• Julia (5/5): - Gute zentrale Lage, gute Ausstattung! Toller Sonnenaufgang direkt von Balkon zu sehen. Küche und Bad waren absolut nicht sauber bzw. einfach nicht richtig sauber gemacht! Wir mussten Bad und Küche erstmal reinigen. Der Boden war nicht gesaugt! Überall Haare. Alles in allem haben wir erstmal 1 1/2 Stunden die Wohnung sauber gemacht. Die Handtücher haben furchtbar gerochen; die mussten wir erstmal waschen. Einzig das Bett roch frisch bezogen. Leider bis auf „Sorry“ wenig Reaktion von Vermieter.

The place is absolutely amazing—very comfortable, clean, and beautifully maintained. We especially enjoyed using the sauna, which was a fantastic extra and made our stay even more relaxing. The washing machine was very convenient and worked perfectly. Although we did not have much time to use the kitchen, it is clearly very modern, well equipped, and lovely. I loved the hair dry is professional and amazing. Overall, it is a fantastic apartment and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended.

• Cristina (10/5): Consigliatissimo anche per soggiorni lunghi a Rovaniemi - La casa è esattamente come in foto, zero sorprese (che di questi tempi invece capitano spesso). Caldina, accogliente e accessoriata davvero di tutto. Il nostro soggiorno è durato solo una notte, ma avrei voluto non finisse mai! Sarei rimasta a vivere in questa casa per sempre (forse complice anche la tormenta di neve che imperversava fuori nell’unica nostra notte a Rovaniemi). Era tutto magico! La sauna poi è spaziale. E il proprietario è stato davvero carino a farci lasciare i bagagli con diverse ore di anticipo rispetto al check-in. La posizione è comoda. Non centralissima, ma in 10/15 minuti a pieni (noi ce ne abbiamo messi un pochino più per via della neve) sei nel pieno centro della cittadina. Niente!

• Tracy (9/5): Great apartment! - Great location, kitchen had everything we needed, close to a supermarket, washing machine was great to have, a large clothes rack to dry our clothes and Sami is a wonderful host. Only an easy 15 minute drive to Santa Claus village. Sofa bed was not very comfortable but everything else was great.

• Kristina (10/5): A great value for money - Sami was a great host who quickly greeted us on arrival and explained everything we needed to know, along with useful advice. The apartment is beautiful, 15 mins on foot from the city center or 3 mins by car, with a spacious balcony/terrace, and there's a mall a couple of mins on foot that's open until 11 PM. Everything was clean and tidy, and it was a perfect base to reach wonderful locations nearby: Ounasvaara and Koivusaari trail, Santa Claus village, Bearhill Husky, Amethyst Mine and wonderful nature nearby. Everything was great.

• T. (10/5): Modern, beautiful and comfy - Sami was an excellent host, explained all the details of the apartment and sauna. The place had an awesome view, but the weather wasn't completely in our side :D We enjoyed the place, was confortable, modern and nice! We had little bit problems to turn on the sauna, the first night we didn't manage, the second we did but then was too hot, anyway we managed to enjoy it in the end :)

The host was very friendly and helpful, available to answer any questions we had. The apartment was warm and the view on the balcony is amazing and there was plenty of space and storage.

A clean location with all utilities, very close to the market just 5 minutes on foot and if you have rented a car you can immediately reach any destination in a few minutes.

• Laura (10/5): Lovely stay! Highly recommended :-) - The location of the apartment was perfect! Located very close to a supermarket, and perfect to get to the city centre, airport or train station. The apartment is big, very clean and has everything you desire - a modern kitchen, nice sauna and Netflix on TV! After a cold day outside, it was really nice to come home to the apartment :-) The host is also really friendly and helpful if you need anything. Highly recommended! It is only a very small issue:, but te fire alarm goes off quite quickly when you turn on the oven or even toaster.
