• Csobánczi (5/5): - A szoba kialakítása jó, az ágynemű és a törölköző tiszták voltak. A konyhában van minden, ami szükséges az étkezéshez. A szálláson egy lakrészben három szoba van, amelyek ugyan külön zárhatóak, de nem tájékoztatott előre a szállásadó, így meglepetésként ért, amikor odaértünk, hogy mások készülődtek a konyhában. Egy éjszakára megfelelő, de több napot nem töltenék el ennyi pénzért ilyen feltételek mellett. A konyhában filteres kávéfőző van, amelyet szintén érdemes lenne feltüntetni.

• Ildikó (2/5): - Tisztaság volt , ez az egyetlen amire pozitív pontot tudok adni !! Ez egy munkásszállás melyről nem kaptunk tájékoztatast ! Ha dönthetek arról, hogy papírvékony falakkal es vendégmunkasokkal szeretnék-e egyutt lenni kozos konyhában es etkezőben, akkor meggondolom hova megyek. Es igen van drágább szállás es valószínű azt választom ha van tudomasom arról hogy több vendégmunkas fog hajnali négykor munkába készülni es zajongani,(mivel ott élnek) főzni (hajnali meleg étel készítése zörgesek edenyek tanyerok csapkodas..., hajat szárítani , hangoskodni ahogy az ázsiai emberek szoktak... Es a szállasadó mivel nem ott ébred valoszonu errol nincs konkret tudomasa, de azt tudja kik es milyen indokkal élnek ott...magyarul ha nem vendéghaz rész hanem életvitelszeruen ott elő nem magyar munkasok laknak ott tajekoztatni kell erről az oda erkezőt a làssam mi foglalható resznel, hogy ez milyen kondíciokkal foglalható szobácska.. Egyedulálló nőkent igen meglepett volna 3 félpucér alsógatyába főzögető ázsiai ahogy belépek a helyiségbe ... TV nem tudtuk használni, az ágy nyikorog es kényelmetlen. Szerencsére 1 éjszakára vettük ki. Aki nem tud lépcsőzni ne menjen , külső meredek, fém lépcső vezet a szobához.

• Szabolcs (5/5): A szállás a fűtéstől függetlenül tiszta rendezett!! - A környékkel nem volt probléma Amikor megérkeztünk 14 fok volt a szobában!!jéghideg ágyban kellett aludnunk!Kellett egy nap mire felmelegedett a szoba!A klíma amivel fűtöttünk az nekem zavaró volt(hangos éjjel)! A zállásadót alig ertem el!sms re sem válaszolt!

• Gábor (8/5): - Modern, kényelmes bútorok. Nem hibáztatom őket, és nem is ront a véleményemen. A feljutáshoz kialakított lépcső, nekem mint tériszonyosnak igazán térdremegtető volt.

• roberto (1/5): Terribile - Nulla La struttura non è quella che viene descritta nelle recensioni. Mi stupisce come booking non faccia i controlli sui punteggi. La struttura ti accoglie con un odore terribile, le stanze sporche, abbiamo trovato sigarette sotto i letti. Inoltre lontano da Budapest 50 minuti di macchina, posto isolato. Abbiamo dovuto interrompere la vacanza e scappare dall'incubo rovinando tutti i programmi e il capodanno.

• Jánvári (5/5): Munkásszállásnak kitűnő - Maga a szállás ( szoba ) tiszta és rendes volt . A feljutás a szobához nehézkes , mert egy meredek lépcsőn kellett felmenni - idősebbeknek vagy mozgásukban korlátozott személyeknek nem ajánlott . Nyitott ablaknál nem lehet aludni mert nagyon hangos - a forgalom nagyon behallatszik . A szobához való feljutás a meredek fém lépcsőn. A közös helységet- pl a konyhát - a többi lakó nem tartotta rendben , így az embernek nem volt kedve használni . A hűtő is koszos volt .

• Cedric (6/5): Great location and friendly staff - the room was correctly tied and clean. the only issue we had was the bathroom which was not well cleaned and was a bit flooded when showering. Other than that the staff were really nice and allowed us to enter before the checking time. thanks for the nice stay Bathroom was blocked therefore we were swimming while showering.

• Adam (10/5): Ideal if you are looking for place to spend a night - The accommodation was fine for our stay. The room was smaller, but it had everything we needed to spend the night. It was clean and comfortable, making it a good choice for a short stay. We had to arrived late in the evening, the owner provided us a code for lock box to get key from our room and give us all important information that we needed to get inside. I like this way to self check-in, very modern! Parking is free outside on the street, safe since the owner has a camera pointing there. There is a shared kitchen, freezer and table in the shared space in front of our room, but we didn't had need to use any of it since we just needed to rest our heads for a night. The stairs leading to the accommodation are quite steep, you need to pay extra attention (I'm glad that I wasn't drunk hahaha :D ).

• Dan- (4/5): It's cheap for a reason, avoid! - Location was good, close to the interspar supermarket + ample place to walk my dog near the property. So, let me start by saying I would not be as critical if I would have stayed 1 night. However, we stayed 3 and it gradually got worse with each passing night. 1. We did not get the room layout we booked (we got 2 seperate beds instead of the queen bed, which is a minor inconvenience). 2. While the property looked decent at first, it was anything but that. We were housed on the 1st floor and we had to walk up a steep flight of stairs, which for us was no issue, but these could cause issues with other guests. Set stairwell was also very loud when used and could be heard from our room throughout the night. And now the fun stuff: a. The shower drain was partially clogged, taking more than 1 hour to fully drain b. The room door would not fully close, therefore everytime someone would use the main entrance, the draft would slam our door as well making it super fun during the night c. Heating was provided by the AC unit which was quite loud, especially during the night d. We had some stink bugs in our room (which again was a minor inconvenience) e. On our final day, I would assume, the cleaning staff left the AC on in one of the empty rooms and it began loudly beeping every 20-30 seconds. We let the owner/manager know (at around 4 pm), they acknowledged it, and proceeded into doing nothing. f. The fridge (and kitchen) is shared with the other floor guests, and upon arrival our sinks was full of dirty dishes, while during our final night somoneone just threw all their stuff over hours (despite the fridge being basically empty). g. The kitchen on our floor only had 1 ceramic cup (although there were many glasses) which featured a king of the hill type of battle with the other guests in the morning. There was no coffee or tea or anything simillar available. 3. AND THIS IS THE BIG ONE. There are 3 rooms on the top floor with the shared kitchen.
