- S.B (8/5): Very good - It's located near restaurants, bars, and a supermarket. A short walk to South Parade Pier. The bed was comfortable. It was clean. Smooth check-in. Wi-Fi worked. Everything worked correctly. The owner was attentive and proactive in making sure we were comfortable. I've stayed here a couple of times because the location is convenient. But sometimes guests (especially on weekends) from other apartments don't respect the fact that people are trying to rest, and they run up and down the stairs, talking loudly and slamming doors. They've installed a security camera outside to monitor who comes in and prevent disturbances. So, things have improved.

This property looked absolutely nothing like the photos, when I first walked in all I could notice was the mold all over the walls in every bedroom, the tv had no remote, th property had 0 WiFi as it didnāt work. The bed had dark hair all over it and the bed was filthy with cigarette burns everywhere. The balcony door had no handle and couldnāt be locked. Mysled and booking.com have tried contacting the property about all this and sadly they havenāt replied to try and negotiate.
- Stuart (1/5): terrible place read review - nothing i had no hot water the bedding was dirty smelly and stained, the key was on a pulley thing so someone came in at 1am when my girlfriend was naked shouting maintenance which i assume is why the key is on a pulley so anyone can access it this is really inappropriate especially the time aswell like he was trying to spy on me or something i did not feel safe after because how can someone enter at 1 am when ive paid to stay here u dont get maintenance at 1am and even then it should be on a day wheres its empty ontop of this there was no hot water i was forced to take a cold shower there was nothing but banging noises upstairs and the front door knocked about 4 times to police and ambulance who were outside due to a fight upstairs at 2 or 3 am i didnt answer due to feeling uncomfortable and none of the 4 different wifi codes that were left out worked so i had no wifi there wasnt a cabinet in the hallway as shown in picture and there was stains over the sofa too the bedroom smelt weird possibly due to this smelly bedding everything that happened stopped me from sleeping i wanted a night away affordably and was utterly disappointed

From the very moment of entering, the stench made it immediately clear that there is no cleaning or basic hygiene taking place here. Everything was dirty, sticky, worn out, and the entire environment was repulsive and unacceptable. There was not even toilet paper in the bathroom, which alone is inexcusable, but here it was just one of many serious issues. The place resembles a rundown pigsty rather than accommodation suitable for guests. The reality was so shocking that I left within minutes, which is why I was unable to take photos. And honestly, I did not want to stay there for a single second longer. The listing has no resemblance to reality whatsoever. What is presented on Booking.com is blatant misrepresentation. It is completely incomprehensible and outrageous that a place in this condition is allowed to remain listed on the platform.

This accommodation should be inspected by booking.com and banned from the website. This accommodation is a scam. It is not the same place as the photo.

Local to pubs and restaurants The flat absolutely stunk of weed and there was clear evidence of drug use (smoke alarm covered in tinfoil, burn marks on the side of the bath). The sofa was so uncomfortable and rock hard, we had to use all the bedding from the bed just to be able to sit on it. No hot water or scorching hot water, no inbetween! The bathroom ceiling looked like it was going to collapse and there was a lot of shoddy finishes throughout the flat! When we went downstairs to go out and there was a group of rather questionable looking men in the hallway, again stunk of weed and there were towels stuffed under other front doors of the building (I suspect in attempt to hide drug use).

- Ross (1/5): Avoid this place at all costs, terrible experience and even though itās fairly cheap itās not worth the hassle. The apar - The location Some of the facilities werenāt working, there seemed to be a blown fuse. Oven wasnāt working, the plugs in the living room werenāt working, fortunately there was a long extension lead in the apartment so we used a plug from the kitchen. Once we got the TV on we couldnāt do anything because the remote wasnāt working and the TV wasnāt connected to the internet. Changed the batteries of the remote but still didnāt work. Sent messages to the host that night but no response, only an automated response via the chat. Finally, we managed to find a number in the entrance and called the next day. He seemed to know right away when we said things werenāt working and told him which apartment we were in. We were offered a change of apartment so we moved only to be told after moving we couldnāt stay there and had to leave, he asked us to book alternative accommodation and we would be reimbursed. We refused this as we probably wouldnāt see a penny from him, we told him if he wanted us to move he would have to pay for alternative accommodation and send us the details to check in. The only good thing the host did was agree to this so we moved. The apartment itself is in pretty bad condition, very old and shabby. Holes in the walls, not particularly clean and a very bad mattress and pillows. Also a very strong smell of marijuana in the apartment probably coming from another apartment through the holes in the walls. Very disappointing to say the least

