• Niranjan (10/5): Brilliant place away from home - Had all the facilities away from home, including iron, hair dryer, additional toilet paper, washing machine, clothes rack, additional bin bags, and blow heater. There is a little balcony area that faces the park, so that was a nice area to sit and relax in the sun, and can be used to dry clothes. The main bedroom is a good size, and there is a round table where you can eat and watch TV. The Internet was excellent. I could do all my international Zoom calls with no issues. The shower is a power shower (get good water pressure) and instant hot water. The area is peaceful and quiet, and felt safe. There is a lidl and aldi all within 5 mins drive for all your shopping needs. Overall great little place to relax and use as a base. Kitchen sink is a little small, found it hard to wash the dishes/ saucepans. There's no lift so if you have anything heavy you have to carry up the stairs (just one flight).
• Daniel (6/5): Pleasant - The green and quiet residential area. The mattress is firm and comfortable. Water is rusty. The smell of rust lingers on the body and I had to walk to the supermarket (1 km.) twice a day to buy water to rinse hands, cooking utensils etc. Not a single bottle of drinking water was provided by the host in spite of evening check out. Check in info was confusing - two entrances to the building have the exact same entry code and number above them. No cooling fan. It was ok on the first 5 days of my stay but the last 7 days were a heatwave - outside temperature was 37 degrees celsius and 30 degrees inside during the afternoon and early evening. The host demanded a 100 Euro deposit but this was revealed on the day before check in (booking was made months in advance and there was no indication a deposit was required). The check out time is 10 am and so it is even more surprising (what if the guest needs to check in early in the morning?!). I agreed to pay the deposit but the host didn't wait to meet me and so the matter was not mentioned again in the communication.. WiFi is problematic - one of my devices could not connect to it though I tried every possible way to do so.
• Rozika (7/5): Good - Good location, but we didn't got apt that we booked so we had to pay parking. The apr was ok but overall communication and hospitality wasn't as we expected. We had some problems with the keys because there were 2 lockers in the building and we didn't had information exactly that our is by the apt entrance. Wi-fi didn't worked so good. Communication with the host was always in Hungarian.
