• Stefan (10/5): Perfekte Lage, sauber & gut durchdachtes Konzept - Die Wohnung hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage beim Westbahnhof, mit Supermarkt, Metro und netten Cafés direkt in der Umgebung. Die Mariahilfer Straße erreicht man bequem in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß, und auch die Innenstadt ist dank der nahegelegenen U-Bahn sehr schnell erreichbar. Das Apartment selbst war sehr sauber, ruhig und bestens ausgestattet. Küche, Waschmaschine und stabiles Internet haben den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht – auch zum Arbeiten war die Verbindung perfekt geeignet. Alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert und man merkt, dass das gesamte Konzept sehr gut durchdacht ist. Besonders positiv war auch die unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Der Check-in war einfach, schnell und sehr gut organisiert. Insgesamt ein wirklich angenehmer Aufenthalt – ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

• Tanja (9/5): Veliko, prostorno, udobno in čisto stanovanje v neposredni bližini Stadthalle 👌 - Udobno in čisto stanovanje v neposredni bližini Stadthalle. Kombinirali smo obisk koncerta z ogledom Dunaja. Postaja za tramvaj čisto zraven, do U-Bahna pa pet min hoje. V bližini trgovine, lokali in garažne hiše. Priporočam! Plinski bojler se je non-stop izklapljal. To pomeni da ni tople vode za tuš, da ni ogrevanja... Tako da smo ga vedno znova morali prižgati. Ko sem pisala upravljalcem, ko smo prispeli, so se mi res nemudoma oglasili, imeli celo video klic, da smo se naučili kako se prižge. Je pa to bilo moteče. V kuhunji bi lahko imeli nek mini odcejalnik za posodo, pa predpražnik pred vrati, ker smo imeli veliko listja notri 🫣. Bi se pa, kljub temu, še kdaj odločila za to stanovanje.

• Margit (1/5): Einfach unfassbar und eine Frechheit - Gestank nach Fekalien in der Wohnung, lüften unmöglich da ebenerdig genau gegenüber eine Disco im Innenhof mit lauter Musik und betrunkenen. Fenster verdreckt und eine Ratte vor dem Fenster als wir lüften wollten. Innenhof und Zugang zur Wohnung ohne Beleuchtung. Haben die Wohnung nicht bezogen und mussten eine neue Wohnung suchen.

• Oliver (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment was a fantastic choice! The self check-in process was smooth and simple, thanks to the clear instructions sent via email. The bed was super cozy, and the stylish decor made the place feel very welcoming. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was excellent, with both train and metro stations just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Vienna.