It was extremely dirty ā not only were the walls very dirty, but the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. The bed linen was stained, there were hairs in the shower, and the kitchen was also dirty. Everything felt unclean.

Could do with a clothes airer to go with the washing machine. The fire doors in all rooms were annoying as I couldn't hold the doors open.

- Jack (4/5): Avoid flat 2! - Price and location were okay Landlord will not at all converse with you. I asked 2 times for changes with offers to pay extra. No response. The apartment was falling apart. Used condom under radiator. Major stains on sofa and bed. Walls fall apart. Also turned up to get into our room. Was double booked. Landlord wouldn't speak to us then either. The Tennant of room had to sort the situation. We did get another room but. Still not the point. If you want cheap. Its ideal. If you want somewhere half decent. Look elsewhere.

- Tom (1/5): I have seen cheap student flats in better condition - This property is not in good condition The doors do not close properly to the bedroom and living room, the heating only worked for 10mins at a time The plaster is falling off the walls the windows have no locks or closing in them in living room, the blinds are all broken the bathroom was not finished gaps in the shower roof the hall outside had loads of dirt from builders boots etc itās just a dirty place

- Zoe (1/5): - Nothing... we got there to find the bedding covered in hairs, dirt down the loo pan, shower hadn't been cleaned, short and curly hairs init š¤®. Dirty knives and forks we had to wash before using. We had to wash the bedding ourselves and wait untill 3am for them to be dry so we could rest. The window has NO handle? So it is open for anyone to let themselves in as and when, on telling the owner to said well ive never been burgled!! š² my jaw hit the floor. When returning to the property we found the front door open?? All the lights on... we shouted hello anyone hear? But nobody answered... we looked round and he had work men in to plaster a wall while renting it out? And the builder left the door open and a bag of plaster next to the front door. Both my partner and I were so disheartened with it all, what should of been a weekend in a DELUXE apartment turned into a weekend of unnecessary stress.. we did get offertory move to a different room, but then got told sorry thats still not been cleaned since the last visitors? Surely you should have it cleaned then sameday when someone leaves? So available this like covid unless you believe DELUXE is like a 2star hostel. We are asking for a full refund as the owner has been sent 47 photos of the mess. Walking into a dump when we booked DELUXE
- Liam (3/5): Ok but needs cleaning and updating. - The location was good the building is in need of decorating. Flooring in the kitchen was questionable I nearly put my foot through it, the fridge wasnāt even plugged in or was the TV. The toilet sink was blocked so when we brushed our teeth we had a full sink of dirty water that too along time to go.

- Dee (10/5): Great stay, cosy and well equipped flat - The flat was clean, in a good location and very well equipped. The host was friendly and communicated well and my stay overall was great. I would stay again and recommend to others Everything went well
- Cleachy (8/5): - It was everything we needed just needs a little tlc in places but that didn't affect our stay at all Great location surrounded by some great pubs and restaurants Was a little cold in the morning as window didn't shut properly and a little tlc needed but otherwise good
- Luke (1/5): Awful, Do not come here - None of it Everything. The messy kitchen with the broken doors, to the mouldy water in the washing machine. Uncleaned floors to where I felt like I couldnāt even walk inside without shoes on. This poor excuse of a property should not be allowed on booking.com. Dont fall for the same mistake, though if youāve ever squatted in an abandoned property you may feel at home here.
