Die Lage ist perfekt - durch den Seitenaufgang ist man direkt an der Hauptstraße und gleichzeitig direkt am Hafen für Touren. Zimmer und Hotel sehr sauber! Frühstück wirklich ausreichend und wird immer wieder nachgefüllt Es ist sehr hellhörig, dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts

We hebben betaald en hebben geen bon gekregen. Het is ook van mijn creditcard afgehaald en nu krijg ik 0 contact en is het zogenaamd niet cash betaald. Eindstand heb ik €200 betaald voor 1 nacht met 4 personen.. ik krijg ook 0 reactie en booking kan hier ook niks mee.

• Mong-hong (8/5): Comfortable - 1. Hotel operations are very accommodating. The hotel normally serves breakfast at 7:30 a.m. However, since our group will be going diving and needs to leave the hotel before 7 a.m., the hotel has adjusted the breakfast serving time to 6:15 a.m. for our group. 2. The hotel’s location is excellent. It’s only a 5-minute walk to the ferry terminal, and there are many restaurants within a 5-minute walk of the hotel. Not really the problem about hotel itself. But the nearby roosters start crowing before dawn everyday to wake people up.

Dieser konnte gar kein Englisch und har versucht mich preislich abzuzocken. Hier hätte ich mir professionellere Fahrer vom Hotel gewünscht
• Mattes (8/5): - Es gab einen Aufzug und das Frühstück gibt's mit netter Aussicht. Das WLAN funktioniert nicht zuverlässig. Sind einmal um kurz vor Ende des Frühstücks gekommen und es war bereits fast alles abgeräumt und beim zweiten Mal waren wir die erstem morgens und das Frühstück war noch nicht fertig. Aber insgesamt war das Frühstück gut.

Egyik reggel korai kirándulás miatt nem tudtunk az étteremben reggelizni, ezért csomagoltak nekünk (finom volt és bőven elég). Központi helyen van. Az étteremből a kilátás nagyon szép. Reggeli finom. A szoba tiszta. Nekünk picit hangos volt.

• Luigi (9/5): Great Location and Friendly Staff - The hotel is well located, close to the central area of Labuan Bajo and the port. The staff were very kind and helpful, and both the room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast could be improved with a bit more variety, but everything I tried was tasty and well prepared.

• Chiara (5/5): Decente, per una sola notte - Il personale è gentile e la posizione lo rende un'ottima scelta per soggiornare una notte in attesa di traghetti o tour nell'arcipelago di Komodo La pulizia della stanza era veramente pessima: varie macchie e capelli sulle lenzuola. È stato fornito un solo asciugamano a persona. La dimensione della stanza non permette di muoversi comodamente ed aprire le valigie. Colazione inesistente...poco e fatto male.

The corridor has always had people talking. The bed was ok but the pillows were uncomfortable. Not recommended if what you are looking for is some relaxing time. The shower was blocked so water was going out of the shower...

La posizione centrale per raggiungere la strada alle spalle ricca di ristoranti, il porto di fronte e l'aeroporto a circa 10 minuti di taxi. Hanno organizzato la nostra uscita in barca.l che si è rilevata molto divertente. Pulizie precarie, lenzuola e cuscini molto macchiati. Entrati in camera abbiamo dovuto richiedere di rilavare il bagno. Colazione a buffet con poca scelta. A volte (la sera) la reception è coperta da ragazzi che non parlano inglese, con cui è difficile comunicare.
• RAMONA (8/5): Il punto di forza è la posizione - La posizione dell’hotel è il vero punto di forza per chi deve andare al porto che dista 3 minuti a piedi. Il personale alla reception è cordiale e sorridente. Camera semplice, pulizia nella media. La colazione ha grandi margini di miglioramento. Vista la posizione sul porto e’ un po’ rumoroso.

• Frederico (3/5): - The location is excellent, very central and convenient. The rooftop also offers a nice view, and the TV in the room has access to streaming services, which is a plus. The staff was unprofessional. We even left a day early, and nobody asked why or showed any concern. Our room was on the ground floor, and the noise was unbearable. The staff talked loudly throughout the night, and since the rooms are not soundproof and the hallway has no door, every sound carried directly inside. Sleeping was nearly impossible. The breakfast was dreadful, with very limited choices—one of the worst I’ve experienced. The beds were uncomfortable, and the room was not properly cleaned. If you can, avoid this hotel.
• SILVIA (4/5): Solo la posizione - Vicino al porto e comodo per dormire la sera prima della crociera per Komodo. Staff gentile. Pulizia che lascia molto a desiderare. Capelli in terra e lenzula macchiate, con piú macchie in vari punti. Siamo arrivati in camera e sui cuscini non c’erano le federe, abbiamo chiesto e ce le hanno messe, ma insomma un bel disastro. Colazione scarsa e poco rassicurante a livello di igiene.
• Jule (1/5): - Nos recibieron, nos pidieron la documentación, nos cobraron y acto seguido nos dijeron que no teníamos habitación allí y que nos trasladaban a otro hotel. lo cual después de llegar del aeropuerto, bajar las maletas, esperan a pasar la tarjeta para comunicaros eso!!!!. Nos consta por otros clientes que esa practica la hicieron con más huéspedes. Fue una estafa. Nos mandaron a un hotel que no estaba mal, pero estaba muy lejos de todo, a las 10 de la noche. Fue muy desagradable. Las chicas de recepción se reían mucho, cosa que me pareció deleznable su comportamiento. Tenían nuestro contacto, podían habernos avisado con tiempo. No son fiables para nada!!!!!

