• Richard (1/5): the host had double booked us and didn't communicate this fact until a few hours before travelling. - when requesting the check in details the day before travel the host went quiet. On the day of travel, a few hours before flying I had to contact booking.com who contacted the host and informed us the room had been double booked and we had no reservation as a family of four arriving in Amsterdam at 10pm and we had to make alternative arrangements a few hours before flying. Complete lack of communication and accountability on the host's part.
• Natàlia (7/5): Correcte per a una estança curta - Els llits eren força comodes. L'espai era correcte. Poc soroll a l'exterior i això ens ha permès dormir molt be. A sota hi ha un lloc per esmorzar que és boníssim. Us ho recomano! L'armari per a quatre persones era petit. Nosaltres erem 3 i ens faltava espai. Vam trobar a faltar vitroceràmica o inducció per cuinar i també una torradora per esmorzar. Vam tenir un problema gros amb l'aigua calenta (vam anar el mes de febrer). Al vespre l'aigua de la dutxa era freda. Com no ens van arreglar el problema vam decidir dutxar-nos al matí perquè vam veure que sortia mes calenta. L'edifici no es apte per a persones amb dificultats de mobilitat. Les escales son molt empinades.La ubicació no es massa cèntrica.

• Ciaran (2/5): Terrible sleep, would not recommend - Me and my partner were kept awake by multiple people loudly speaking into the early hours (8am) of our first night/morning, and on the last day workmen arrived to do work on the other 2 of 3 rooms and woke us up with power tools and banging around.

• Amber (4/5): Slapeloze nachten ondanks gezelligheid - Het appartement is ruim en gezellig ingericht. De locatie is ook op wandel afstand van het centrum. Wij hebben 2 nachten geen oog dicht gedaan door lawaai van andere huurders in het appartement naast ons. Tot 7u in de ochtend hadden ze feest, riepen ze in de gang, … Wij kwamen net van een lange vlucht én ik ben zwanger. Het appartement mag nog zo gezellig zijn, als je niet kan slapen heb je er niets aan. We hebben dit gemeld en er kwam enkel ‘ik ga het hen zeggen, laat me weten als het opnieuw gebeurt volgende nacht’. De volgende nacht om 3u opnieuw hetzelfde verhaal. We wisten dat dit zou gebeuren als de eigenaars er zo laks mee zouden omgaan. Het appartement naast/boven ons heeft 4 aparte bedden in 1 ruimte (volgens de foto’s), het nodigt uit tot feestjes, vrijgezellen, jongeren, … en het huis is absoluut niet goed geïsoleerd, je hoort álles. In plaats van excuses aan te bieden voor het ongemak of een terugbetaling kregen we enkel nog een bericht terug om te zeggen dat het om 11u uit checken is. Het lijkt alsof de ervaring van de gast niets waard is en het enkel nog gaat om geld binnen brengen en mensen asap buiten jagen. Triest. Er was ook even geen warm water maar een dag later was dit vanzelf opgelost.

• Vincenzo (10/5): Pulizia impeccabile, ma gestione e posizione da rivedere.” - Ho trascorso un bel soggiorno. La struttura era molto pulita e accogliente, si stava davvero bene. L’ambiente era tranquillo e curato, ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata in città. Lo staff è stato gentile e tutto corrispondeva alla descrizione trovata su Booking. Consigliato a chi cerca un posto pulito e confortevole per visitare Amsterdam. La struttura era molto pulita e in generale si stava bene, l’ambiente tranquillo e curato. Tuttavia, le scale sono molto strette e scomode da salire con le valigie. Inoltre, nonostante la nostra richiesta (anche offrendo di pagare), il proprietario non ha cambiato la biancheria durante il soggiorno. Abbiamo ricevuto solo un asciugamano a testa per 4 giorni e abbiamo dovuto acquistarne altri in città. Anche la posizione non è proprio centrale: per arrivare al centro servono circa 30 minuti a piedi. Nel complesso esperienza discreta, ma con margini di miglioramento nella gestione e nei servizi offerti.
• José L. (10/5): Perfecto para varios días en Amsterdam - La estancia era muy agradable, teniendo lo necesario para pasar unas vacaciones en Amsterdam. Cerca del centro, en un buen barrio y con todo lo necesario. La cama se hundía un poco hacia el centro.

• Jordi (10/5): Bon allotjament! - Està molt ben situat, just a sobre d'una cafeteria molt bona i al costat de restaurants. A més, el centre està molt a prop. Ben net, amb un assortiment just per passar-hi un parell de nits (no hi vam cuinar). Tot molt correcte!
• BesteB (10/5): - Daire mükemmeldi, ihtiyacınız olan her şey mevcut. Temizlik güzel, modern daire, içinde ihtiyacınız olacak her şey var. Dönmek istemedim. Ayrıca hemen dairenin altında ünlü bir kahvaltı mekanı var. Yine hemen dairenin altında güzel bir bar var. Merdivenler çok dik ama bu zaten açıklamada var ve amsterdamda evler böyle. Engelli ya da bebek arabası ile gelmemelisiniz. Benim için mükemmeldi çünkü yalnızdım

• Keith (8/5): Very good - Great location and neighborhood. Apartment is small but clean and well-appointed. Host provided info in a timely manner. Would stay there again.
• Emily (10/5): Very comfortable and clean - Really lovely as pictured, very clean and had what you would need in a kitchen if you wanted to use it. Bed was so comfortable and it was quiet too. Ivan gave clear instructions to get in and was very friendly giving us some recommendations too
• Linda (6/5): Apartment satisfactory but could have been much better - The apartment is in a good location and would be excellent for young guests The stairs to the apartment are very steep. My husband and I are both elderly and really struggled to get our luggage up the stairs. There is no hand rail at the very top. The windows to the apartment did not open so in the event of an evacuation we would have been very much at risk. The only cooking appliance was a microwave and even a toaster was not allowed for fire safety reasons. There was an information file with very little information in it. When we phoned the owner regarding the nearest supermarket he did reply promptly ( as we had arrived early evening). No welcome note or supplies

• Suzannah (8/5): Lovely two story apartment in a quiet, pretty part of Amsterdam. It had everything we needed! - The apartment is quite nice and in a great location. We ate breakfast at the the excellent restaurant on the first floor every morning. Maybe a folder on how to work things in the apartment and some tips on good restaurants in the neighborhood.
