• Christoph (8/5): In 15 min zu Fuß im Zentrum - Das Apartment läßt sich mit Rollläden sehr gut verdunkeln. Es ist geräumig; Der Check in und City Tax geht ausschließlich online und auch die ganzen Türen im Gebäude sind keyless, aber funktionierten immer Die öffentliche Parkplätze kosten 46€ pro Tag, nicht 25€ wie angegeben. Die Dusche läuft sehr schlecht ab, und im Bad roch es unangenehm

• Thomas (10/5): We loved our stay and Federico was a perfect host. He organised for us to have the apartment early. - The location was perfect because it was close to the train station and the city centre.

• Lynette (8/5): Except for the shower, the stay was very good. - Location- central to all our needs Spacious Easy to follow instructions for an electronic entry Quick communication with owner/ property manager A big negative was the drainage of water in the shower. Notified the owner/manager who sent the cleaner to look at it the next day to see that the drain was cleaned. It was so the problem is due to the old plumbing. Feeling a little anxious not to flood the apartment floor, showers were very in and out.
• Guest (8/5): - We wanted an apartment close to the station and also not too far from the centre of Bologna so we could walk to where we needed to go. The apartment was clean, comfortable and light. The access to the apartment was keyless via our phone which was new to us but we were given clear instructions on how to use it and worked well - so we were never anxious about losing any keys!

• bruno (10/5): appartement au calme à proximité du centre - la complexité pour récupérer les informations pour les clefs, en fait il faut tout faire sur le téléphone portable avec le lien qui est envoyé. Pour les non habitués ce n'est pas évident, ceci dit lorsqu'on a compris que tout se passe sur le lien envoyé cela devient plus facile. parking à 5 minutes à pied (le parking central public) la difficulté à récupérer les codes pour rentrer

• Wendy (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment was bright, sunny and clean. We were in walking distance to everything we wanted to see and found this was a great base to work from. The shower was good and the bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed this stay. There was nothing really to not like.

Add to this a clothes washing machine, plenty of windows and a smart TV makes the Memo Apartment a great value and choice for being in the heart of Bologna.

• Наталия (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is in a great, quiet location. 10 minutes walk to the center, 5 minutes to the train station, which is very convenient if you plan to travel to other cities. The apartment is perfectly clean and very cozy.Frederico was always in touch and very helpful. We liked everything.

We had difficulties to understand the instructions how to get the keys. Perhaps because it was night. We travelled in January and it was a bit coldish inside.

• Alexander (10/5): Would recommend - The apartment was outfitted with plates, coffee maker and most importantly, it was clean. also, it was the quietest hotel I've ever stayed at in Italy. the instructions for entering the apartment were clear. If I go back to bologna, I will choose this apartment for my stay again. One of the lights was out and the shower drained very slowly.
• Rens (10/5): Amazing! - The appartement itself was very clean, new and modern. It was very beautiful. Perfect for 1 or 2 persons. It's located outside the city centre and was very quiet in my opinion. The host, Frederico was amazing and very helpful! Answers any questions very quick! Don't get me wrong, the location is very good. Perfect even. But it's still a 15 minute walk to the city center. I don't mind it but if this apparment was even closer to the centre it would be amazing! There's a busstop in the street behind the appartement that takes you pretty much everywhere. So even if you can't handle all the walking, it's still an amazing location. And it's very close to the train station.
• Kelly (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Bologna! - Everything! The location was fantastic! Close to everything! It was only a 5 minute walk to the train station and the co-op ( grocery/ wine store) was a block away. Federico, the host, was terrific! He was very responsive and truly wants the guests to have a wonderful experience staying there. It was so nice to have some English speaking shows including the free movies on prime. It was very clean and we were glad to have a kitchen and washing machine.
• Reza (5/5): Not the best - Beliggenhed Toilet paper had a huge stain that looked like pee. the drain to the bathroom was stopped and the water pooled up to the ankle. The air conditioning was making so much noise that it was driving me insane. hot air came in from the hole they had made for the pipe that was supposed to send hot air out. It wasn't strong enough and we were sweating in the bedroom. sheets and towels smelled awfully of vinegar worst experience ever Parkering is not 8 euro per dag , it is more than 25 euro per dag .

• Yiannis (10/5): Exceptional - First things first. The location of the apartment is great. 5 minutes to train station and 10-15 minutes to city centre. The apartment was very clean, cosy and comfortable, literally we didn't want to go outside, we felt exactly like home. The bed and even the sofa were very comfortable, i have to say the sofa doesn't feel like a sofa at all . Great internal decoration and last but not least, as a family with 2 children,we were feeling that we were in a safe neighborhood and building, a pretty important factor for us. The owner mr.Federico was really helpful and polite. We wish we would come back again sometime in the future. Absolutely nothing.

• Carsten (1/5): Worst experience, host tried to buy fake rating - The provided key (in a key safe) didn‘t open the front door. A second key got broken in the first attempt to open the door. I contacted the host who offered another key only for next day, further he requested additional payment for the key. So we left and booked another location. Next day, the host offered a partial refund, but only if we give a 10/10 rating. I cannot recommend this apartment.
