Foarte bine poziționată locatia, aproape de metrou si alte mijloace de transport in comun spre centru. Foarte aproape de Tesco Express, zona am adorat-o! Zona liniștită, frumoasă! Curățenia a lăsat de dorit, era multa igrasie si mucegai atat in baie cat si in dormitor....si un miros greu de suportat, din păcate.

Bin full of rubbish in the kitchen. Broken mirror in the room. Dirty and stained mattress and mattress protector stained with blood, etc. No central heating in the room. Dirty floors in room, toilet and bathroom, and kitchen. Very dark towels with no fabric softener used and dirty bedding. Boiler room to put our bags. Cannot lock the room for privacy.

• Helena (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay here, Bobby is a very nice person who is happy to help with anything and his cat is just adorable. We don't understand why some people complain in here, the price is great and the room looks literally the same that at the pictures, it's also clean, public transport is right across the corner. I saw some comments about bathroom, that you have to walk thru Bobby's living room which is not true because the bathroom doors and bedroom doors are on the same wall, next to each other. We would definitely recommend this place, I hope i'll have an opportunity to come back again :)
• Raymond (7/5): Great value for money. I would stay again. - Great value for money. The accommodation was in the area we needed as we were visiting and working close by. The room is in a home shared with the owner, Bobby who was friendly and helpful. He keeps himself in his own private area upstairs. The guest's double room is on the ground floor close to the front door and has its own private bathroom. The bathroom is not en-suite but right next door to the bedroom. The shower is good with plenty of hot water and towels are provided. The room has a big screen TV and soft mattress. There's private parking (ask for the parking space when booking) and it's a quiet area. I was able to use Bobby's kitchenette to boil a kettle and use his mugs. I took my own tea etc. This accommodation is like staying at a friends house. Don't expect any luxuries. It's clean in your private area but not spotless. I would stay here again. The only thing is stepping out of the bedroom in to the bathroom via the open plan sitting room/kitchenette. A dressing gown would have helped.

Ik had niet nagedacht over andere stopcontacten, maar hij gelukkig wel! Het is er gehorig, de ingang van de slaapkamer en die van de badkamer zitten aan de woonkamer direct, waardoor je via de woonkamer naar de badkamer moet. De badkamer en slaapkamer zijn flink verouderd, maar wel knus.

• Daria (5/5): Affordable and good location, but needs a lot of improvements! - The location is very good! A lot of great cafes and restaurants, 5 min walk from overground and 15 min from underground. Nice host. The room and bathroom were overall a bit untidy. The bedframe is broken so you can’t really sit on the edge, no storage space, very stiff pillows. The room is located inside the living space of the owner, and he has a cat, so you can smell it when you enter the property. In the evenings he smokes, so the living room smells like “grass”.

Flat itself was abit dirty, mould on the walls, dirty washing in the sink, bad smell in fridge. Room was very hot and one of the patio doors didn't lock which feels abit unsecure. Bad electrics, corner of the bed was broken.

• Kinga (1/5): Very Disappointed - Bobby was kind and tried to be helpful. We arrived at the check-in time, even though I had indicated that we wanted to arrive earlier, but it was not possible due to the cleaning of the room. When we arrived, the room and the bathroom (which, by the way, is not connected to the room but is a separate facility outside) had not been cleaned, and the kitchen was full of dirty dishes. After Bobby finished cleaning (vacuuming—though I’m not sure if the bed linens were changed), he told us we could use the kitchen freely (as mentioned in the description). We happily went shopping to cook, but he didn’t mention that there was no gas. So, we couldn’t cook properly, and there was no heating the entire time (we were given a small heater), and we were very cold. He said the gas issue was the company's fault, but it's unacceptable to stay for four days without any prior warning. The room remained dirty, it’s not renovated, and the whole house reeks of cigarette smoke and marijuana(!). We requested a non-smoking room, yet the cigarette smell was very intense, which is not ideal for me, as a pregnant woman. Bobby was kind and tried to help when we asked—he even lent us an umbrella—but unfortunately, this does not make up for the nights we spent there.

• Melanie (7/5): Good value for London - Comfortable bed. Very quiet neighbourhood. Bobby was very helpful with travel advice. Kendal Rise was a nice area. Station very close. Expected to be able to make a cup of tea, but no facilities in the room and we weren't offered use of the kettle in Bobby's kitchen. First impression not good, as garden was so untidy and unwelcoming. Front door very difficult to unlock when we returned late at night. The furniture was a little tatty.

• Maryske (1/5): Not for us - Bobby seemed nice. Long story short, the house has seen it's best days a broken light, a ripped blanket cover, water damage or fungi in the ceiling. Then the experience, Bobby was nice. However. We came with our dog, cause pets are welcome here, I had given a heads up about it but he forgot to mention he has a cat... My dog is definitely not the only cat reactive dog... The living room/ kitchen is directly connected to the room and you need to go through it to get to the bathroom Bobby spent quite some time in the living room which really gave the feeling of being flatmates... Not what I paid for... And then came the evening, me and my husband don't go to bed very late, around eleven and around 23:30 Bobby came home and started cooking, which startled my dog and put her on guard, so my husband after half an hour decides to take her for a walk to calm her and then Bobby tries to tell him the dog just wanted to say hi.... This was definitely not for us, we paid hotel prices for a flatmate experience and decided to spend the other night we had planned in London in our Camper, much more comfortable and relaxed.

The property it self has a great garden perfect when the suns out and the bathroom was spotless, would defiantly recommend

• David (8/5): Very good - Room and bed were comfortable,if a little small,but adequate for our one night stay,and on a quiet location. Bobby ,the host ,was very friendly and welcoming.. Good location close to bars ,shops,cafes etc.5.minute walk to Kensal Rise overground station. It took a while to access the property,the owner lives upstairs,but the 'Ring' doorbell did not work. Eventually after phones calls we managed to connect and be admitted. We felt uncomfortable getting ourselves hot drinks as the kettle etc was in his kitchen, next to the room.,as there was no beverage tray in the room.

I loved everything, but I would love Bobby to put it in the caption that he has a beautiful cat with an amazing pattern on his skin. I didn't have a problem with it,although my daughter was scared of the cat but she got on fine later,the cat is lovely, some people might have issues with that ,saying, it was not mentioned the cat.

• Bernardo (9/5): Easygoing value for money in Zone 2 - Bobby was a very nice host and we do appreciate he could accommodate our luggage before check-in time. Communication with him was easy and friendly. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was quite good. Since we stayed for more than one night, we could use the kitchen, which is well equipped. The neighborhood is pleasant and there is a Tesco within 4 blocks. Kensal Rise station is practical for those coming from and going to other travel destinations: Overground line connects to Stratford Station (for instance, coming from Stansted), and bus 6 stops close to Paddington and at Victoria Station. Within a 15-minute walk, one can reach Kensal Green, which serves Bakerloo underground line, leading to Piccadily Circus and Charing Cross. Meeting the lovely Toni, the cat, was also a highlight of our stay!

• João (8/5): Very good - The host was really nice and great to hangout with. He can probably give you anything you might need, even has power adaptors in case you forget to bring one. Kitchen has a lot of stuff that you can use. Some bathroom utilities missing that would be nice (like hair dryer). Didn't really get this issue but privacy might be an issue to some (since you are in a room in a shared house) and you can hear the top floor most of the time.
