• Miroslaw (9/5): - A large, spacious, and comfortable apartment on the top floor. A large terrace is accessible from the living room and one bedroom. Two bedrooms feature comfortable mattresses and pillows. A washing machine and dishwasher are also provided. A partial sea view. The area is peaceful and quiet. Private parking is available. A large, beautiful, and clean sandy beach is just steps away (although the view was marred by factories in the distance). All windows and the terrace face east, so the sun warmed us up nicely in the morning (in November). Poor electrical system: sometimes the main circuit breaker outside would trip two or three times a day, and I had to go outside to turn it on. It was a bit irritating.

• liliane (8/5): Algemeen : absoluut naar onze behoeftes! - De locatie. Met de wagen heel goede uitvangsbasis. Dicht bij zee en goed restaurant in de nabijheid. Leuke strandpaviljoenen. Appartement heel comfortabel! Terrasstoelen kunnen beter. Vooral als je er eens wil relaxen of comfortabel eens buiten wil eten.

• Justine (10/5): Cozy little beach stay you feel like a local great for a family - It was walking distance from the beach! Lovely balcony. Caya loco you can walk to in the morning and get a coffee. Walking distance to market. Lovely balcony to eat and see towards the water. Great location. Beach isn’t too busy either and calm water for family kids. Also air conditioning was great too! It worked! Haha Everything was great. No complaints.
• Ana (9/5): Ein wunderschöner Ort, um zur Ruhe zu kommen - Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage zum Strand und zur besten Pizzeria (Stefano) war perfekt, auch der Weg zum Supermarkt ist kurz. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
• Luca (9/5): Un ottimo punto di partenza per il sud ovest della Sardegna - La casa è molto bella, grande e ben accessoriata. Si vede che era la casa abitata dai proprietari ed è stata ben tenuta. Molto apprezzato nelle caldissime settimane di soggiorno il fatto di avere un condizionatore in ogni stanza. è possibile parcheggiare nell'area privata avendo la sicurezza di trovare sempre parcheggio. La spiaggia locale è veramente a 30 metri. Pur non essendo la più bella (ai lati in lontananza si vedono la raffineria di Sarroch con petroliere che scaricano a ogni ora e un altro terminal petrolifero) è comodissima da raggiungere e adatta per alcuni sport marini dipendenti dal vento. è inoltre poco affollata e l'acqua è pulita. La zona è carina, con pizzeria, ristorante, bar, parco giochi per bambini raggiungibili a piedi. Leggermente più lontano il centro commerciale. Per raggiungerlo si passa su una strada a grande scorrimento. Consiglio in generale l'auto perchè l'appartamento è un'ottima base per raggiungere alcuni dei luoghi più belli della Sardegna come Chia, Pula, San Pietro, Tueredda. Utile e cordiale il benvenuto di Federico e famiglia. Gentili e disponibili anche durante la vacanza. Suggerirei di aumentare la potenza del contatore elettrico perchè con 3 condizionatori, boiler elettrico, asciugatrice, lavatrice e lavastoviglie a disposizione è saltata spesso la corrente per superamento dei KW. Niente di trascendentale per riattivarla ma comunque sarebbe un comfort in più. Suggerire inoltre di togliere i fuochi a gas ( di cui uno non funzionante ) e sostituirli con un piano a induzione, più comodo e sicuro.
• Miuller (10/5): Exceptional - very cozy apartment. the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. all kitchen appliances, dishes, beach accessories. the balcony overlooks the sea. it's nice to have breakfast with such a view. we rented a car on the island, so it was easy to get to all the sights from the apartment. the owner is friendly, communication was good.

• József (9/5): Superb - This apartment building located in a closed resort area,very closely to a free wild beach, and to a brilliant restaurant.It is a good base if you wan to spend more time around Cagliari. The sun rise is beautiful from the balcon with the background of the sea and with the cottege houses and with flowers and trees. One of the single bed was very crackling and noisy. The video instruction about the key was not realy good, the main info was cutted or not transferred by Whatsapp, so we missed that info, but we played a game who will find the key and where. :-)
• Mária (9/5): Comfortable and well located - The location is great, it is close to Cagliari. The beach is at the end of the street. The rooms are good, there is enough space for your stuff. The air conditioning is great. The host is really nice. The restaurant in the next street is amazing, we ate there twice. Large markets are nearby, but there is nothing special about this village. Everything went well during our stay. The beach is not my type with tiny little rocks and broken/smashed shells, it was sharp. It is often windy in the afternoon. The bathroom door was noisy, it should be fixed, but it is not a big deal.

• Małgorzata (10/5): Exceptional - Nice and well-equipped apartment close to the beach, with a view of the sea. Ideal for a family vacation. It has all the necessary appliances, convenient kitchen, large refrigerator, two bedrooms with comfortable beds. The terrace is large, with a view of the sea. Free parking space available. Convenient accommodation, allowing you to check in at non-standard times. Close to the house is a shopping center where you can do basic shopping and restaurants where you can eat deliciously.

• Paul (8/5): Very good - The location is very good, 50 meters from the beach, so despite the crazy heat we were unlucky to have during our stay, it was super easy to go in the morning, come back at 11 and then go again late afternoon, with chairs and umbrellas. The hosts are very kind and accommodating. AC is not included in the price, but we were very happy to pay extra just to have it, as we had more than 40 degrees at noon during our stay.

• Andrew (10/5): I would definitely stay here again, the kids loved flying the kite on the beach which is so close - A great place to stay. Comfortable, modern decor, 2 minute walk to the beach, easy drive to the city and amazing beaches near Chia, nice Eurospar supermarket close by. Federico was very polite and friendly and communication with him was easy. We enjoyed staying there
• Kacper (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great. The owner was very nice and helpful. The apartment was very nice and clean. A great base for exploring the southern part of the island. I recommend it to anyone who would like to live in a peaceful and beautiful place, not in a crowded and full of tourists city. Nothing.
• Mitja (9/5): Literally Vistamare :) - The apartment is comfortable, modernly furnished, with a view of the sea and only 100m away from the beach. There are restaurants and a shop nearby. The parking lot is on the property, so the car is safe. The owners are very friendly. For the summer months, this location is ideal, so we highly recommend it. Since we were on vacation during the winter, the pellet stove was not enough for good heating. With two young children this is a bit of a problem. But maybe that's just our opinion, some people aren't as frosty as we are. As I already wrote, in the warmer months this apartment is an extremely good choice for spending time and discovering southern Sardinia.
