• Rita (1/5): il circo di los horrores - Nada Desde el principio el trato con Federico fue muy poco profesional y algo hostil. Si bien es cierto que en la reserva especifica la condición de late check-in, a la hora de entrar nos quiso pedir más dinero del acordado por guardar las bicis en la habitación porque según él no cabían (cabían perfectamente ya que la habitación está completamente vacía a excepción de una cama). Por otro lado, tuvimos que esperar de noche media hora a que llegara a abrirnos, pese a que lo llamamos confirmando nuestra hora de llegada con una hora de antelación Al llegar al apartamento, la cerradura no le funcionaba y nos propuso dejarnos sin llaves ya que según él las copias eran nuevas, no las había probado y no eran funcionales. Finalmente, tras varios intentos suyos y de un inquilino en el interior del apartamento (que recibió un grito por parte de Federico de manera violenta por el simple hecho de querer ayudar), conseguimos entrar. El apartamento estaba sucio, el lavabo no tiene tapa, la ducha no tiene cortina, la persiana de nuestra habitación estaba rota, los enchufes estan en un estado terrible, incluso peligroso... la verdad que fue una estancia muy desagradable.

L'intero luogo disgustoso ha un odore orribile e le pareti in totale stato di abbandono.

Mai successo. E poi la richiesta ossessiva di una mancia. Alla fine glielo dati 10 euro, perché, mi diceva, mi diventava acerrimo nemico. Che personaggio!!
• cristian (1/5): Un obbrobrio! - L'unica cosa che mi è piaciuta è essermene andato via. Viaggio spesso e non ho mai trovato qualcosa di peggio. Camera sporca con letto cigolante e scomodissimo, alto 30 centimetri dal pavimento, senza poggiatesta, senza comodini, senza televisore, senza condizionatore, senza un appendiabiti a muro, senza wi-fi, senza cestino per i rifiuti. Bagno sporco con doccia piena di muffa, niente finestra, niente carta igienica, niente sapone per mani, niente prodotti da bagno, niente asciugacapelli. A disposizione un solo asciugamano e una salvietta (per due persone). Ciò che mi è apparso assurdo sono state le 60€ da pagare in contanti, prima di entrare in camera, per le lenzuola. L'inverosimile si è raggiunto alla richiesta di 1.000€ di cauzione in contanti con la promessa che sarebbero stati restituiti dopo 14 giorni con Paypal, in alternativa la proposta del locatore di 100€ che però non sarebbero stati restituiti. Non allego foto perché sono esaustive quelle postate dagli altri clienti che mi hanno preceduto. Dulcis in fundo, nessuna richiesta di documenti da parte del locatore per la registrazione (art. 109 TULPS e D.M.)

A "hidden deposit" in the information tab of 500€ with a right to return it 2 months delay, good call here, avoid this fraud. Waiting time for check in, was. 40 mins as we talked by phone, i tried to explain the missleading gap about deposit, but was ignored, and told to wait for owner to come, to deal.., and got hanged up. while waiting i red other reviews, and decided not to waste my time and more money to sink in. That was a next level fraud exprrience. DONT.
• Hussein (1/5): Je ne suis pas confortable mais je suis obligé - Rien Après qu’on a réservé on a payé ensuite sur place , 1. L’établissement m’a facturé 40 € supplémentaires sous prétexte qu’il y avait un matelas sur le lit, ce qui est totalement injustifié. 2. On m’a également facturé 21 € de plus au titre de “taxe”, sans explication claire. 3. Les photos présentées sur le site montraient un logement beau et bien équipé, mais la réalité était complètement différente. 4. Le cuisine était équipée d’un réfrigérateur et d’une machine à laver, mais aucun des deux ne fonctionnait. 5. Dans la salle de bain, il n’y avait ni shampooing ni papier hygiénique. J’ai le vidéo

Consigliato per brevi soggiorni perché dopo 3 notti diventa un po’ scomodo Aria condizionata

• Andras (3/5): Poor - Nothing Dirty, poor, broken bad, no board on the toalet, owner have unnecessary process to pass down the keys, midnight mess at 3am by tye owner entering the apartment. No air conditioning, no ventilation, plugs are hanging out from the wall, some of them not even working. I think thats it.

• Blocker (2/5): I would never, ever book a room with Ciamarra Rooms. EVER. - First of all I did not stay at Ciamarra. I arrived on time, called the person in charge and they said "I will be there in ten minutes". Check in was supposed to be at 6:30PM. I arrived about 6:10PM. ok. So I wait around until 6:40PM and give him a call to see what happened and he said in an unprofessional and nasty way "You just have to wait" and hung up. So I left because when he finally got in touch with me it was close to 7:00PM. And I also spent $35.00 by taxi to get to this place from downtown Rome. It was way out of the way not convenient at all and was located inside an apartment complex. I have read other reviews and other customers were dissastified as well. So I had to go back to down town Rome and stayed at another hotel which was excellent for my entire stay. Customer service very unprofessional and untimely.

• Anonymous (1/5): We wasted over $1200 for nothing because we weren’t even checking in the first night and afraid to check in the night la - We were trying checking in about 20 minutes late and receptionist who’s not even in facility told us to wait an hour before he pick us up but never showed up and finally told us that he couldn’t come to take us which was midnight passed
• Heidi (3/5): Meh! The price was good though. - It was a good price considering we booked last minute. The area was decent, had good amenities and wasn't too hard to reach from the city. The private bathroom was a major benefit and had a bidet. We had a difficult time finding it and communicating with the owner at the beginning. We thought it was part of a hostel or something but turns out it's a room in a private property and the owner is not available at all times. The place was NOT clean! The bed sheets looked like they hadn't been changed in a year! They even had stains and hair on them. We laid towels on the bed to be able to sleep as we were worried about the cleanliness of the sheets, and my friend woke up with insect bites on her legs.
