Walking distance to several beaches, markets, tavernas,plakias Tours for excursions. I definitely will be back !!! Everything was exceptional The family who owns the Villa was extremely accommodating and met all of our needs. We were greeted with a fruit basket and refrigerator with some food, bread, juice, wine, beer, crackers, and during the week fresh baked goods.

Villa very clean and well equipped with all the essentials we needed for our holiday. Shops and restaurants just a few minutes walk down the hill. We loved the fact that it was close to the centre but yet quiet and away from it all. The teenagers loved the pool and had their own bathrooms in each room. Best to park your car in the car park down the hill. We should have booked an extra day for our first time in Plakias, Crete. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and raki!

• Leonie (10/5): - Ein absoluter Traumurlaub! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wir haben 7 wundervolle Tage in dieser Villa verbracht – wir waren zu sechst und hätten es uns nicht schöner vorstellen können! Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, gepflegt und stilvoll eingerichtet. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, das jederzeit ansprechbar war und unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Der Pool war ein echtes Highlight – perfekt zum Entspannen und Abkühlen. Auch die Küche war top ausgestattet: Von Toaster über Kaffeemaschine bis hin zu allen wichtigen Utensilien war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Auch Waschmaschine und Bügeleisen waren super praktisch, gerade für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Villa nur wärmstens empfehlen!
• Joanne (10/5): Exceptional - Second year visiting and again it did not disappoint. The villas are of exceptional standards, and every need is catered for. Hot fresh pizza and bottle of fizz on arrival as well as the warmest of welcomes. It won't be the last visit. Not a problem for me and certainly not a complaint, more a request as 1 of our group struggled down the steep hill as you come out of villa to the main road, if there was a handrail on the wall, would be an added bonus.

The hosts were incredibly generous, greeting us on arrival and providing a large hamper of goodies, homemade Raki and a beautiful homemade desert! Very handy location, close to bars, shops restaurants and beach but far enough away to not impact the peaceful location.
• David (10/5): Great place to stay in Plakias. Perfect for a family. - Clean, modern and comfortable villa. Quiet and peaceful, but still incredibly convenient to the beautiful town of Plakias with restaurants, shops and a beach. Bedrooms and living spaces were very comfortable and fitted out with lots of amenities. Nice pool and barbeque area. Hosts were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended! Be aware that the last few steps to the property are on a steep slope that might be difficult for people with walking difficulties, but for most it won't be a problem at all.
• Andrew (10/5): A very easy score of 10 - Everything - the welcome pack was very generous and made us feel valued right away. The villa was new, fresh and luxurious and equipped superbly. The location was great - quiet at night, but only three minutes walk to the centre of Plakias and the sea. Host was responsive and flexible. Overall a wonderful stay in the stunning area of Plakias. The road up to the property was short but steep and a little slippery- it was fine for us, but might present a problem for some.

• Tina (10/5): Great house in a brilliant location with amazing hosts - We loved our stay. It started with a personal welcome by Ledisa and her father and a generous welcome package. The house was very clean (and offers extra cleaning every 4th day) and well stocked with coffee, oil and basic spices, towels etc. The villa is in a quiet area in walkable distance from "downtown" Plakias with many restaurants, small shops, and the beach. We also loved the pool which is cleaned every day - and that even includes the terrace and the BBQ! But what made our stay really special was the personal and warm hospitality of the hosts - when our rental car wouldn't start, Ledisa and her dad organised a cable to restart the battery for us, and Ledisa's mother cooked us a delicious dessert which fed us for days! I highly recommend staying here.

Two coffee machines with prepared coffee, and so much more. We received warm welcome, hosts were waiting for us and showed us around. They prepared lovely amazing welcome basket and snacks for us, and brought us homemade traditional cake during the stay. There were so many small details in the house, like in 5 star hotels. There is also nice pool, terrace with sunbeds, outdoor bbq place, all ready for you to fully enjoy your stay. House is very spacious and perfectly suitable for bigger group of 6, since there are 3 big bedrooms with own bathroom. Location is also very convenient, close to authentic restaurants, supermarket, bakery. There is nice beach close by, and beautiful Damnoni beach just 5 min drive. You can get easily to other parts of island, since Plakias is somehow in the middle. Hosts are super friendly, helpful and we were amazed by their hospitality and kindness! Would def recommend to everyone, either for those who prefer chill vacation at the pool and beach or for those who wish to explore the island.

Location was a 2 minute easy walk to the beautiful laid back villa of Plakias with its fabulous choice of restaurants/ cocktail bars/supermarkets 2 minute walk to the waters edge, 5 minute walk to lovely beaches Not often we would be keen to go back to a destination, but we would definitely love to go back there ! The villa is run by a lovely family who are kind, generous and extremely thoughtful. Perfection ! We loved EVERYTHING

They had added all the extra amenities to ensure we had an amazing stay. Gift Basket upon arrival with local fruits, nuts and drinks. The kitchen was well stocked with both equipment and items for cleaning and cooking. The outdoor barbecue was a great option for cooking at home. We loved the pool area and the family enjoyed being close to the village centre for dining and shopping. Having 3 bathrooms was very helpful for a large family. There was nothing we did not enjoy about the property. Although having the option of a twin bedded room instead of just doubles would have been helpful for teenagers.

Special touches were the delicious homemade chicken and potato dish gifted to us on arrival by hosts Lendisha and her father who also brought us his homemade raki, and dessert delivered by owner and son days later. Lendisha is a beautiful young woman, speaks fabulous English and soo very helpful and accommodating. Would 100% recommend to anyone considering booking, you won't be disappointed. Really well appointed with everything we needed. All new and working well. A very high standard of finish with very comfy beds and sofas. All air conditioned, TV's in every room and useful stuff like a washing machine and drying rack. A very generous welcome pack was waiting for us on arrival which was an unexpected treat. Overall a great Villa in an excellent location very close to the beach and main high street.
