• Sergio (10/5): - Ordenado, confortable, tecnología, buena ubicación, vistas al mar.
• Katja (9/5): Schöne Wohnung in guter Umgebung. Gerne wieder. - Es ist eine sehr große, schöne Wohnung. 3 Schlafzimmer (1x Doppelbett, 1 x getrennte Betten, 1 x Etagenbett). 2 vollausgestattete schöne Badezimmer, große Küche und Wohnraum. Alles auch geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles da was man gebraucht (Wäscheständer, Küche gut ausgestattet etc.) Lage ist top. In ein paar Minuten ist man in der Oberstadt oder auch an der Bahn um nach unten zu fahren. Kontakt zum Vermieter bzw. Agentur war super und sehr nett. Immer sofort erreichbar wenn man Fragen und Co. hatte. Waren wirklich sehr bemüht. Es gibt leider nur einen kleinen französischen Balkon - also nichts zum richtigen Verweilen. Haben wir allerdings auch nicht gebraucht. Es gibt 2 größere Standventilatoren die auch was an Kühlung bringen. Schön sind auch die elektrischen Außenjalousien an allen Fenstern zum verdunkeln. Sehr ruhiges Haus - es wohnen wohl auch viele Einheimische dort. Die Wohnung war in einem guten und sauberen Zustand - nichts war defekt oder "abgeranzt". Wir würden diese Wohnung wieder buchen. Leider gibt es in den Bädern keine Lüfter mit Ventilator - es ist nur ein Abzugsloch. Dadurch steht die Luft und Co. dort drin. Da die Wohnung sich mitten in einem Wohngebiet befindet hört man jede Nacht zwischen 2- 3 Uhr die Müllabfuhr direkt vorm Haus rumpeln. Aber man gewöhnt sich dan.

• Natalia (9/5): Apartamento muy completo, te hace estar como en casa - La casa es muy acogedora y cómoda. Está muy completa con todo lo necesario para la estancia.Está ubicada en la parte alta de Nazaré muy céntrica en esta zona, aunque para bajar a la zona de la playa hay que coger coche o utilizar lo que ellos llaman el ascensor que es un tren cremallera. La zona es muy tranquila,hemos estado muy agusto y sin duda si se nos da la ocasión, repetiremos en Sunset Retreat.
• Katerina (8/5): Wonderful views on the ocean - Wonderful views on the ocean, clean and spacious apartments although a bit tired. Just few minutes walk from the main square in Sitio and ten minutes walk to the funicular down to Nazare. Parking is free and easy to find, however it gets busy during the weekend. No frills. You get bare minimum but with some sugar coating, if you know what I mean. In case you travel with a baby or toddler note that cot doesn’t come along with the hefty price you already pay for the place. We kindly negotiated the price for the cot and host came with a proposal, but the cot and high chair that were brought next day were dirty and smell of mold, but we did had to pay for it. Another thing that was a bit weird that on the evening before our departure a hosting lady appeared at the door without sending me prior message and I don’t know what was the reason of her being there. Did she came to check on us? If we wouldn’t be in the house would she enter? idk 🤷‍♀️

• Vânia (8/5): Estadia muito confortável - Apartamento muito acolhedor, muito confortável , com tudo o que é necessário para umas boas férias. Localização excelente e zona muito sossegada. Apenas critica construtiva, a limpeza estava razoável, pode ser um pouco mais cuidada na WC e a porta de acesso ao apartamento não tranca por dentro, mas são situações normais e não retira o bom descanso e comodidade que a estadia nos proporcionou. Recomendo.

• MARIKA (9/5): spettacolare - posizione strategica, vista mare, posto tranquillo e in un attimo con solo 5/10 minuti di passeggiata sei in centro! appartamento spazioso e ben curato con super mega televisore in sala!! gestori disponibili e gentili. Purtroppo ci siamo fermati solo 3 giorni. unica cosa negativa che, non essendo stato usato prima di noi da altri, l'appartamento era molto freddo... era più caldo all'aperto, ma dopo un giorno si è riscaldato bene e tutto è andato per il meglio!

• Christiane (9/5): Sitio, wunderbarer Ausgangsort für zahlreiche Unternehmungen. - Bei geöffnetem Fenster Blick zum Atlantik, Meeeresrauschen und Sonnenschein. In Sitio, dem oberen Stadtteil von Nazaré kann man alles zu Fuss erreichen und wenn der Steilaufzug nicht fährt mit dem Stadtbus in 10 Minuten zum Stadtstrand fahren. Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Gefehlt hat zeitweise nur eine Spülmaschine, aber auch das war machbar. Leider riecht es im Eingangsbereich des Hauses nach Benzin und Abgasen der darunterliegenden Tiefgarage. Das trübt den gepflegten Eindruck der Wohnanlage.