• Richard (7/5): perfecte locatie als je de Komodo tour gaat doen - Mocht je de Komodo tour gaan doen dan is dit de perfecte locatie om te verblijven voordat je gaat. Hotel ligt nl. op minder dan 5 minuten van de haven. Het hotel is basic (kamers en ligging); het ontbijt was heerlijk! Ze hadden zelfs brood en hagelslag (iets wat heerlijk is als je al weken onderweg bent in Indonesie, hahaha). Direct naast het hotel zit een steegje. Als je die uitloopt dan kom je in een winkelstraat (met lekker Italiaans restaurant Siculo) en een supermarkt. Handig om voor op de boot nog wat te kopen, mocht je dit willen. Wij hadden als gezin gevraagd om twee kamers op de derde verdieping; dat lukte niet helemaal. De kamer op de begane grond was erg gehorig doordat deze naast de receptie lag. En de buitendeur (naar een drukke weg) open stond. Categorie 'klein leed', maar handig om bij je boeking te weten misschien. Hoe hoger, hoe beter.
• Giacomo (8/5): Buon soggiorno, ottimo staff! - Il posto è abbastanza pulito, la stanza non é male e corrisponde a come mostrato in fotografia. Pulizia della stanza giornaliera. Lo staff é molto gentile e disponibile soprattutto a organizzare trasferimenti da e per l'aeroporto, ma anche gite in barca tramite agenzie locali. Colazione locale inclusa. Posizione non ottimale, nonostante sia a pochi minuti a piedi dal porto dove partono le barche e traghetti per escursioni, il centro è un po' distante e, a mio parere conviene utilizzare auto/scooter o taxi per gli spostamenti.
• William (4/5): Sitcky room floor with no bathroom floor towels and bad service - Clean sheets and toilet. Good roof top dining area and great view for sunset view of the port. Room floor was very sticky. Seems to be due to the dirty/heavily recycled floor mopping water or chemicals used to mop the floor. I can imagine a pail of dark murky oily water used to mop our room that had soaked up all the dirt and grim of earlier rooms. We were wanting to take a shower after a tiring day hike trip but did not receive bath or floor towels at all during check in at 4pm. We were told to wait a couple of times when we informed the reception. Only when we camped at the counter for a long time at 7pm did we get the towels to finally shower. Floor mat/towel to dry legs when coming out of shower was nowhere in sight even after repeated requests. Room might not have come with floor towels in the first place, and it would make coming out of shower to room really messy and wet. Coupled with the sticky floor? Good luck!

• Alexandra (9/5): Une bon emplacement - Emplacement top près du port et de la rue principale. Chambres très confortables. Eau chaude et lit très confortables. Terrasse sur le toit avec une superbe vue sur le port, pour le petit déjeuner. Nos chambres étaient au Rdc.. Dans le couloir derrière la réception. Du coup c'était bruyant tot le matin, avec les allers et venus des gens.

• Filippo Romagnoli (7/5): Piacevole soggiorno a due passi dal porto - Posizione vicinissima al porto e subito dietro la via centrale con ristoranti e negozi. Camera pulita e accogliente. Avevo richiesto un transfert per l'areoporto la sera per la mattina che si erano dimenticati di chiamare, per fortuna il ragazzo presente al momento si è impegnato per trovare una soluzione immediata. Colazione dolce scarsa.

La ducha no succionaba muy bien el agua. El desayuno lo pedimos para llevar los dos dias por necesidad nuestra y elegimos sanwinch, muy escaso.

Geweldig uitzicht vanaf een rooftop (ijskast voorhanden) cq ontbijtzaal met heel goed ontbijtbuffet. Algemene tip. Blijf een paar dagen langer, huur een scooter en trek de omgeving in. Zeer mooi met rijstvelden en verlaten strandjes, en na 10 km geen toerist meer te zien

• Gloria (1/5): Nada recomendable - La habitación limpia y las camas cómodas. Todo lo demás, un desastre El hotel está en la zona del puerto. Toda la calle apesta a cloaca! Ratas por los callejones colindantes. Las habitaciones dan a los callejones laterales, son muy pequeñas y con una ventana que mejor no abrir. El desayuno incomestible. Ni siquiera la tostada con mantequilla se salva. El jugo de naranja de bote y aguado con hielo. Si vas a Labuan Bajo, busca un hotel por otra zona, porque la calle del muelle y los aledaños es mejor ni transitarlas.

Great breakfast with fabulous harbour views. Twin rooms worked very well for our young family. Powerful shower. Welcoming staff.

I was ground floor, and I could hear every time receptionists were speaking to people. From my toilette I could hear perfectly the toilette of the neighbour room. My window was close to a private property full of chickens and a damn rooster: a nightmare in the morning.

• Tabea (10/5): - Das Zimmer war groß genug, die Betten waren sehr gut! Alles sehr sauber, Badezimmer hatte genug Platz An der Rezeption kümmerte man sich um einen Ausflug zum Komodo Nationalpark Laundry service war sehr gut! Die Wäsche war am nächsten Tag fertig. Danke! Nichts zu beanstanden

• Eleanor (8/5): Clean, comfortable and near the harbour - A lovely little hotel with clean rooms and comfortable beds. It has a lovely view of the harbour and it is easy to get to the harbour as well. The rooms are a bit basic but I don't think you can expect more for the price. It is a reasonably new build as well. The room was at the back of the hotel so we couldn't hear the street noise but it is a pretty noisy street. The Saturday night we stayed there was a wedding in the public space opposite the hotel and it was so loud and went until about 2 in the morning. It felt like we were attending but a pair of ear plugs got me to sleep. This is not at all the fault of the hotel but worth keeping in mind for that whole street on Saturday nights!
