• Judy Elizabeth (10/5): Charming little hostel in a perfect location. - Great location by a Miradouro overlooking the city and river. Requires a bit of stair climbing, but it’s well worth it. I liked that there were only 4 beds in the room. It made it feel less crowded/busy than other hostels. WiFi is good inside of the room. Lots of good restaurants to choose from nearby. I liked everything! 10/10, no notes

• Robin (2/5): Smelled of cigarettes, filthy bathroom and there was already a person in my bed. - I had to send a message on Whatsapp to the owner before he would send over the details on location, how to enter, which beds were ours, etc. I only knew about this because he sent a message through Booking on the night before, which I did not check since we were traveling. Why not just send this information in advance? Unnecessary stressfactor. When we arrived, there were drug addicts hanging around the property making it feel unsafe. Although that's not the fault of the owner. The online entering mechanism was bugging so it took a while to get it, in the end another person who happened to arrive at the same time let us in and showed how it worked. When entering the room, it smelled terribly of cigarettes, but not fresh, it smelled of old cigarettes stuck to the walls. There was also a person in my bed. I contacted the owner about it, he said he sent a message to that guy to move him to another bed. However.. he was in there with his dank traveling clothes that hadn't been washed in whoknowshowlong and he still had his shoes on in the bed. So I'm just supposed to use those sheets and sleep in them? I contacted the owner about that too and he said they already cleaned that day. Well.. Okay then. I went to check out the bathroom and it was filthy. I have pictures of everything. Would not recommend the stay, I'd like my money back for sure, but going through that hassle as well doesn't seem worth it. So I'll leave at that.

• Andreu (8/5): Muy acogedor - Es exactamente lo que describen las fotos y las otras reseñas. Es pequeño pero acogedor. El personal es muy agradable, estan completamente atentos a aquello que necesites. Como me hospedaba bastantes días, me ofrecieron la habitación individual sin yo pedirles nada. Sinceramente, es difícil encontrar a alguien así. Para estancias cortas es fantástico, las vistas desde la ventana te dejan con la boca abierta de lo preciosas que son. Y la relación calidad-precio es de la mejor que se pueda ver. No es culpa del hostal, en absoluto, pero la ubicación no es adecuada para una estancia larga. El barrio tiene demasiadas subidas y bajadas que dificultan la vida diaria, y el supermercado más cercano se encuentra a 30 minutos andando, sin opciones de transporte público decentes.

No se muestran fotos del apartamento entero, solo de la habitación con las 2 literas. Por ello, en nuestro caso, al reservar las 4 camas de las 2 literas creímos que habíamos reservado el apartamento entero (además Booking indicaba en la reserva "apartamento entero"), pero al llegar allí nos encontramos con que existe una segunda planta en el apartamento donde se encuentra el baño y una habitación que también alquilan pero que no aparece en Booking. No hay imágenes de esa parte del apartamento, por lo tanto, ¿cómo íbamos a saber que existía? Y, ¿cómo íbamos a imaginar que había otra persona alojada con nosotras cuando no aparecía esa información en el anuncio? Más allá de eso, aunque es cierto que por el precio que pagamos no se pueden esperar grandes comodidades, las sábanas, mantas, etc. olían a humedad. Era desagradable dormir en esas camas. Por todo ello, la experiencia fue negativa y peor de lo que esperábamos por las imágenes de Booking y su información.

• Gianna (10/5): Muito boa - Donos incríveis. Prontos para ajudar as necessidades. Vista linda da janela. Limpeza ótima, localização charmosa ( vc vive a energia do lugar), bairro antigo e charmoso. Vários restaurantezinhos e mercadinhos. Fácil de entrar (tenha bateria e internet), pequeno mas custo e benefício o Top. Tem frigobar. O que tive problema foi resolvido com muita atenção minha necessidade. Não tenho o que reclamar. Donos ótimos

• Ivanilson (5/5): - os qiuartos estava limpo e o Não gostei da receção, pois fiquei durante horas a espera para entrar, ou seja, só entrei por volta das 05horas da manhã, eu que ia entrar as 00h00 fiquei a espera na porta o serviço foi péssimo. nunca tive uma vez na minha vida dormir na rua. o local não tem fácil acesso de serviço de táxis está num sítio onde o acesso é muito difícil para os táxis, pois nunca lá se chega

• COSTA (1/5): Annonce mensongère nous étions 4 au lieu de 3, sans être prévenue. - Rien. Mise à part une jolie vue. L’annonce est mensongère: nous avions loué un appartement pour trois, nous étions en réalité 4 ( même 5 en fonction des humeurs de notre colocataire ). C’est à dire que au dessus de notre chambre sans que l’on soit au courant, le propriétaire louait une autre chambre qui n’était accessible que par la nôtre qui plus est. Je vous laisse imaginer 3 jeunes filles se retrouvant sans être prévenue face à face avec un inconnu. La salle de bain est commune et peut être visible de la chambre. Les lumières ne fonctionnent pas toutes, gros problèmes d’isolation et petites fêtes nocturnes l’été qui commencent vers 2h du matin jusqu’à 6h tous les soirs. Problème de pression avec la douche. Mais le gros du problème reste l’annonce qui est mensongère.

• Claudia (7/5): De verdad es pequeño hostal - Muy bien ubicado. Tiene una panorámica bella. El anfitrión dio la información de la ciudad, a través del WhatsApp cuando se le solicitó. Podría ser más clara la información sobre el hostal. En realidad es solo un espacio para ir a dormir. Por ser tan reducido, resta comodidad. También dar mejores datos para la llegada y especificar que es indispensable tener datos en el celular para activar la aplicación de entrada.

• Fabrice (1/5): Horrible - Rien. Le logement n’est pas à la hauteur des descriptions. Sale et mal nettoyé, la salle de bain est toute petite et sale. Le logement fait 12 m2 et il y a 4 lits. C’est honteux de mentir aux clients a ce point pour faore de l’argent. Et quoi que reponde la proprietaire, son appartement de 12m2 est sale et mal nettoyé. J’ai eu peur d’avoir des punaises de lit. Je deconseille fortement ce logement.
