anche porta scorrevole per la doccia in modo tale da evitare di aver acqua per terra e in automatico usare i pochi asciugamani a disposizione per tamponare. Inoltre magari metterei a disposizione due asciugamani in più e della carta igienica in più perché per 4 persone soli 4 asciugamani e un rotolo di carta igienica. Ma a mio avviso tutte cose facilmente rimediabili

Oppbevaring av bagasje dagen vi dri Manglende fullstendig oppussing, stor glipe på dør til gang som kunne ses i gjennom. Personale som låste seg inn på rommet i løpet av natten. Vaskepersonalet som ble sure siden vi ikke skulle sjekke ut 3 timer før vi tiden

• John (7/5): - Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή, κοντα στον κεντρικό σταθμό του μετρό και στα λεωφορεία οπότε και μπορούσαμε να κινηθούμε γρήγορα και ανετα. Είχε πάντα κοσμο και ανοιχτά μαγαζια. Το δωματιο ήταν πολύ καθαρο και το προσωπικό παντα ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικο Το δωματιο ήταν πολύ μικρό και όταν ανοίγεις τον εξαερισμό του μπάνιου έρχεται μια άσχημη μυρωδια
